Please where is the location cause I’m planning to move to Abj and all the ones I’m seeing is 400 to 450k
You can try Kubwa, Lugbe , or closer towns to the city like Karu Site, Jikwoyi. I don't want to mention Nyanya you may not like there.

If u travel too " ivory coast " and u had not traveled to Abidjan, then u have not yet traveled to ivory coast...... Abidjan is what ivory coast is all about. But if you love politics and government then "yamoussoukro" is your vet grin

Have not been there but i know what Abidjan and their state capital is

That place is for politicians, that is too tell u that life there is expensive....

Is also nice place though
I understand. It's like Lagos and Abuja. Abuja being the capital with politicians while Lagos is the most recognised by hustlers.

Bouke is good but may not as developed as Abidjan... And houses are very cheap over there.

For the babes, they are everywhere even is more easier to get babes in buoake than Abidjan, because they dnt see Nigerians or foreigners often like Abidjan.

I know one or two cities close to Abidjan like 1 or 2 hours journey away from Abidjan that i went too soccer trial that time, but i need to remember does places then let u know later
Emekus I have not read anything about the capital of Ivory Coast Yamusokro from you. Abidjan is not the capital. Thanks.

It ain’t high tho, when converted to Naira it like 25k to 30k a month for a self contain and we pay like 250k to 300k here for one year, so do the calculation it’s still the same total price if put together in a year..
Here in Abuja you can get selfcon with water and fence for 160K per annum.

I don't document my trips in my lions with pictures anymore. I now focus in enjoying the drive and let my video camera record everything.

I have done many trips with the lion since after this one I shared on this thread though. The blissful experiences are meant only for me and not interested in sharing them, for now.

Good day guys..., like i promise to get some real fact on some question raised on houses and place to stay. i had made some few contact with my friend before today and also talk to him today to be sure of what he told me.

Firstly, you most know that the figures are in cefa not naira, and by that, naira currency is above cefa ( not much gap although).

So let start with housing....

STUDIO ONE BEDROOM - 30-35,000 cefa every month. If u want to start... Some can take 200,000 cefa as (agreement fee) and every month u will be paying 30,000 cefa.

cc:adubam
Thanks for the update. These figures are very high even in naira equivalent PER MONTH for face me I face you.

EMEKUSBOY9:
HELLO GUYS,

Like i promised too update today......

Today i will be talking about what many people have not thought about.

And i will be talking about NIGERIA UNION in ABIDJAN.

My only pain is that i never got to know about this when i first got too ivory coast. But i later find out.

Listen guys, the fun in this Union is something i cannot explain and if not with the help of a Nigerian that is nicknamed as " coachy" we would not had found out and the way he was explaining it was unbelievable until me and my guys saw it.

We are talking about a place where all Nigerians in one state always meet up and discuss.... a place where the rich, richest, poor and poorer meets. ( trust Nigerians at any organization such as this)

A place, where you go by 8 pm and come back the next day, and remember all their gathery is been done at the "NIGHT CLUB" that is where u will find the big Nigerian guys that are really making it in ivory coast, my bother and sisters you start seeing all types of cars... Then u start to curse all those people that first told u too go back to Nigeria that is hard in ivory coast. And this guys are the ones doing " spare part and other businesses "

Is also a place where u can helped if u go about it genuinely, but u might get discourage because what u may be seeing may discourage you to come out to ask for help..... because u hardly notice does that are doing well or not. And this thing may make u fell inferior. But honestly that is one place to get helped because most of them have business and also employers of labour but dnt forget u must ask genuinely and they have a way to see if u are just not being lazy or u really need help ( trust Nigerians they want to make sure if u are truly honest with your demand)

Guys, not everything i will state here but to state the important ones..

the Nigeria union has so many advantage if u are truly registered member and apart from being helped, they can even assist you in your weddings cheesy ( some guys now don they happy) if u are bonifide member.

There wedding in ivory coast is always the biggest, Nigerians dnt joke with that award over there, even ivorian lady prayed to have a Nigerian man and those wedding.

Let me just ship in just one thing about the wedding before i stop for today.

Nigeria wedding is like their afternoon SAMEDI SUA grin and very colour full with cars everywhere

As a Nigerian, you dnt need invitation just get the news and the venue of the wedding and off you go " no stopping at entrance" grin

i had witness it once... My name sake in ivory coast invited for one his brother wedding, and i was shock to see what have not even saw in Nigeria grin infact i could not going inside i told my friend " bring the food and and drinks come out side" because i was really angry with what they told me about how things are hard for Nigerians over there.

And that moment i started cursing those guys i first met. And that moment is not all about going in and eat or drink but is all about been determined to be above them ( that is the hustler spirit

One really big advantage of NIGERIA UNION.

But pride, no go allow you join from the scratch, with what i saw their... it takes a humble man to join them at the stage when he has nothing and just entered the country ( if care is not taking na only u go look different but my brother na something carry u go there not to look for people wey u pass or no pass) grin cool

I will write more about this someday...

So guys, see you soon with another update hopefully....

I was duped early in the morning today. I misplaced my UBA atm card inside bus 3days ago. Immediately I chatted leo up. I was given assurance that the card has been disabled. To my surprise this morning I got a debit alert of #80000 from my ACCOUNT to an Opay account. I have the reference of the transactions including the Opay account number they transferred my money to. Please is there a way the identity of the fraudsters can be revealed? Nairalanders please help me. I have called Opay and Uba out on twitter. No reply since morning. Am heart broken
Chat them online on their websites. You'll surely get a response.

Hello, can I get advice for a golf 4 1999 model? Smoky engine and mechanic says I can get a "borale" engine. What are the pros and cons as opposed to getting a complete engine? 1.4l engine. Manual transmission
I would have said you should work on the rings since it's smoking, but you said the engine is 1.4L. If you have the money buy a 1.8L engine and replace the 1..4L. Don't rely on any mechanic, go their with them and get the best of direct Belgium engine.

CareerRe: Should I Expose Them? by adubam(m): 6:15pm On May 21, 2020
As a Chartered Accountant, I experienced such when I newly got employed in a particular job. I immediately exposed them to the M.D. Auditor was invited and also confirmed such. Office politics played out because one of the staff was oga's wife padi padi. Las Las I was even disgraced and accused of blackmailing the oga's wife padi padi. That was how the persons in questions were promoted and had fat salaries above me for exposing fraud. All I knew was that my conscience was cleared and they knew I understood my job and knew how to apply strict internal control measures. Fraud stopped forever there after that event.

Expose them even if it would cost you your job.

ASD (Peugeot accredited agent) did the same to my Boss' car. They charged us 56k for servicing only for them to use drum oil for the servicing. I mean drum oil of 600naira X 5 liters = #3000. Since then we buy our oil from the Fuel Station and straight to Kazeem to change it.
