DeadPresidents:Nice one. Keep them coming. |
I won't mind this formation for the Barca game. .......Dalot..........Varane................Martinez...............Shaw...... ..........................Casemiro.............Fred.................................... .........Bruno...................Sabitzer........................Rashford........ ........................................Weghorst......................................... Casemiro to sit as the CDM and Fred and Sabitzer to shadow and press FDJ and Busquets respectively. What we don't want is for Busquets and FDJ to seize that midfield and monopolize possession at Old Trafford. Sancho, McTominay, Garnacho, Malacia, AWB et al on the bench, though an option if ETH wants to be ultra-attacking is Sancho at 10 for Sabitzer but Sancho might not be able to do the pressing needed in that role. |
DeadPresidents:You never drop pictures for us. Make we too window-tour Germany. |
GloriousGbola:Baba, no shaking. The winners will troll, the losers will wail, and those with diagnosis will remain diagnosed. |

The last arse-mender. ![]() Azor Ahai of arse-menders. After him there shall be no more. Is that what they are saying?

OasisX:LOL. Na who come lose. The guy was a nonsensical nonentity anyway. A wise man once told me that only an alternate would deactivate so easily. ![]() |
OasisX:What happened? He just posted a few minutes ago. |

raumdeuter:There is something about KWAM 1’s style sha. |
olabode89:Fair. I don’t think we disagree too much on that. |
Oasis007:I think they are all 8s. Mainoo can be retooled as a 6 as well cos he is strong, press resistant, and has more discipline defensively compared to the others. Out of the 3 he has the most complete package (not necessarily the most talented). for a CM. Iqbal’s best bet especially with the way ETH likes to play, is to be an 8. He is the most similar player we have to Eriksen or FDJ. He needs to become stronger and keep improving his line breaking passes. He needs that strength in order to improve his progressive runs. Mejbri I think is an 8 as well because his best attributes are his powerful runs in midfield, good technique, good long range passing. He probably can be retooled as a 10 but is he better in that role compared to the ones ahead of him and the ones coming up behind? |
DeadPresidents:If you watch him in the academy you would see that like Mikechinos said he is a very good with ball progression. He is playing smart at the moment because he is settling into the senior team. Academy wingers like Garnacho can come in and be trying all their skills but the fastest way to chop permanent bench as a youth midfielder is to be trying risky passes and risky dribbles. Iqbal is not very good as run progression though he can play progressive passe quite well when he decides to. Mainoo can do both run and pass progression very well. He can also sit as a 6 on the odd occasion cos he can tackle and has good defensive discipline unlike the other 2. His skillset as a midfielder is complete in that he can do everything well, just that the others might be more excellent in a particular skill. |
Mikechinos:DeadPresidents see another one. Mike is saying Mainoo is good with ball progression but you gave the edge in that aspect to Iqbal and Mejbri. ![]() So Mikechinos if Mejbri and Mainoo are 8s what do you think is Iqbal's best position? |
DeadPresidents:Oasis you see another one? DeadPresidents is saying Mainoo is the 6 not Iqbal. DeadPresidents the funny thing is Mainoo has rarely ever played 6. Infact i think he was an AM/Winger for the Under-16s because the first time i saw him 2 seasons ago he was a RW for the Under-18 and i wasn't really impressed until i realized he was only 15. The next season he came back as a CM and dominated the Under-18s as a 16yr old. Did you watch him regularly for the Under-18s? |
Oasis007:If we ask another person who follows the youth set up now we might get a different answer. I think they are all best at 8. olabode what do you say about his Oasis' positioning of the 3 players? |

When I see such confusion in the Chelshit camp so much joy fills my heart. |
Bombblacks:You are wrong. Many genetic disorders, especially the metabolic ones (the so called in-born errors of metabolism) are inherited in an autosomal recessive fashion. This means if a man (or woman) has that gene each child of his has a 50% chance of inheriting the gene. It only takes 2 of his children to nack themselves and the child of this incestuous union has a high chance of developing the full blown disease. This is what would happen in diseases like Gauchers Disease, Phenylketonuria, Pompe Disease etc. One generation of incest is enough to produce diseased offspring. |
DeadPresidents:You are very correct. Even forgetting about morality, the birth of children with inherited metabolic diseases is the major argument against incest and consanguinity. That’s if we forget that it is an inherently disgusting action. |
Oasis007:There are 2 things that he has to improve, namely his through the lines passing and his strength. I am certain the reason Mainoo has overtaken him in ETH’s thinking is that strength issue. It is likely that Mainoo is able to withstand the senior players in training while Iqbal is still struggling a little. I believe you have seen most of the Academy hopefuls now, so tell me what is the ideal position for Iqbal, Mainoo, Mejbri. If you answer the question correctly you will see that it is difficult to say which of them will definitely come good at United. |

raumdeuter:Very true. The baddest guy i saw in Uni was a conc Muslim but very friendly and selfless guy. The guy was in final year when i was in 200L. If you the ikebe some of those hijab girls (and fellowship girls too) were using to beg this guy just to give them extra lessons. ![]() Some boys started looking for ways to drag him down, like meeting him on the road and asking him for the chemical structure or genetic code of different amino acids. The guy will gently draw it for them on a sheet of paper or napkin and innocently go on his way. ![]() |
I will never forget one bad boy in my school that was about 2 or 3 years my junior. His grandfather was one of the senior imams in Ibadan and the guy used to come first in IRK every term scoring 90-95%. Then one term some Christian seniors in his hostel preached to him and he became born again. He switched to CRK and scored like 85% and was the first in the whole class. He went home and his grandfather beat shege into his life. He turned Muslim again came back and scored about 90% in IRK and was first again. All the Christian boys in his class were punished for disgracing themselves. ![]() |
raumdeuter: ![]() I was the same. Imagine that time i used the cram the league table of England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Holland on a weekly basis. So 2 people will be arguing over who is 4th in Dutch league and if they see me i will give them final answer. ![]() |
raumdeuter:My friend who was a History student used to come to meet me for tips. LOL I had finished their syllabus probably in primary school. In my opinion the history they taught even back then was watered down but i guess it is better than nothing. |
raumdeuter: That was my exact combo. Many Arts students took Geography and History though, especially those planning to study Law. I actually think that in this social media era studying History is even more important. One unemployed youth can sit down in his face-me-i-face-you and mislead thousands of ignorant people through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc. |
