Several studies conducted on veggies and fruits suggest that the abundance of antioxidants in carrots could actually lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases and cancer. 1. Lung Cancer:

A study conducted on smokers suggested that people who included carrots in their diet at least once a week were 33 percent less prone to lung cancer than non-carrot eaters.

3. Prostate Cancer:

I am expanding on my post of yesterday about witchcraft because someone ask a very important question. The questions is how can native doctors without training locate where a bone is broken and fix it?

First, it is not true local native doctors are not trained. they were trained by their parents or a mentor when they were young. They just pretend they are not trained and that they got powers from the spirit. It is marketing. Africans loves spiritual powers so you don't tell them you learned it, rather you tell them it is spiritual powers from above. They are happy and respect you for it.

You don't need to go to medical school to understand medicine. There are Chinese doctors who can tell you your blood pressure just by looking at your eyeball closely. I met one recently. It is science and he can teach you how to do it too.

The difference is the Chinese doctor will just tell you that you what is wrong with you and charge you $50.

These animals have all proven to detect diseases:

They are not even native doctors. The problem of Africa is actually very simple. The major problem is people have just not sat down to figure out the solution yet.

The major problem is Belief. People believe in the extremes and as such their brains cannot handle these conflicting believes. It leads to paralysis. This is the state we are.

For example, the same person believes he is under the protection of God but at the same time is scared of the native doctor who put a curse on him.

Nigeria is one of the few places on earth you now have atheist that believes in Witchcraft. One of those things is mutually exclusive of the other. Which means in plain english, If God doesn't exist, then Satan cannot exist either and by extension witches don't exist.

Lots of these stuff exist in Africa. Some people say they can disappear but have no proof, but science say nobody can disappear and they can prove it.

Some people believe when they kill someone they can use the head to make money. Science have proven that genuine money can only be printed at the central banks. you will either earn it, inherit it or steal it. Other than that you will not get it. You can kill the entire village if you like.

A while back, some Christians put a curse on me that either God or the demon will kill me. I am sure they both are not interested in my demize.

Listen, there are three ways to kill someone.

1. Put a hole in the person with a sharp object.
2. Poison the person with some foreign substance.
3. Use a blunt force like a hammer or a car.

Other than these, you are just wasting your time and energy. Put a curse on me all you want and nothing will happen.

People who put curse on others know this as well. So they employ additional means to finish the job. If someone put a curse on your and put cyanide in your Amala, that would do the job. However, the cyanide alone will do the job as well without a curse.

If someone put a curse on you don't let that bother you because it doesn't work. But stay away from that person because if the person finds a way to put a hole in your body, poison you or use a blunt force object on you then the curse would work.

I know for the hard core African I am just wasting my time. But Lord knows Ive tried.

Any sub saharan country can become self sufficient in food production in just three years. People keep arguing with me that it is not possible as if they are trying to prove to me that they have the right to remain poor.

There have been two obstacles to this happening:

1.) The people in government. I never thought any group of people would work against the development of their own people as the people in government in Africa. Everyone has made a victim of one another. As soon as people become civil servant they become oppressors of their fellow Africans.

2.) The people don't realise how easy this is to do. They think it is complex and complicated. So they are used as tools by some bezoars in government to saboteur any process that can put such transformation in place.

I was able to employ 50 persons and start feeding entire communities in Edo state within three months before the state government decided to work against me. Left alone, we would be farming 5,000 hectares by now in Edo state and contributing at least $50 million yearly to the GDP of the state.

People are thinking too small. That leaves some of us revving our engines perpetually without the opportunity to race.

Nigerian youths are not lazy. They just misdirect their energy. Energy cannot be destroyed, you can only transform it to something else. Sometimes, this youthful energy is directed (transformed) into social vices and outer boredom. It doesn't mean the culprit is lazy.

Is only a Nigerian youth I have seen with six packs without going to the gym because he rolls 100kg wheelbarrow daily for 40 kilometers. He can run a sprint on the high road trying to sell you a water bottle all day in the scorching heat without getting hit by a car and he will be back the next day. Many just get bored and prefer to be Yahoo boys. look at it from their perspective, that work is much easier than selling water bottle.

No, he is not lazy, Someone, betrayed him. Someone, didn't do their work of guidance and nurturing.

He has not been taught many things, but also he or she have not been opportuned to see how else things could work. For example, let's take teamwork. In any sport, everybody knows that to win you must work together in a team. Most of our youths loves football but they don't get the lesson of the sport: The team work.

Say a midfielder wants to pass a ball to a striker and he deceives his own striker, he pretends to pass the ball, but he doesn't. The striker starts the move but the ball never gets to the location. Everytime, the midfielder does that. That team will never score a point because they are lying to each other. That is not a team work.

The number one reason Nigerian youths suffers is dishonesty. If you have a project with Nigerian youths working on it, they will all lie to each other in that project for simple things.

The project is going to fail just because of the series of such small and deliberate misrepresentations and inconsistencies. This is one of the reasons most of the $35 billion diasporas remittance that came into the country in 2016 got lost. Normally, that money is enough toe transform a country. The next year more money will come and get lost gain.

Most of the projects or activities that fails in Nigeria is not because someone actually stole the money. NO. It is because everyone involved lied to each other and ended up working on the wrong assumptions. Anything built on lie will collapse. It is the law of nature.

I don't think many Nigerian youths know this because his fathers and forefathers were also like that and they did quite well he thought? But he is not sure how the Germans did it.

I promised to write about what is killing people in Nigeria today. Nigerians should be focused on solving these problem instead of fighting over GMO they don't understand yet. This i what is causing most of the cancer going around now:

1.) Ripening agent for banana and plantain. Because people are in hurry to harvest their bananas and plantain. they spray it with Calcium carbide. This is a ripening agent and makes the plantain to ripen very quietly. It is extremely hazardous to the human body as it contains traces of arsenic and phosphorus.

So anytime you buy ripe plantain in the market chances are you are buying plantain ripened with Calcium carbide.

Solution: Buy unripe Plantains and Banana and keep it inside black plastic for few days, it will ripe naturally.

2.) Most Nigerian farmers, if not all of them use a chemical called "Sniper" as added ingredient for pest control. Sniper is potent and it scares me. It is a DDVP, 2,2-Dichlorovinyl dimethyl phosphate compound. An organophosphate that readily binds to the lungs and kidney causing cancer. It is almost in everything you eat in Nigeria. Even the looters eat it too.

Solution: You are on your own here because it is everywhere.

3.) Weevil controls in Beans with Aluminum phosphide (AlP). This is the most dangerous food pollution in Nigeria. Because weavil can destroy the entire year harvest of the farmer in few days. They drop tablets of Aluminum Phosphide inside each bag of beans.

They think that one tablet is enough to drive weevils away from the bag of beans. Yes they are right, but that one tablet can drive weevil away from an entire Silo or 50 tone of beans. Do the maths yourselves.

Unfortunately, it is now one of the most common causes of food poisoning in Nigeria. It liberates lethal phosphine gas when it comes in contact either with atmospheric moisture or with hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Solution: Eat beans with Weevils.

4.) Chicken from China preserved using embalming substance. The same used to embalm dead bodies in Nigeria.This is cancer causing substance that will kill you slowing. How else do you think chicken gets to Nigeria from China without proper cooling system.

Solution: Eat only local chicken. don't buy frozen chicken. if you can't see it running around don't buy it.

The farmers don't want to kill people, but they are uneducated and don't know what they are doing and besides, they don't have tools to deal with the challenges they have.

This is why the European Union, United States don't want to have the Beans,Cocoa, Plantain and Pineapples from Nigeria. It has nothing to do with racism or because they are evil white people. They have warned Nigeria several times to clean up her food.
