Siga: ....U need to realise that processing is solely based on the rep handling individual cases....some are faster than the other....some may overlook some errors on files, overlook some supporting docs or criterials...while some are pure winch...look for errors to capitalise on....U can imagine a case where some people were issued visas without asking them to pay a dime in tuition nor accomodation....so, I will base it on Reps....

And that's where your prayer comes in. God can do the impossible you know.

mosquitoway: @ adexcube...i went to vfs today and they still do not have my passport,they told me it isnt compulsory your passprt comes back until trv is issued after medicals ,if cdhc doesnt have other requirements.I just wanted to know if this is true as it seems everyone else had contact with their passport after being called for medicals?pls help

Since you've done your medicals and no other condition then you are good to go. Just keep praying for God's favour. Not over until its over.

Do Aug and Sept applicants still track at all cos me no dey track again ooo. Just waiting for the mail.

Oga lucky, you've not been following the thread for some days now if not you would have noticed that it has been occurring again and again. CDHC sends the mail when they approve while vfs changes your status when CDHC informs them.

lalla89: Any 1 with similar problem with me ,i aplied since september 19th 2012 but up to now my status didnt change ,my docx is stil procesing at embasy for morethan 4 months. Can any 1 tel me why cdhc are delayng in procesing documents and why is 2 long like that.tnx

You are not the only one, if you read the last 5pages of the thread you will observe that there is a list of Aug and Sept applicants yet to be called by CDHC. However, visiting CDHC in person gives a clearer picture of what is going on with your application. Some tried it and it worked thou they are yet to call them. Hope this helps.

Me sef taya ooo, guess she was talking from her own experience and maybe she knows one or two students with the same case. I mailed them on tuesday and they replied saying my application is still on queue and they are yet to make a final decision on it. But what I notice is that mosquitoway has some hours of flight training experience while I have none for now. All the same God in control. I will still give them time till next month. Got a job in Nov and am enjoying it.lol

I got admission in Concordia University,Montreal and having recieved my admission letter for January 2013 by post, I deferred my admission to May 2013 cos there was no time for me to process my visa. Now I've recieved the new letter of admission by email but I'm still waiting for the admission letter by post. Can I apply to the embassy now, with the former admission letter attached to the new admission letter I recieved by email,with and a document explaining myself and when I receive the new admission letter by post, I can then send it to the embassy? I no just wan waste time.

TRV_IJN: I just booked a BA return flight to and fro Toronto for N225,739.31 only. i am going to pay at GTBank any moment from now.Return flights are cheaper than 1 way flights. But to answer your question, yes you can if you want to

I don't know for them oo but I guess they have to verify a lot of documents, verify the eligibility of the school to train foreign students and considering the amount involved too but na them still know. All we need is for them to call us soon.

My flight school gave me a contact of a Nigerian currently training in the school so I asked her how long it took to get her visa and he told me that trvs to flight schools takes a minimum of 6months and her own was 6months and 2weeks so I guess am still on the right track. She also said she was called for medicals in the 5th month so am still good to go. What a great relief.

Just got a reply from CDHC after I sent them a mail this morning.

This people are just crazy, they are not even given any info about the status of the application. Hopefully they should call you this week. I am going to mail them tomorrow if status do not change by the end of today because it will be exactly 16weeks tomorrow.

CDHC has now moved to October and they are yet to call some of us that submitted in Sept. This people still needs some disturbing prayers and i will give them. I dont know what they are still verifying.

I have news. My sch program co-ordinator replied me and asked if I will be able to make spring which starts May. U guess wat my answer was - YES!
I now await the offer. Idomaboi really brought d hope back and God is making all things new.
I'll try and use d time ( frm now to May) to get sum intl certs.
