As a woman for example, if you know that you don't have a womb, you don't expect to be asked before you disclose such an important information to your fiance.

The problem is not the woman leaving or not. Even with her staying, she can't give the help needed. She herself needs help. She is 7months pregnant and will soon give birth. I am sure if there was arrangement of a dedicated hand taking care of the girl, the woman won't have any problem staying...
I might be wrong though, but I know that now that she's left, and the man is stuck with the girl(he can't even go to work), he will definitely be able to get solution fast...

The woman left because she doesn't have the physical strength to do the caring and it doesn't look like there's any solution at sight.... No financial strength, no physical strength, no emotional strength/support.....

From another angle, what if the wife was a working wife, would people have suggested that she resigns her job to take care of the girl?
If she even decides to stay, after birthing her child, how will she be able to go back to work if she has the girl to take care of without live-in minder? Won't it be unfair on her if her life gets to be put on hold indefinitely while the biological parents continue with their own like everything is fine??

I don't even want to imagine what the girl's mother has been through taking care of the girl for 7whole years...

The thing with special needs children is that the father can’t just provide money and act like that’s all. You have to be actively involved in the child’s life. Like someone else suggested, it is best to work out something with the mother. Maybe she can care for her during the week and drop her off at her dad’s from Friday to Monday morning. Anything outside that, if it was me, I won’t accept.

For the sake of the girl, I hope they come up with a plan. Abeg, the woman has over tried( though no amount of caring is too much for your child)
Maybe they can be rotating it..... Father works during the week while mother is caring, then mother works during the weekend while father is caring. Because this man's #15k no be am at all o.... This life sef, ko balance

It’s how women are normalizing this weird behavior. The father should care for his child abeg. It’s not easy to lift a 7year old child. It isn’t by providing money. A special needs child limits you!!! The mother has tried abeg. The father should care for the child while the mother supports financially when/if she can.

I never said her mother should care for her alone. I am saying both of them can work out something to ensure the girl is fine which I believe is what the mother wants. Except she is completely tried of the child, wants her out of her life and doesn't care what happens to the girl.
I believe she brought the girl to her father not because she wants to punish the father for the abandonment but because she knows that the father will take care of her if she is with him. But now that he can't work, how is he going to make the money to do so?
At the end, it should be all about caring for the girl.

This is sad, I'm in my early 20's and things are fucking hard for me too...I've already made up my mind that if things doesn't get better by my 30's I'd buy 5k worth of Exol 5 and TM and pop 2 pills of each every 2 minutes while writing my suicide note.

You still have not explained what type of help you need sir...

And why make plans for when things don't work out? Early 20s is still a long way to 30s. A lot can be achieved in that time. Be positive. Start thinking/planning of how you will be of help to people before you get to the 30s and not how you will write suicide note...
