senatordave1:A man won''t win this year. |
enemmo:He's definitely a contender from the bottom. If he wasn't saved, he would have been dragging the bottom with the like of Joe, Frodd, Elo and Khaffi. He's the Rico swavey of this year. |
styrese:Oga, while we are not sure who would win this year's Big Brother, there are some things we know for sure. 1. Ike cannot win Big Brother Naija. What we don't know is how far he can go depending on which people are nominated. 2. Omashola cannot win too. He may have many fans but they're not enough to make him win. 3. Tacha stands a very good chance of winning. Same as Mercy and Mike. I'm not quite sure where Seyi stands. Now back to Ike. He's a chill guy and all but thinking he can go ahead to win Big brother is quite a stretch. His real strength is somewhere right after the likes of Mercy, Tacha, Mike and probably Seyi (i'm not sure). |
nadesh:She's vexing for Khafi. |
Joe's eviction pained me the most. I never knew someone who had a short stay could have that much effect on me. A guy for that matter. |
Kai, i'll never underestimate the power of LUDO again. |
Temi231:Is she the first person to be asked question? So, why should he leave her alone. If she doesn't want to answer, she should simply request for a voluntary exit from the show. |
MissCookie:I dey tell you. She has a face for everything. |
While we can't pretend tat all is well with Nigeria or even Igboland in particular, i think the attack on former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is an act of cowardice. While i don't condone violence of any kind, somethings i tend to want to look the other way when people i abhor due to their actions become victims of jungle justice. But even if i did, Ekweremadu does not fit the bill in any way. While he's a nationalist, very few Igbo people have defended Igbos and in particular, IPOB members like Ekweremadu has done. It's exactly the same thing that played out when they attacked the person of Nnia Nwodo who could even be mistaken for a member of IPOB due to his utterances in the beehive of their activities. The enemies of Igboland that i see are the likes of Orji Uzor Kalu, Rochas Okorocha, Ken Nnamani, Joe Igbokwe, Chris Ngige and the rest of them which have sold their people for a plate of tuwo. Ekweremadu definitely doesn't fit the bill. IPOB have once again scored an own goal. Secondly, the actions of IPOB members outside the country will make the international community justify their proscription as a terrorist group. If Nnamdi kanu does not condemn this act, it will prove what i've been saying all along that this group is made of of half baked onitsha and Aba traders and their likes. Their action is in bad taste. |
Truer words have never been said. So apt. |
IPOB, Germany branch should take note of this man and give him a befitting send forth. |
Chithauri:Lol You think brands don't have important things to do but to watch Big Brother 24/7 like you. Brands don't care. All the housemates will get endorsements irrespective of tribal affiliation. What tribal crime has Seyi, Frodd or anyone committed. You guys take things too seriously. |
XXML33:You have a point. It's like when Nnamdi Kalu was calling for the disintegration of Nigeria, deep down all he wanted was the unity of Nigeria. He was just using that as a front. Even Anini, the dreadful robber was robbing people as a way to tell them to work very hard. There's nothing we won't hear in obodo Nigeria. Tacha is a caustic person. Let's not try to paint her to be what she's not. of course she has her good side and because she's rude does not mean she would apply it to everyone. Insulting someone is not a way of caring for people as far as i know. This your talk reminds of of how Buhari was sold to Nigerians in 2015. |
Eeghe:I don't think i've come across anyone that likes Esther. |
Alphagan:If you say so. I'm not here to say i'm a tribalist or i;m not. I'm talking about the issue at hand which is the Frodd/Esther issue. Do you really think it's tribal motivated that people have been calling out Frodd for his mumuism? I'm not saying people are not tribalistic. I'm simply saying that this issue is not one of those motivated by tribalism. |
dominique:As much as you hate to go tribal? Lol. From the bottom of the heart, the mouth speaks. You're just one of those who judge everything with a tribal lens but choose to remain silent in other not to be called out. As much as it's your prerogative to go tribal and make conclusions, you couldn't be more wrong on this particular issue. I repeat, most Big Brother Naija fans are not tribal motivated when choosing a housemate to support. It's surprising seeing that Nigerians are very tribalistic. On this issue of Frodd and Esther, there's a conclusion from most people irrespective of tribe that Frodd has been jazzed in some way because of how helplessly and embarrassingly he seems to be chasing Esther despite the fact that Esther rejected him early on and still treats him like a piece of garbage every time. This thinking is not limited to Igbos or fans of Frodd (whom you say are mostly Igbos). Last year when Tobi was acting in similar fashion with Ceec, was it also tribe motivated? Bringing Peter Okoye and OC Ukeje further exposes what has been going through your head all these years. You need to cover your head in shame. |
No housemate that i have ever supported has stressed me as much as Frodd. Where do i even start defending sexual molestation? I think if foud guilty, he should be punished, no matter the punishment. Esther is not the problem in this issue. Granted esther has an appalling behavior is is obviously slaving Frodd around but he's an adult and thereby responsible fr his actions. |
Threebear:This just further exposes your level of reasoning. It's pitiable really. |
I feel that this year's housemates are cold and rude to both Big Brother and Ebuka. They are slow and not prompt to follow instructions. |
DOptical:It's not about Frodd but about the person that she is. Even Nelson would have seen her true colors with time. |
fergie001:Kai, nothing wey we no go hear for this tacharistic era. Even Seyi is feigning ignorance with all the bomb that has been hitting him left, rigth and center. |
Crixxx:He reminds ME of ME. What his planning sounds like what i can do. I'm petty like that. The problem with people like Tacha is that they are females. You can only break them emotionally but not physically and that pains me very much. It's really hard to gauge emotional abuse as opposed to a physical one. |
Yale9:The chances of Frodd succeeding with Esther is 30% out of a 100 and when that happens, there are certain things that will come with that kind of relationship. That's the kind of relationship where the man is bossed around and probably washes his wife's undies. Esther looks like a user, she will so use him that there will be no juice remaining in his body. He'll lose as much weight as much as his self esteem will take a nose dive. I know those kind of relationships. Just to cut the story short, girls like Esther don't make good wives. They're a burden to anyone that marries them. |
I just turned on the TV and saw Frodd leaving Esther's bed like a factory reject. What's the story there? Supporting Frodd is such an emotional burden for me. Now i see what Arsenal fans have been going through all these years. But i have no choice but to see this one to the end. Next year, i'll measure my prospective housemate's emotional state before supporting them. |
As much as i'm happy for Mercy and Ike, i think this voting thing was purely a popularity contest and had absolutely nothing to do with the talent displayed today. I mean what's the point of the whole thing if you'rre going to put it out there for Nigerians to decide the winner knowing that most people would vote for their favourites. Is it surprising that MERIKE won, followed by TALO (Tacha and Elo)? |
samplanner:We need to reduce the way we go at Tacha because it's pretty obvious that she doesn't have much to offer, little wonder she sells he body on instagram. Any lady that goes on social media to sell private parts, they either have nothing else to offer or they're yet to find themselves. |
My problem with Big Brother Naija is that it's not a fair competition. They are not consistent in their rules an change them willy-nilly depending on which narrative they feel like following. One day, they evict 2 people, other days they evict one person without telling us beforehand. This makes it easy for them to manipulate the game by making sure they don't manipulate someone they think is a top contender. |
amehrada:It's called begging. |
This Tacha is a very rude somebody. How can you ask someone for their glasses because you know it will be hard for them to say NO. |
Ekinematics:Anytime wey you drink Tombo, na so you go dey yarn dust. Wetin concern Tacha and 60 million? If she couldn't beat an underdog that is Mike then she stands no chance. Even Ceec stood a better chance than her. She should just be content with reaching the finals, that's if she doesn't get disqualified on the way. |
