They borrow money for questionable projects but cannot borrow to fix at least 1 refinery. You have a large cassava farm and a garri processor which can be fixed for little money,but you sell your cassava,misuse the money and you borrow money to keep buying garri at a very high rate. How can we be sure that Nigerians are not the ones selling petroleum products to Nigeria? At least that can explain some of this madness. With all of this, refinery staff are still being paid, for producing what? HOW CAN PETROL EVER BE CHEAP? SHAME ON THEM!
