Your Excellency, TOTAL REDUCTION OF THE ADEKUNLE AJASIN UNIVERSITY, AKUNGBA-AKOKO REPARATION FEE. With high sense of humility, I bring to you a solidarity greeting from the whole Ondo state students. I am also using this medium to commend you for the good work you have been doing in our state. I write to you today regarding your intention of the reparation fee the Adekunle Ajasin University students are to pay, a huge sum of twenty-five thousand naira(#25, 000) exclusive bank charges. Sir, that is a huge sum of money compare to the economical crisis the country is into now. A student whose parent are civil servants, how on earth would they afford that when you haven’t even pay their salary up to date? Not every state is that financially buoyant now not to even made mention of paying their workers up to date, so how will they afford to pay the fee after they must have fought tooth and nail to pay their school fees. On this note sir, i write this to you to please reduce the fee totally so as for the students to payj on time and continue their examinations. We expected our problems to be your worries just because you are a man with a caring heart and concern at all time. OPEN LETTER TO AAUA VC PROF. AJIBEFUN REDUCTION OF REPARATION FEE Dear Sir, I write this not as a student, but as a prodigal son who left his father’s house and after realizing his wrong decision, came back to beg for forgiveness, of which the father accepted him and even celebrated his return. Daddy, I as a person is totally against the violence which led to the destruction of properties within and outside the School environment, it is totally uncalled for. Sir, however, you elders in Yoruba proverb say “ti aba na omo pelu owo otun, afi tosi famora pada” that is, if we beat a child with right hand, we draw him closer with left hand, this reparation fee of N25, 000.00 is too much at this time of economy especially in our citadel that is dominated by Ondo Civil Servants workers who are still owed, moreso, students who finance themselves and whose workplace lies around the school environment. Sir, you will remember how students begged for School fees payment extension, if Students who begged for extension of a cheap school fees, Sir, getting N25, 000 at stipulated time of 7days is a Mount Everest I doubt which many can climb. If you recall Sir, the Student Union President said the protest was hijacked by some ‘miscreants’ whom were no longer students and felt theyu should unleash their anger towards the decision the School melted out on them, Sir I would also like to call your attention that 90% of AAUAITES are not involved in this violent protest. We students of course are aware that we would pay for damages, but not up to this amount sir. I appreciate your effort and hardwork since the riot occurred, however sir, tamper mercy with justice, we plea to you and the management that the fee be reduced as many parent are stranded and financially handicap at this moment. Sir, as a caring father, please consider the innocent people whom were even injured in the protest they did not even participate. Finally Sir, we’re in total support of appropriate punishment to whoever that is found guilty of this violent protest which has disrupt our academic calendar, as such Students should not be tolerated in a 21st century university properly called. Once again sir, we ask for nothing but mercy from you and the board of senate so as to reduce the burden on we innocent students. God bless you sir, God bless AAUA, God bless Ondo State Yours faithfully, Ogbeni Hercules 08096601341 Cc: Dean Student Affairs DVC Academics DVC Administration AAUA Board of Senate Dean Faculty of Arts Dean Faculty of SOMASSA Dean Faculty of Science Dean Faculty of Agriculture Dean Faculty of Education Rebroadcast!! As we all know that the stage is set and the sales of 2016/2017 post utme form has commence and candidates needs to be aware of the 5 rules of admission that can guarantee your admission. Rule 1 : Adequate preparation: he will fail to plan is definitely heading for defeat and the sooner you understand the concept of this rule, the better it get for you. By now all prospectives students of various institution are expected to be working day and night to ensure you prepare adequately for the forthcoming post utme exam. score does not give Admission in Nigeria institution but a higher or good score does. 50 is score while 70 is a good or higher score. Only candidates that are well prepared will be able to attain the required score. Rule 2: Past question: post utme past question paper are very important for the success of all prospective students. Imagine having an insight as to how your school post utme exam will be and also having the likely questions with you. It's an advantage you should always count on and myschoolnewz.com can provide you with the complete and correct post utme past question for your school. Rule 3: Don't Abadon Meat for Fish: beware and don't make this silly mistake. The 2016 jamb policy gave each registered candidates the opportunity to select two different universities. However you must be inform that only the university you select as first choice will be more willing to consider you for admission while the university you choose as 2nd choice may not consider you for admission. Make sure you put 70% of your strength on the university you selected as first choice and give the remaining 30% strength you have to the university you selected as 2nd choice. Rule 4 : whenever you see short cut ( take it ) short cut is simply a way of asking friends, family, a friend or neighbour who is currently a student of the school you applied for or anyone who can assist you in the school you applied for in jamb. Some institutions does not admit based on merit alone but also through short cut and however you need to careful of scammers and 419 who may also want to defraud you when searching for short cut. Some short cut are free and powerful. Rule 5: Common Sense : common sense should be able to tell anyone that score below 200 in jamb with the aim of studying medicine or law to quickly change his/her course to something lower. Some courses are extremely competitive and a very low score in jamb will definitely throw you out. Ensure your score is good enough for your course. Best of luck to everyone. #Mich Lautech aspirant (Computer Science ) will like to meet my school mates to help me on rule4 sha ahbeg |
