RomanceRe: Can A Masters Graduate (female) Marry Someone With No Degree by adexpa(m): 10:19pm On Sep 09, 2021
MrBrownJay1:
YES i fully agree that education is important in Nigeria, but i fully disagree that this will have any value to a couple who've known each other, dated each other, decided to propose and finally are thinking of marriage. furthermore, i seriously doubt that a wife would cheat on her husband due to his lack of degree... i mean, its not like the husband will suddenly lack something he had on the day of marriage...but hey, everything is possible in this day and age.
The choice is hers to decide bro. She is already having doubt for her to come here and ask. Let us leave the choice for her. We are to tell her possibilities

Liliantalks:
this is the biggest fear .
I will encourage you to look into it holistically, it is possible to work it out, I am not ruling out the possibility, but the tendency is cloudy. What leads to issues in marriages are actually not big stuffs but minor things that were not properly thought through.

MrBrownJay1:
lead to adultery because someone has a degree that her husband doesnt?!?!??! lol!!!!

if someone is a cheating wh0re then no matter the degree or not, they will cheat regardless...

BTW love has absolutely NOTHING to do with education.
I have been to few countries where education is not a factor but not in our own part of the world( Nigeria). You have to look into every possible outcome because what turns out to be problem in some marriages are just minor/trivial things that were no holistically put into consideration from onset. Educational differences is a big deal in Nigeria settings and must be thoroughly looked into.
RomanceRe: Can A Masters Graduate (female) Marry Someone With No Degree by adexpa(m): 5:34pm On Sep 09, 2021
I understand that anybody can become anything without degree but it is tough in our part of the world to be relevant without college education. I wouldn't advice you to go into it because you will see your type later in the nearest future and that will lead to adultery and ended up with divorce. There are many things attach to love, love is a product of many things; education, Information, coordination, and physical outlook.
RomanceRe: My Boyfriend Is Getting Married To A Lady He Met Through Me – Lady Cries Out by adexpa(m): 5:24pm On Sep 09, 2021
Untill people realize long time relationship is a scam, they wouldn't know the havoc long time relationship is doing them. Two months to six months relationship is enough to know who you're gonna marry and take decision. If a man is not saying something positive in 3months to your relationship, you are on a long thing aside you guys are just catching cruise. Any relationship that is well defined from day one should have head in 3months. Ladies have to wise up and shine their faces, many guys are just using you catch cruise.
RomanceRe: Could It True The Black Race Have Low Iq? by adexpa(m): 2:37pm On Sep 09, 2021
The white guys are not better in any ways than blacks. The major discovery in the developed world were done many years ago, most of the recent guys are just polishing them. Our fathers didn't really do much for us to triumph, there are no much for us to modify and develop.
Currently, we blacks are facing low self esteem challenge and that is relegating us so much. Blacks needs much self discovery through self education, the school education is just a mere fundamental, we need a lot of education to build up. We lack information and we hate education.
FamilyRe: Why Are Married Men Quiet And Condone Rubbish In Their Homes? by adexpa(m): 2:14pm On Sep 09, 2021
It took be going through all the comments before replying. Different views with good points.
(1) Divorce is not a thing we embrace easily in Africa, we think of what people will say a lot, majority of us remain in terrible situations because of what people will say.
(2) We think people will change over time, we try to give room for change too much. I agree that people change but it is more from good to better than from bad to good arrow. People hardly change and the better we realize that the earlier we take necessary actions against excessiveness.
(3) Majority of men thinks they can not take care of their children alone, majority thinks it is too much to cater for children and business together. I agree it was never designed for one person to do everything alone but it's better to man up and take the responsibility whenever there's a call for it.
(4) majority of men are weak either for sex, companionship or whatever, some men can not do without women hence they endure the shit just to keep the woman around. No matter how sex and others are pleasurable, man must not show the weakness and must be able to have some control.

It takes a lot of discipline and information to be a man. Women are manipulative in nature and they will find every opportunity to win you over, but it takes a disciplined man to take charge.

Your woman must respect you and have reservations for your judgements. But it takes a lot of knowledge, information, education, coordination to be a respected man.
PoliticsRe: MACBAN: Cows Will Cost ₦2 Million Each If Lagos Anti-Open Passes Grazing Law by adexpa(m): 8:47am On Sep 09, 2021
It's a good time every Nigerians sees cow business as opportunity, we should not leave it to fulanis alone, they brag and rant because they are the major stakeholders in cow business. Many people should get land in their dormain and do ranching, cow business is a viable one especially in Nigeria with 200m people. Fulanis can't continue to hold us into ransom on what everyone can do.
CareerRe: My Workers Are Ripping Me On Site by adexpa(m): 11:14am On Sep 06, 2021
I have had opportunities to work in few engineering department including a site supervisor/engineer and I was able to realize that it's tougher to run business in Nigeria. Aside government policies that made life difficult for business to triumph, labour is a big threat to Nigeria businesses. Every staffs wants to make extra income aside their normal pay and they put up every available strategies to actualize it.
Treating them well by giving them food and talk to them like family is not bad and that is not the problem, but Nigerians are terrible people, one needs extra iron hands to handle Nigerians.
Foreign AffairsRe: Meet Colonel Mamady Doumbouya, The Man Who Led The Guinean Coup (Photos, Video) by adexpa(m): 8:14am On Sep 06, 2021
When I see what's going on in Africa, I wept for mother land. No reasonable continent will respect and recognize us with the way we do things in Africa. Leadership mandate looks like rocket science for Africa leaders; they find it so hard to govern peaceful and democratically. All this trash made west to see us perpetually as animals. We got too much talent both in human capital and natural endowment but we waste them on a daily bases.
I wept for mother land.
CareerRe: Is Business Analysis A Good Course Or Career To Venture Into As A Post Graduate. by adexpa(m): 2:27pm On Sep 03, 2021
Business analytics is a good line but I will recommend you to toll part of working in business line for some couple of times and Garner some experiences while you are upgrading your certifications in line with business analytics, business analytics is not really defined in Nigeria and many organisations do not primarily look out for business analytics but they possibly carved out someone with relevant knowledge to play the role. Start out by working with an organization and play your way out. Experiences and good judgement played a big roles in business analytics.
It is a good field and you can later become a firm on your own as a consultant.
RomanceRe: Ladies, This Is Why You Can't Get The Calibre Of Men You Want.. by adexpa(m): 9:51am On Sep 01, 2021
I agree with oop. Aside by accident (maybe through friends or school/office activities), men approach ladies base on how attractive, well dressed and composed they appear, it is not necessarily looking like a modest but looking decent and composed attract men. The side of intelligence and smartness came into play as you go by in your friendship journey but your look kick-start the whole thing. Men ended up with unattractive ladies out of the notion of eat and run but they got arrested along the line. Ladies needs to work on their looks as much as they work on their independence/intelligence/smartness, they all work together.
SportsRe: Tanzania President Samia Suluhu-Hassan Calls Women Footballers ‘Flat-Chested’ by adexpa(m): 10:55am On Aug 29, 2021
Obviously, what she said might be truth but leaders do not vomit every words just to corroborate her statements. The major message here is calling on bodies to assist in funding women games. There are many diplomatic ways to support your messages without insult. Women attach emotions whenever they sees a situation that looks unpleasant and such is not expected of a leader. A leader evaluates and takes his/her time to address issues.
RomanceRe: Why Do Married Women Cheat These Days? by adexpa(m): 11:35am On Aug 22, 2021
JovialJune:
Yes a woman can do same and more, it is a choice, no one can tame another, is that not what you guys preach about everyday?

You forget what this thread is about yet you tell me to condemn cheating of all kinds, how many of you men have ever opened threads to condemn cheating men? You guys cheat and take pride in it, ladies are cheating right back and all of you are keep crying about it like babies deprived of milk,

The idiot I quoted had the effrontery to say men have the right to cheat, you did not preach the rubbish up there to him, yet you choose to tell me, sumtin dey worry you

Don't quote me to spill rubbish if you cannot direct it back to your gender.
If you take your time to read my post, you would see zero trace of war in it, but I can see that you are a warrior. Sorry for quoting you.
Thank you

JovialJune:
Oh so now I lack emotional intelligence because I referred you back to your village elders, cat got your tongue/hand? No intelligent counter point from you what happen? Thirsty males with low IQ that can't think straight.
I am sure you do not wish to do what you are supporting........ it's better to condemn cheating of all kinds rather than fighting gender supremacy cus I can see that your point is what a man can do a woman is entitled to do same.
PoliticsRe: Aregbesola Decries Declining Interest Of Younger Generation In Library, Learning by adexpa(m): 6:03am On Jul 26, 2021
One of my plans in life is to build library around Nigeria as much as possible cus no matter how gadgets and other devices makes books accessible it can never be like going through hard copy, and there are numerous distraction while using gadget to read.
There can't be modern library other than the physical center. Many successful people have library in their houses.
RomanceRe: Pls How Do You Guys Deal With This? by adexpa(m): 5:57am On Jul 12, 2021
Find good books that are of interest. You probably will not see people that will engage you according to your expectations. I do not have friends aside people I got to talk to briefly accidentally.

RomanceRe: ….... by adexpa(m): 8:50pm On Jul 05, 2021
Nobody here will empathize with you. Did you asked her the reason for such decision?
I do not think leaving her is the solution cus you never know the status(maybe she had many abortions already) of the next one you gonna meet. Talk to her on her decision and find out the hidden things you never know.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Does Having Masters Help Get Shortlisted For Recruitments Asking For 2.1? by adexpa(m): 5:04pm On Jun 30, 2021
It's more reasonable to work with first degree cus you will be more exposed and experience after couple of years and the experience will determine your next degree. Your experience/exposure will help channel your path right.
Masters is not really a yardstick for employment, it's experience, we have few positions that require masters for entry.
RomanceRe: Whether You Are Single Or Married Make Sure You Read This And Learn by adexpa(m): 6:10pm On Jun 07, 2021

RomanceRe: Should I Follow My Mother's Advice? by adexpa(m): 3:51pm On Jun 07, 2021
The reason why your mum advised you in that direction is because a ready made man can not be controlled, you wouldn't have a single say in the union cus you didn't bring anything.
You only need a guy with clear direction; a serious guy who knows what he wants and focus. You need a man whose stories you are part of, a man who fell and rose in your presence.

The Advice is for you to have happy home. Ready made man don't give a Bleep, he can rubbish you anytime.
InvestmentRe: Can The Board Of Directors Fire The Owner Of A Company? by adexpa(m): 8:43pm On Jun 06, 2021
It happens where the founder or the idea career only brings the idea with no fund/less fund, his share will probably be less with idea alone and the other guys with cash can push him or her out, but he will continue to receive return accordingly to his/her contribution. Many idea career are not a good directors or managers, they are mostly aggressive and restless. Really idea career/ entrepreneur mostly found companies and move away to generate another.

onoms4luv:
Everything still boils down to low pay. Forget all those things when you list. once the pay is good like $1000 and above, and it comes, when duly needed.

forget all those factors when you list so... Bob men nor go dissatisfied
You talked like a typical African man who thinks money makes all. If employer doesn't take the welfare of her staffs serious, the job can be frustrating no matter the money (it's until you start earning the big money that you will realize that you need more than the money)
PoliticsRe: Bishop Kukah: Why Nigeria’s Governance Problem Hasn’t Been Solved by adexpa(m): 3:48pm On Mar 17, 2021
I do not believe that our problem is unpreparedness because our major problems are very cleared and can even be identified by a kid, do we need to be prepared for years before knowing that Nigeria needs electricity, good road, diversification into full scale farming, full scale mining and then security to boost tourism and foreign investment.
Leadership is not a rocket science, the simple trick is to look at countries that are doing well in the area we are lacking and copy their approach, we have many young guys across the globe who can help to achieve these as a technocrats (ministers).
Our problem is true citizen; we lack people who really want change and develop the system, everyone who find their Way into the helm of affairs maneuver their ways because of their family and pocket.
Until we have people who are ready to serve and not people who wants to build empire for their unborn children.
EducationRe: Kwara Hijab Controversy: Government Deploys Security To Schools In Ilorin by adexpa(m): 9:11am On Mar 09, 2021
This is another big blow that shows the impossibility of Nigeria becoming peaceful State. There are many things dividing us and it is impossible to eliminate those things. Religion..... tribalism.... ethnicity are the main problem we are facing
