I don't need to understand a language to decipher gibberish when I hear one. Most of the togues in Nigerian churches are gibberish and if you think them representative of any real language anywhere in the world, you are greately mistaken.

To buttress my point..I Googled "bli"..and it turns out the "bli" he was just using as a random example means "to become, or "to grow" in Norwegian language....so if a random word that was supposed to be gibberish turns out to have meaning..why will u assume what someone said is nonsense without auditing it?

. The origin of speaking in tongues is in Acts 2. The disciples spoke foreign languages understood by the people who heard them.

I understand more than one language, so If his tongues make sense in both the languages I understand then it is legit, but if it doesn't well...... I don't really know what to say.

In the bible, speaking in tongues started on the day of pentecost, when the disciples of Jesus or the apostles were baptized with the Holy Ghost. They were speaking in the other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. You can find it in Acts chapter 2. Read it yourself.
