He's just a placeholder in order for them to beat Inec deadline. As soon, as they get an authentic VP, he will vacate the position.

I really don't understand the motivation of people who contest under these relatively obscure political parties. It's their an angle that I'm not aware of or do they really think they can win the presidential election under these parties, especially because they're not popular and they should know this. Shouldn't they? I can still understand Peter Obi and Labour party because he has gotten a surge in supporter ship in the last few months.

Please someone should put me out of my misery and tell me why these people contest under these parties.

I've always known Soludo to be smart and he's showing it.

I tried transferring money from my GTB account only to get error messages.

I thought it was network or app issues.

I tried several times from then till next day but same response.

I tried buying airtime but it failed too.

I now contacted the bank and they said account is restricted/frozen; that I should visit a branch.

I called account officer and he confirmed the restrictions but gave no reason for that.

He was just evasive but hinted that restrictions were placed by law enforcement agency. No agency specifically was mentioned.

I tried UBA and Zenith too, similar restrictions yet no reason.

I use the accounts for legit businesses online and have had them since over 14 years, so can't say with certainty what the issue is.

How do I handle this now as going to the banking hall might lead to arrests etc, so I need to be prepared.

I need suggestions please.

That's a separate argument altogether. I'm not here to argue whether the man is not useless or whether him selling off the properties is right or wrong. The point here is that the property now belongs to him and whatever he chooses to do with it is his prerogative whether right or wrong.

A man's property belongs to his wife and vice-versa. Will or no will.

The OP knows that he does not legally have the right to claim his mom's property while his father, her wife is alive. So, what he did was to throw us off by telling us that the man is useless and wants to sell off the property. Even if he's the most useless man in the world, the properties still belong to him and he can do with them as he so chooses. This kind of behavior is what drives some children to kill their parents.

This should serve as a lesson to hustling women, if you have substantial amount of money or property in your name, better write a will as soon as possible because if you die, one man will claim to own you and your properties because he paid bride price and then decide to spend your hard earned money on side chics and marrying new wives while he leaves your kids to suffer.

it only seems deep because it's a man that is suppose to inherit his wife's property. If it was reversed now, people won't waste time to say that it's now the wife's property. I actually like this particular thread just because it exposes the hypocrisy of most people.

There's no need to remind anyone about what has been going on in the polity as the election gets closer by the day. A lot of aspirants in APC and PDP have made their intentions known about clinching the much coveted tickets of their parties. Some pf the aspirant are the likes of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Osinbanji, Peter Obi, Atiku, Amaechi, Wike and a couple of other people. But I'm very interested in who takes the APC ticket and I'm sure people are keen to know who between Tinubu and osinbanjo will get it because of the history that these two men have together.

It's one thing to be a master strategist like Tinubu and it's another thing to have the money to strategize. Tinubu has both and we can alrready see the miracle that he's working underground in the way some prominent Nigerians are lining up behind him. Just today, the Olu of Warri made it clear to whoever wants to listen that Tinubu is the most qualified person to preside over the affairs of the country. This is shocking because traditional rulers always try to be apolitical as much as possible. For instance, I'm not sure I've ever heard the Ooni of Ife, Oba of Benin or the Emir of Kano take sides that the Olu of Warri has done. It just means one thing; that a lot of water has passed under the bridge.

As for Osinbanjo, he doesn't have the political strategy, the money or the political connections of Tinubu and he comes across as someone that doesn't want to ruffle feathers especially not that of his principle, Bola Ahmed Tinubu who he served as Attorney General of Lagos and who many people say made him vice president. So, for him to boldly come out to declare for president, it means someone very powerful is pushing him and that person may just be the incumbent, Muhammadu Buhari.

That's why I fear for Tinubu's ambition because despite having in edge over Osinbanjo, if truly Buhari is standing by Osinbanjo, then I think the ticket is as good as Osinbanjo's.

But let's see what the next few months will bring.

This is actually something government should be building in every nook and cranny. In Mauritius, almost every 4 streets has a standard pitch with flood lights. I enjoyed playing football when i was in that country. The Imo state government and as well as other SE governors should build this mini pitch everywhere in order to arrest youth restiveness.

There's a pattern where an Igbo person is appointed as a cleaner in a government parastatal and it makes news. I don't get.
