She has basically been an ''executive" doctor. We know the type.

Graduated from Uni in 2010.
Was a house officer 2011-2012.
NYSC 2012-2013.
Masters London School of Tropical Medicine 2013-2014.
Special Adviser to the Executive Governor 2015.

There has really been no time to have a proper career in medicine.

The story is not even extreme compared to those of David Koresh, Jim Jones, Rajneeshpuram, Heaven's Gate etc

I think that some people are just naturally susceptible to being influenced and controlled by such schemes. It is not really about education or enlightenment but about if something deep inside you makes you vulnerable and susceptible to being a victim and/or enabler.

I read one article about that Ajaokuta steel mill; omo we are wasteful in this country. And we have extremely wicked people that don't care wheter the country goes broke, so far their pockets get lined they are fine

There are people who graduated from Uni and got jobs at Ajaokuta, worked until they retired, and are now drawing pension, yet nothing tangible ever came out of the project.

I remember that time they pointed it out that how can they be paying salary to staff of a company that doesn't produce anything & running at a loss; the excuse was that if they don't keep the staff of the payroll the whole equipment in the plants will go to rot. They claimed the staff need to remain to maintain the equipment.

I think u are right about Yar Adua, he's more of a Buhari type of person. They hold socialism so close to their chest

Ajaokuta is the most egregious example of this.

Mengi has not even impressed me like that at Luton, apart from him miraculously now being able to stay fit for months at a stretch. I was a huge fan of Mengi here but his injuries derailed his chances here. With regards to the fee we got for him, i have always said the non-coachiing part of the club is part of the reason for our problems. We don't know how to negotiate sales or purchases. Nice one. There are a lot of holes in the desert, and a lot of things buried in those holes. But you gotta do it right, otherwise you are talking about half an hour to an hour worth of digging.
