No need to hate, the space is there for everyone to exercise thier right and talent, but great credit to Hilda Baci for opening their eyes to the possibilities of the endless opportunity and grace.
We are strong, passionate and determined people. We can do the unthinkable once we can imagine it.
Thanks to both of them, more door and grace

Aside zoning, akpabio is not really showing the capacity. Senate leadership is different from executive leadership; Executive leadership has limited disagreement, while Senate leadership comes with many disagreement and opposition from the floor members. You have to be strong and tough in decision making to be a successful Senate leader. He can not be judged through his antecedents as former governor because he used executive powers has governor.
Politics / Re: Fuel Subsidy Is Organised Crime, Should Be Removed — Peter Obi Backs Tinubu by adexpa(m): 8:53pm On Jun 06, 2023
The one with perfect solution to a problem is he the spectator. Everyone continue saying Tinubu should not have made the decision immediately, some were saying he should plan before taking the step. Did we all realise that there was no plan for subsidy in the current budget from July; we expect the government to continue the trend of borrowing to take care of subsidy while planning to end the fraud right? We need to face reality sometime. Not everything you have to waste time planning, you take the action simultaneously with the planning sometimes. Difficult moment calls for Difficult decisions.

Ok, what next. This govt should get the govt running as fast as possible. I don't know what we are busy doing before Inauguration that we can't pencil down our choice of ministers and get them on board after inauguration. All these delays creates loophole in a govt.
Nigerians are really suffering at this time.

He needs to wait for the 10th assembly before sending his ministerial list. The 9th assembly are winding down sessions and their sittings now are not for critical engagement any longer.

Seriously, anyone can lay the path, it's not necessarily be the people holding public office. Falz can be a good example, he can use the opportunity to speak more to power. It will take Nigerians to build Nigeria. We should not be hypocritical with truth

Family / Re: Is It Compulsory For A Lady To Know How To Cook Before Marriage? by adexpa(m): 11:54am On Dec 07, 2021
I think whoever that knows how to eat should know how to cook. There is no way you can enjoy eating outside all the time. Cooking is a skill that can easily be learn this days except the person in question is extremely lazy.
Phones / Re: We Should All Be Making Whatsapp Calls Instead Of Regular Phone Calls by adexpa(m): 8:20am On Nov 24, 2021
Op, it's like that in saner countries, calls off WhatsApp is seldom and majorly for short business or official conversations because of its clarity and other factors but most unofficial conversations are done majorly through WhatsApp. It's possible because everyone is either accessing personal data, office data, coffee shop data or restaurant data.....there is always room to be online all the time, but it will kinda tough in Nigeria due to cost of accessing internet, majority of people switched off data once they are not doing anything online to prevent underground data consumption.
I hope we get there cus it's less expensive and better for long hour conversations

It's possible but you have to start early (18 possibly) and it will have to be in a sane country where you will be able to raise loan along the line or grant. Jeff bezos, elon musk, mark, Dangote etc started early. You wouldn't have to stay in school for years cus school cut destiny short.
Politics / Re: IMF Tells FG To Remove Electric And Fuel Subsidies, Give More Jobs by adexpa(m): 2:47pm On Nov 20, 2021
The IMF advice is right in a saner/transparent system where everything works. You can not remove subsidy with the current minimum wage, the country with no subsidy works on minimum wage year in year out. The two bodies(nnpc/phcn) should be a total independent bodies.
Career / Re: Should I Further My Education Or Learn A Skill To Help My Family? by adexpa(m): 6:26pm On Nov 18, 2021
Go find money first and possibly go to school later. School is for kids who are still figuring their route in life, you should be in serious pursue of life @29 n not talking about school anymore. If you can take a tough decision, I will advise you go into transportation either driving bus or Uber or whatever relating to transportation. You need to make money from dirty and hard jobs and later push them into business/something else. The earlier you realize that school will not give you the kind of life you hoped for the better..except you want to work for people.
Family / Re: Why Do People Improve Themselves After A Divorce But Not During The Marriage? by adexpa(m): 7:42am On Nov 13, 2021
I do not hate any gender but truth be told, women marries their husbands most of time because of their selfish needs, they married because they found someone who can ease their burden(finance majorly), they do all kind of stuffs for the man in order to keep him footing their bills.

I have a question for most women,
Would you marry your husband or would you marry the time you got married suppose you are financially stable?

I don't think this should be a debate for a reasonable person. How can you buy land and start building house with all your capital, house is not an asset if not for rent or sale. The first thing is to invest in what will give you return over time. You can always build house with your returns.

Career / Re: Why Women Should Get Into Male Dominated Jobs by adexpa(m): 7:19pm On Sep 15, 2021
The entire ideal is ...... women should jettison the orientation of dependence under disguise of no jobs. Until women can totally embrace the idealogy of what man can do a woman can do so, they will remain a slave indirectly.
Seriously, many women would have become business owners if they could venture into some jobs they sees to be for men. With background knowledge in a particular field, it's easier to enter offices and convince directors to win contracts as a woman.
This thread is not critics but a wake up call

Family / Re: How Long Do You Think Courtship Should Take? by adexpa(m): 8:00pm On Sep 11, 2021
The only person that should be looking for who to marry is a man/woman who's ready to marry, a woman/man who understands what it takes to be married and ready to face the responsibilities, a man/woman who's ready financial and emotional. Relationship/courtship for this set of people should not more than 6-12 months. A relationship with clear objectives coupled with specific definition. These set of people knows what they are looking for and can identify those things in few months.

Any other relationship outside this is a waste/fun and not meaningful. People who are not ready for marriage should not be looking for something serious, they can have fun with whoever that got the time as they got too but there shouldn't be commitments because heartbroken is guaranteed, somebody will waste money and somebody will waste body.

YES i fully agree that education is important in Nigeria, but i fully disagree that this will have any value to a couple who've known each other, dated each other, decided to propose and finally are thinking of marriage. furthermore, i seriously doubt that a wife would cheat on her husband due to his lack of degree... i mean, its not like the husband will suddenly lack something he had on the day of marriage...but hey, everything is possible in this day and age.

The choice is hers to decide bro. She is already having doubt for her to come here and ask. Let us leave the choice for her. We are to tell her possibilities

this is the biggest fear .

I will encourage you to look into it holistically, it is possible to work it out, I am not ruling out the possibility, but the tendency is cloudy. What leads to issues in marriages are actually not big stuffs but minor things that were not properly thought through.

lead to adultery because someone has a degree that her husband doesnt?!?!??! lol!!!!

if someone is a cheating wh0re then no matter the degree or not, they will cheat regardless...

BTW love has absolutely NOTHING to do with education.

I have been to few countries where education is not a factor but not in our own part of the world( Nigeria). You have to look into every possible outcome because what turns out to be problem in some marriages are just minor/trivial things that were no holistically put into consideration from onset. Educational differences is a big deal in Nigeria settings and must be thoroughly looked into.

I understand that anybody can become anything without degree but it is tough in our part of the world to be relevant without college education. I wouldn't advice you to go into it because you will see your type later in the nearest future and that will lead to adultery and ended up with divorce. There are many things attach to love, love is a product of many things; education, Information, coordination, and physical outlook.

Untill people realize long time relationship is a scam, they wouldn't know the havoc long time relationship is doing them. Two months to six months relationship is enough to know who you're gonna marry and take decision. If a man is not saying something positive in 3months to your relationship, you are on a long thing aside you guys are just catching cruise. Any relationship that is well defined from day one should have head in 3months. Ladies have to wise up and shine their faces, many guys are just using you catch cruise.

Romance / Re: Could It True The Black Race Have Low Iq? by adexpa(m): 2:37pm On Sep 09, 2021
The white guys are not better in any ways than blacks. The major discovery in the developed world were done many years ago, most of the recent guys are just polishing them. Our fathers didn't really do much for us to triumph, there are no much for us to modify and develop.
Currently, we blacks are facing low self esteem challenge and that is relegating us so much. Blacks needs much self discovery through self education, the school education is just a mere fundamental, we need a lot of education to build up. We lack information and we hate education.

Family / Re: Why Are Married Men Quiet And Condone Rubbish In Their Homes? by adexpa(m): 2:14pm On Sep 09, 2021
It took be going through all the comments before replying. Different views with good points.
(1) Divorce is not a thing we embrace easily in Africa, we think of what people will say a lot, majority of us remain in terrible situations because of what people will say.
(2) We think people will change over time, we try to give room for change too much. I agree that people change but it is more from good to better than from bad to good arrow. People hardly change and the better we realize that the earlier we take necessary actions against excessiveness.
(3) Majority of men thinks they can not take care of their children alone, majority thinks it is too much to cater for children and business together. I agree it was never designed for one person to do everything alone but it's better to man up and take the responsibility whenever there's a call for it.
(4) majority of men are weak either for sex, companionship or whatever, some men can not do without women hence they endure the shit just to keep the woman around. No matter how sex and others are pleasurable, man must not show the weakness and must be able to have some control.

It takes a lot of discipline and information to be a man. Women are manipulative in nature and they will find every opportunity to win you over, but it takes a disciplined man to take charge.

Your woman must respect you and have reservations for your judgements. But it takes a lot of knowledge, information, education, coordination to be a respected man.

It's a good time every Nigerians sees cow business as opportunity, we should not leave it to fulanis alone, they brag and rant because they are the major stakeholders in cow business. Many people should get land in their dormain and do ranching, cow business is a viable one especially in Nigeria with 200m people. Fulanis can't continue to hold us into ransom on what everyone can do.

I have had opportunities to work in few engineering department including a site supervisor/engineer and I was able to realize that it's tougher to run business in Nigeria. Aside government policies that made life difficult for business to triumph, labour is a big threat to Nigeria businesses. Every staffs wants to make extra income aside their normal pay and they put up every available strategies to actualize it.
Treating them well by giving them food and talk to them like family is not bad and that is not the problem, but Nigerians are terrible people, one needs extra iron hands to handle Nigerians.

When I see what's going on in Africa, I wept for mother land. No reasonable continent will respect and recognize us with the way we do things in Africa. Leadership mandate looks like rocket science for Africa leaders; they find it so hard to govern peaceful and democratically. All this trash made west to see us perpetually as animals. We got too much talent both in human capital and natural endowment but we waste them on a daily bases.
I wept for mother land.
Career / Re: Is Business Analysis A Good Course Or Career To Venture Into As A Post Graduate. by adexpa(m): 2:27pm On Sep 03, 2021
Business analytics is a good line but I will recommend you to toll part of working in business line for some couple of times and Garner some experiences while you are upgrading your certifications in line with business analytics, business analytics is not really defined in Nigeria and many organisations do not primarily look out for business analytics but they possibly carved out someone with relevant knowledge to play the role. Start out by working with an organization and play your way out. Experiences and good judgement played a big roles in business analytics.
It is a good field and you can later become a firm on your own as a consultant.
Romance / Re: Ladies, This Is Why You Can't Get The Calibre Of Men You Want.. by adexpa(m): 9:51am On Sep 01, 2021
I agree with oop. Aside by accident (maybe through friends or school/office activities), men approach ladies base on how attractive, well dressed and composed they appear, it is not necessarily looking like a modest but looking decent and composed attract men. The side of intelligence and smartness came into play as you go by in your friendship journey but your look kick-start the whole thing. Men ended up with unattractive ladies out of the notion of eat and run but they got arrested along the line. Ladies needs to work on their looks as much as they work on their independence/intelligence/smartness, they all work together.

Obviously, what she said might be truth but leaders do not vomit every words just to corroborate her statements. The major message here is calling on bodies to assist in funding women games. There are many diplomatic ways to support your messages without insult. Women attach emotions whenever they sees a situation that looks unpleasant and such is not expected of a leader. A leader evaluates and takes his/her time to address issues.

Yes a woman can do same and more, it is a choice, no one can tame another, is that not what you guys preach about everyday?

You forget what this thread is about yet you tell me to condemn cheating of all kinds, how many of you men have ever opened threads to condemn cheating men? You guys cheat and take pride in it, ladies are cheating right back and all of you are keep crying about it like babies deprived of milk,

The idiot I quoted had the effrontery to say men have the right to cheat, you did not preach the rubbish up there to him, yet you choose to tell me, sumtin dey worry you

Don't quote me to spill rubbish if you cannot direct it back to your gender.

If you take your time to read my post, you would see zero trace of war in it, but I can see that you are a warrior. Sorry for quoting you.
