Foreign Affairs5 Facts About Netherlands You May Never Know- Aroms by Adieza(op):
1. The Netherlands is 22 times smaller than Nigeria.
2. They have 17 million people living there. 3. There are 6 states in Nigeria bigger than the Netherlands and Niger state is almost double in size.
That small the country is.

4. They feed themselves, and last year exported over $90 billion worth of food.
5. That is about 3 times Nigeria oil revenue. Funny enough, black people used to think agriculture was their thing since they didn't produce any technology.

Many people don't realize how sorry our situation is. Before, there was no money. But today there is so much money out there that we cannot even use the money available in the world to develop Nigeria. You don't really need government money these days to develop a country. The government just need to make life easy for people with money to come and use their money to develop the country. This is a very difficult notion for African leaders to understand.

Today, African governments are the biggest enemies of their own people.

PoliticsNigeria Is Just Like A Time Bomb, On Buhari Declaration by Adieza(op): 4:42pm On Apr 10, 2018
Nigeria is a timebomb ticking. This is how Nigerians are reacting:

1) Some people pray for it not to go off.
2) Some hope it won't go off.
3) Some pray to God about it.
4) Some are in constant denial.

I wake up sometimes and ask myself, is it me or something is missing here? Maybe I am being paranoid.

Christianity EtcProofs God Don't Answer Black Prayers- Aroms by Adieza(op): 3:52pm On Apr 10, 2018
One day I would like to put some educated Nigerians together in a big stadium and teach them something. I guess if they know more, the scales will fall off their eyes and they might wake up.

Somebody wrote me that God has decreed that Nigeria will be a great country. I asked, Which God? When did he make that decree and how come I was not aware of it? Why do people keep making up outrageous statements without foundation and proof? The medical term for this is Delusional disorder.

This next part of this write up is however, based on facts. I know few companies in the world, some are old and others are not too old. There is one called Walmart which was started by a man called Sam Walton. It happened to be the biggest stores in America. Walmart alone is doing a revenue of $480 billion a year. Yes, that is a "B". The company is 53 years old That is more than the GDP of Nigeria. I never heard him talked about God once before he died.

Verizon
Allianz
Toyota
Dailer
Apple
Google

And over 30 other companies in the world make over 100 Billion USD revenue a year each. In Africa, there are only five countries with a GDP over $100 billion per year and that is not income. In fact, I know 10 companies make more profit yearly than the budget of all African countries.

Most of these companies were started by a small group of people, sometimes, just one person. without mineral resources. Now compare that to a country. Every country is a sovereign state with a Flag, a seal, a Central Bank, Currency, Laws, workforce. etc. The resource of any country in the world to start and build something great is much more that any of the companies I mentioned above had and still have. It is much more easier to build up a country today to be rich, more than it is to build a company. Yet, Africans cannot even build one country up. Please stop blaming the british.

How does the British stop people from cleaning their neighborhood, loving their neighbors, spending time to think their way out of their problems and investing in themselves? For crying out loud Africans cannot even feed themselves.

Christianity EtcGod Is Not Answering The Prayers Of Black People by Adieza(op): 2:50pm On Apr 08, 2018
I know God is not answering black people's prayer. All the facts and empirical evidence shows he doesn't. Don't get angry, I will explain. “To get what you want, you have to deserve what you want. The world is not yet a crazy enough place to reward a whole bunch of undeserving people.” – Charlie Munger

The bible said God is a God of love and justice and he is fair. Right? So he gave everyone the same. The only thing we have to do is use what he gave us to create wonders. West Africa alone can feed Europe. They can produce over $300 billion worth of food yearly if they wanted.

River Congo is 8-11 kilometers wide in some places. now let that sink in for a while. Imagine a river that is 8,000m - 11,000m wide. It is 4,700 kilometers long. It is big enough to power entire Africa and produce enough fish to feed Africa and Europe combined.

Any country that is brave enough to plant just 34 million coconut trees in West Africa will start earning over $20 billion every year after 4 years. That is just 200,000 hectares of farm. It will turn over 100,000 families to middle class family. 36 African countries don't earn this much yearly.

I can write a book about this. Yet all these people are poor.

If God was to still be answering the prayers of Africans for daily bread then that won't be fair to the Europeans, American and the Asians.

The Chinese are literally working their behinds off to study and build new technologies that the government jail anyone that is not working hard.

PoliticsHow I Suffered Discrimination At Age 18 In Nigeria - Aroms by Adieza(op): 9:15pm On Apr 07, 2018
I have traveled over 25 countries in three continents and leaved permanently in seven of them. I have never been so discriminated as I have been in Nigeria and among people of the same colour.

I have suffered discrimination and wickedness the most in my country. When I was 18 years old I couldn't get a job in Nigeria, I also couldn't get into any University because I came from a small tribe in Nigeria so I was not connected. I had to leave the country if I wanted to be educated. The white man gave me a scholarship.

I came back later to start a business to help other people but I could never put my foot on the ground because I am not of a certain political party and definitely not from a ruling tribe. These people find this normal.

Imagine if you were in the USA and you get denied a job because of your colour or political party affiliation. Now that would be a big news. Say you were in England and a member of the Conservative party and you were openly denied a job because you are from the Labour party. That would be a big news.

In Nigeria, that is the most normal thing that has happened that day. Somebody will tell you to be glad and thank Jesus you were not arrested.

I think these people are barbaric. which means: savagely cruel.

Why do black people dislike themselves so much? The Germans fought everybody in Europe twice the last 120 years in two very brutal wars. Even then all Europeans worked together to rebuild Europe after the war in 1945. If that had happened in African they will still be fighting now. Someone is still refusing to build a new bridge to the eastern part of Nigeria because of the war.

Politics12 Characteristics Of Every Nigerian and African by Adieza(op):
The problem of Africa underdevelopment is due to Mental Health Issues. I used to wonder why African politicians seems not to care about their people. I now know for sure they don't care. Else, Why would a President not build hospitals for his people but rather budget $1 billion to buy arms?

Why would people eat fat and those directly next to them can only drink gari if they are lucky once a day?

How could you send your child to the most expensive schools while others are left without education? I could go on all day.

However, I did extensive research on this and find out most of them have personality disorder when grouped together called the "The Dark Triad".

These personality traits are:
1) Psychopathy
2) Narcissism
3) Machiavellianism

If anybody has one of these personality traits they are going to make your life very difficult. If someone has more than one of these then you are in trouble and you should run as far as you can from that person. However, you are in serious trouble when they are your leaders.

People with the Dark Triad personality have one thing in common. They have no EMPATHY. That is a fancy word to describe feeling for others or putting yourself in their shoes. People who cannot show empathy are comfortable to received $40,000 a month while the minimum wage is N18,000. Fly to foreign countries for medical tourism and leave the rest to die even when they have the power to change that.

You see, A Psychopath don't care at all what you say about him. He doesn't care whether others are dying or hungry or not. He only care when something happens to him. Arguing with him on social media or anywhere ese for that matter is only feeding his psychopathic behavior.

A psychopath doesn’t have a conscience. If he lies to you so he can steal your money, he won’t feel any moral qualms. i.e Yahoo boys.
Someone with this personality type sees others as objects he can use for his own benefit. If you want to spot a Psychopath then look for traits like:

1. Pathological lying.
2. Glib and superficial charm.
3. Grandiose sense of self.
4. Cunning and manipulative.
5. Lack of remorse or guilt.
6. Shallow emotional response.
7. Callousness and lack of empathy.
8. Parasitic lifestyle.
9. Poor behavioral controls.
10. Lack of realistic long-term goals.
11. Irresponsibility.
12. Failure to accept responsibility.

Think of how you felt the last time you killed a mosquito or a cockroach. That is how people with these personality types feel when they do what they do to you. They are in the family too.

The bad news is, their is no cure to it.

AgricultureNigeria Entrepreneur To Help Boost Agriculture In Liberia by Adieza(op): 1:37pm On Apr 06, 2018
A Nigerian entrepreneur and development advocate Aroms Aigbehi has announced he will be visiting Liberia to help them revolutionize their agriculture.
He announced this on his Facebook wall writing:
I will be leading a delegation of Aroms Farms and Agric Power Foundation to visit Liberia soon based on official government invitation to the country. The people of liberia are hungry to transform their country using agriculture.
I personally believe the country can tripple her GDP in 5 years through agriculture. One of my executable ideas alone can return $16 billion to the country yearly within 5 years. I will be very pleased to invest my time and energy in the development of Liberia and see that country develop their huge agricultural potentials.
One of my goal in life is to see at least ONE African country transform into a powerhouse. I believe Liberia can do this because of the small population and the large landmass relative to the population.
The country has gone through a lot and I think with the right leadership and executable ideas they are ready to start the engine and power the country further.
You might recall that President George Weah of Liberia visited Nigeria shortly after his inauguration to attract Nigerian investors and government support.

Health7 Reasons You Must Own A Aloe Vera Oil Today by Adieza(op): 2:24pm On Apr 01, 2018
What Is Aloe Vera Oil?

By itself, aloe oil is not a true, pure oil. It is prepared by mixing the aloe vera plant with a fatty oil.1 This plant oil basically contains the properties of aloe, from which it is extracted. However, since it is combined with a carrier oil, its nutritional properties may be enhanced or reduced.
Most of the health benefits provided by aloe vera come from its water-retaining, fleshy leaves2 — specifically the nutrient-rich gel extracted from them. It is usually the leaves or gel that is used to create the oil.

Uses of Aloe Vera Oil

1. Aloe vera is commonly used by the cosmetic, food, and beverage industry. It is widely used in personal care products, such as lip balms, lotions, and other skincare treatments. Of course, the aloe vera plant by itself is also a popular skincare agent.
2. Some people use its gel to relieve itching, accelerate the healing of wounds, and as a moisturizing agent.
Other uses of aloe vera oil include:
3. Massage oil, due to its ability to relieve pain and inflammation.
4. Aromatherapy oil. Aromatherapists often mix aloe vera oil with other carrier oils in order to make use of its healing and rejuvenating activities.
5. Haircare product. It can be used as a conditioner to help treat dry scalp and dandruff.
6.Treatment for insect bites. This plant oil can also be used to help treat swelling and inflammation caused by insect bites from bees and wasps.
7.

Dental care product. Nutrients in aloe vera have been found to aid in the treatment of periodontal disease. Used as a massage oil for the gums and teeth, this oil can help reduce the risk of caries, plaque, and even gingivitis

Properties

Aloe Vera oil contains the therapeutic properties from the base oil as well from the nutrients that it provides to the oil.

Emollient – Aloe Vera oil is a brilliant moisturiser for the skin.
Anti-Inflammatory – It reduces inflammation and other signs related to it.
Anti – Bacterial – It has the ability to kill certain bacteria.
Anti-Viral – This property makes it suitable for use on herpes and shingles rashes.
Anti-fungal – This oil can be used to kill fungi that cause conditions like ringworm.
Anti-oxidant – The oil protects the skin from free radical damage.
Cicatrizant – Aloe vera oil speeds wound recovery.

AgricultureGovernor Obaseki To Invest In Piggery And Maize Farming by Adieza(op): 4:00pm On Mar 31, 2018
*Obaseki commits to Agric Devt. in Esanland with 400ha maize farm, piggery projects*

Governor of Edo State, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has said that the state government is committed to exploiting the agricultural endowments in Esanland to create jobs and improve livestock and food productivity in Edo Central.

The governor, who spoke during a townhall meeting in Esan South East Local Government, said that the agricultural initiatives in the Senatorial district includes a 400-hectare maize farm and a piggery project to be sited at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.

He said the development was necessary because Esanland serves as the breadbasket of Edo State and was central to some of the economic plans the state government was pursuing.

According to him, “Because of my economic plans for Edo State, I cannot fold my hands and allow insecurity in Esanland. We have pledged 400 hectares of land for maize. We are working at the Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma on a piggery project. We are looking at cattle fattening, too. All the things that used to happen here during Ogbemudia’s time and even more, we are working to reactivate them. So that we can create jobs for young people.”

Obaseki said that the projects are germane to the state government's food security programme, calling on the people to support government in realising the projects as they are sure to benefit from the spill-over effects.

He said, “We won’t allow insecurity derail our plans to develop the state. The plan is to ensure that development spreads to different parts of the state and ensure that youths are gainfully engaged in the sector.”

Edo State government’s agricultural plans extend to providing a climate that allows existing investors to expand, especially oil palm production companies as well as facilitating opportunities to engage rural communities in outgrower schemes. The focus on Esanland is part of the overall strategy to spread agricultural development to all parts of the state.

Nairaland GeneralWhat You Know Today Can't Give You a Good Tomorrow by Adieza(op): 1:32pm On Mar 31, 2018
What you know today cannot give you the good life tomorrow:

If you are failing in life or in business or both please ask yourself how much time, money and energy have you invested in yourself in the last 5 years. How many trainings, seminars or business workshops have you attended? How many business or relationship books have you read? What is happening today in your life is the result of the decisions made in the last 5 years.

You can only get out of life what you invested. If you don't put money in the bank, you cannot get some out of it later. So if you don't invest time and money to learn new things and keep expanding what you have learnt then you cannot improve and as such will continue to struggle because your life is not in the flow.

Agriculture5 Things To Consider Before Buying A Farm Land by Adieza(op): 1:04pm On Mar 31, 2018
A farm is an area of land that is devoted primarily to agricultural processes with the primary objective of producing food and other crops; it is the basic facility in food production.[1] The name is used for specialised units such as arable farms, vegetable farms, fruit farms, dairy, pig and poultry farms, and land used for the production of natural fibres, biofuel and other commodities. It includes ranches, feedlots, orchards, plantations and estates, smallholdings and hobby farms, and includes the farmhouse and agricultural buildings as well as the land.
Questions to Consider before Buying Farmland
1. Have you created a pro-forma cash flow? Research the sales trends and expected revenue of a potential plot of land to determine if the purchase fits your plan. Does the potential return meet your objectives? Talk to your banker.
2. Given your revenue forecast, are you overpaying? If you’re paying a premium land price, how long until you recoup your investment? After determining how much you can prudently spend, and the revenue needed to justify your purchase, be sure to stay within those targets
3. Have you given it long and careful consideration? Never be rushed by a broker, and never confide your best price or financial goals with a party working for the seller. Don’t buy impulsively or make a deal before visiting the property numerous times. Rework the standard broker’s purchase contract with your lawyer, deleting what you don’t like and adding what you want, before presenting the offer.
4. Does it make more financial sense to lease the land than own it? Leasing rates have risen recently but leasing vs. purchasing frees up cash. What will you total land payment per cultivated acre-owned be and how does this compare to lease rates in your area? However, it is often difficult to lease land for an extended term and many landlords prefer the flexibility of shorter term 3 to 5 year leases. Even with renewal options added to a lease, many of the renewal provisions amount to a non-binding agreement to try to agree unless the rental payable during the renewal term is specified or clearly calculable. As a result, you can face some uncertainty and risk if you are equipped to farm a set number of acres, but lose 20% or more of the acres if leases are not renewed.
5. Should you go all in with your cash? Talk to your banker or accountant about alternatives to using all cash in the purchase transaction. Land is an illiquid asset and using all your cash will impact your farm’s liquidity and possibly its ability to meet all of your commitments as they come due. Look at the loan amortization length, and resulting loan payments to see if the payments meet your cash flow and your ownership goals. A longer loan amortization with a prepayment privilege may provide less stress on cash flow should crop margins tighten.

Agriculture8 Reasons You Should Grow A Tree Today by Adieza(op): 12:56pm On Mar 31, 2018
Trees don’t ask for much—soil, water, sunlight. Yet they provide a wealth of benefits: They improve the air you breathe, cut your energy bills with their shade, provide homes for wildlife, and add beauty and value to your house to boot.

In fact, landscaping can add approximately 10 to 20 percent more value to a property— especially landscaping that includes mature trees. Commercial areas with trees also attract more customers (and they stay longer and spend more money).
The following are some of the benefits of trees
1. Trees combat climate change

Excess carbon dioxide (CO2) is building up in our atmosphere, contributing to climate change. Trees absorb CO2, removing and storing the carbon while releasing oxygen back into the air. In one year, an acre of mature trees absorbs the same amount of CO2 produced when you drive your car 26,000 miles.
2. Trees clean the air

Trees absorb odors and pollutant gases (nitrogen oxides, ammonia, sulfur dioxide and ozone) and filter particulates out of the air by trapping them on their leaves and bark.
3. Trees provide oxygen

In one year an acre of mature trees can provide enough oxygen for 18 people.
4. Trees cool the streets and the city

Average temperatures in Los Angeles have risen 6°F in the last 50 years as tree coverage has declined and the number of heat-absorbing roads and buildings has increased.
Trees cool the city by up to 10°F, by shading our homes and streets, breaking up urban “heat islands” and releasing water vapor into the air through their leaves.
5. Trees save water

Shade from trees slows water evaporation from thirsty lawns. Most newly planted trees need only fifteen gallons of water a week. As trees transpire, they increase atmospheric moisture.
6.Trees help prevent water pollution

Trees reduce runoff by breaking rainfall thus allowing the water to flow down the trunk and into the earth below the tree. This prevents stormwater from carrying pollutants to the ocean. When mulched, trees act like a sponge that filters this water naturally and uses it to recharge groundwater supplies.
7. Trees shield children from ultra-violet rays

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States. Trees reduce UV-B exposure by about 50 percent, thus providing protection to children on school campuses and playgrounds - where children spend hours outdoors.
8. Trees provide food
An apple tree can yield up to 15-20 bushels of fruit per year and can be planted on the tiniest urban lot. Aside from fruit for humans, trees provide food for birds and wildlife.
