take away all messi's sublime gifts like dribbling,passing,ball control,vision,finishing e.t.c what amazes me most is his durability.i have never seen a skill n pace player esp one with messi's size go for so long at d peak of his career without picking up serious injuries.

the chelsea defence was very impressive today and well organised but IMO Didier Drogba was obviously the man of the match

sigurdsson looks like a good player though....tidy passer of d ball,intelligent movement on n off d ball,good work rate n quality shooting ability

aimar doesnt play in a 2 man midfield so unless united changes to 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-1-1 then players like him would be surplus to requirements in d squad.
still feel modric is d best suited to united's style of play.if he comes to united with d winning mentality of d club esp with SAF n d senior players his game will improve from wt we r seeing in spurs.

RA has always wanted to win with style.with JM the winning came immediately but the style wasnt consistently there and so when d winning dropped off a bit to RA let him go! or hv u forgotten dt when JM left chelsea they werent exactly "winning" having lost d EPL title d season before to United nd with a nt too good start to d next season.from RA's chelsea history its pbvious he wants chelsea to b dis personal toy club dt wins convincingly nd with style however if he usually copes with styleless performances as long as d winning is continuous.....once d winning stops he gives d manager d boot! AVB's team wasnt winning,wasnt playing with style or even any real cohesion....so he obviously was going to gt sacked by RA

take off khedira and bring on someone who is more mobile in d midfield,d guy is big n strong but bayern r xploiting his lack of movement n quick passing.
they have granero n marcelo on d bench.u can bring granero in for khedira or bring marcelo in d play midfield.....keep coentrao on robben

@nateevs i am nt trying to score cheap points nd definitely dont want d argument in d gutter PLUS i hav nothing against AVB.
but when people start touting his achievements in anoda less competitive league as reason enough for him to be regarded almost as infallible dts when i disagree.
for d record i dont tink AVB is poo,i just believe he at d moment lacks certain qualities required to succeed in a high pressure job like chelsea.
1)he lacks good man management skills
2)he seems tactically inflexible
3)early career success has probably made him too cocksure...when u don't have d charisma of someone like mourinho that could be an impediment rather than an asset in d dressing room
your 2 scenarios are nothing but conjecture and there is nothing to tell us which of them happened or if there was a 3rd or even 4th scenario.if a coach is brought to win with style as u proposed in scenario 2 and winning with style becomes difficult at least he should try n win with or without style! ur theory that he was hamstrung by his job specs into losing without style is a strange one indeed.even when the JOB whose specs u claim he was following was on d line he was still naive to follow such instructions? in a club hungry for success like chelsea? with d history of d club owner?
