Rudiger was seen panting lamely back towards his net for the third goal sef. I'd put some of the blame for that second goal on his slouched shoulders.
This is not logical, you just don't like the guy.

doc it wasn't even a clever run.

he literally just ran in a straight line between the two of them, and they left him to do so.
I will place slightly more blame at Azpi's doorstep. The run started from his position and he had Alli in his sights all through, unlike Chris that was a bit blindsided by it.

Leyqute:
Yeah, you're right. There were enough defenders to stop Ali but I won't totally exonerate Rudiger. Ali ran into the space he left behind when he pushed forward.
Alli did not run into Rudiger's space.
Watch the goal again. Alli started from Azpi's position and ran in between Azpi and Christensen's positions. He actually ran in front of Azpi and behind Christensen. Rudiger had nothing to do with that goal.

He was a bit farther up the pitch than his fellow defenders. If he'd maintained his position and stayed in line with Christ n Azpi, don't you think the goal would've been prevented?
Rudiger had nothing to do with that goal. There were 2 centrebacks on Alli, that is enough to stop him. It is not until all the 10 Chelsea players mark out Alli before you know the goal could have been prevented.

Leave story, no need for tales by moonlight. So far Christensen has been a big game choker, a pattern has been formed.

That was the only meaningful punch Parker landed all night.

After that upper, nothing.

That lack of aggression was so irritating. Parker was too focused on slipping AJs jab, that he forgot to throw punches of his own in many cases.
Are you as confident in AJ going forward as you were before? Seems the guy has been more focused on losing weight than on improving his boxing skills.
Against an inferior boxer in Parker he just did not show enough for me to be uberconfident.

Is Fury in shape though?

He hasn't fought in 3 or 4 years and the last interview of his I rememebr was him talking about how he's an alcoholic nd suffers with mental issues.

AJ might forget to box and try to motivate him in the ring now cheesy
Hahaha. Fury is definitely not in shape at the moment but i can't rule that psycho out. He is still relatively young and has all sorts of physical advantages over these guys. He is taller, stronger, and wilder than Wilder AND the Gypsy King had a number of KOs from body shots (and some were slaps o).
I am just thinking Joshua should stay focused, stay in his lane and fight Wilder. Let sleeping dogs lie things.

Am I the only one who sees how smalling passes the ball? He passes it directly to the player and sometimes the ball falls behind, instead of putting it in front of the player
I mentioned this same thing on this thread about 2 or 3 years ago. First he has to arrange his legs to pass the ball and in the process wastes time, secondly he passes it to the foot or slightly behind the player thereby killing any advantage the overlapping full back has.

No sallah .
- has scored against 21 saperate teams in the league so far.
- he has scored 29 goals equal the record of Didier Drogba in goals scored by an African player.
- he is 5 short of eqauling the highest number of goals scored in a season. Held by Alan Shearer and Andy Cole.
21 separate teams in the league? In a 20 team league?

if palace see this thing through, then Conte needs to call in some real life Mafia goons from Sicily to give our boys a pep talk on how important the Spuds game is.

These mafia dons will remind the likes of Morata about the importance of staying on his feet, and being clinical, and gently encourage him to avoid jeopardizing the structural integrity of kneecaps via an accidental collision with a speeding projectile, which is something that can happen when he doesn't bring his A-game to the pitch.
The mafia goons that couldn't remind of the same things when he was playing in Italy? Forget it, you guys bought a hairdresser masquerading as a striker.

Seems Tyson isn't as majestic as some peeps would want us to believe. He's probably someone akin to Renato Sanchez of Portugal. Some talent maybe, but mostly hype.
Very good. This is exactly what we were trying to pass across. In his so-called prime in 88/89 Tyson beat a 39yr over the hill ex champion (Holmes), a low quality champion who started boxing as a middleweight and had fought just about 10 fights at heavyweight (Spinks), an overweight cocaine using ex-champion (Tony Tubbs) and an overhyped British boxer with a glass jaw (Bruno).

We don't want tales by moonlight stories to give him more credit than is due and deceive those who are not deeply informed. He knocked out lots of bums that had little or no credibiltiy or legacy before or after him. When he faced legendary quality he folded like an accordion. Suspect chin and suspect stamina, he would have been exposed in the 70s.

41% of all Mike tyson fights ended in a 1st round KO

41%

That's ridiculous.

12% of all his fights ended in a 2nd round KO

Basically the man won more than half all his fights in under 6 minutes, and that vast majority his wins came withing 3 flipping minutes ffs

Machine
Should tell you all you need to know about their lack of quality. He once fought 4 times in 2 months against no hoppers that D'amato had organized to beef his stats. His 14 to 15 opponents no even get wikipedia page cheesy, the guy was knocking out janitors and street vendors in those early days.

Please who is the great fighter that Tyson beat in that fighter's prime?

So we should just trust his flat track bullying of all these puff puff opponents he had? We should not count the sleep Buster Douglas gave him, or the beating from Lewis and Holyfield or the fact that against Holyfield he became a frustrated rabid dog and started biting in the boxing ring?

Holyfield beat a 30yr old Tyson who already spent time in jail and no longer the boxer he used to be

At Tysons peak, I doubt any peak boxer can stand him, This guy was sending people out cold in 3 rounds max and the only way Holyfield and co could stop him was the cowardly tactic of holding hugging and headbutting
Name one great fighter Tyson beat in that fighter's prime?

Tyson was sending out bums in 3 rounds. It was a weak division and this was known even before Tyson arrived, that was why the attention then was already on the middleweights and welterweights.
When Tyson faced great talents at their prime he crumbled like a maggi cube.

if it's that one.

Holmes and Berbick both beat Ali cheesy

18 year old Tyson beat the living daylights out of Berbick, and repeated the trick 2 years later with Holmes grin
How does that relate? I am saying Tyson was knocked out at 30yrs of age by a man who could not knockout Foreman and Holmes when they were above 40yrs. Tyson's chin was suspect. Every time a great puncher tested it he wobbled like Bruce Grobbelaar and he fell enough times.
Foreman came back in his mid 40s to be knocking out people in Tyson's era. That era was poor, a man in his mid 40s became heavyweight champion. That tells you what you need to know about that era.

I am yet to see the name of the great fighter that Tyson beat in that fighter's prime o.

I can agree with Alli even though the fight didnt happen But Frazier Foreman will be murdered on that ring

But Tyson will destroyed Holmes was epic. This was the same Holmes people are rating as a great. The best they can do to Tyson to is to holding and hugging him. Punch for Punch Tyson destroys any of them
See the confidence and way Tyson was chasing them all over the ring and the opponent running all over like scared sissies. I hate boxers who are afraid to punch or just depend on hugging it out for the match. Thats why I am not impressed with Mayweather Hollyfield, Lewis etc

Tyson vs Holmes

Dayo, Holmes was 39yrs old them and over the hill. At that same age of 39 Tyson was being knocked out by no-name guys like Danny Williams and Kevin McBride.
You want to hear another one? A 34yr old Holyfield knocked out a 30yr old Tyson but a younger Holyfield in his prime could not knock out a 42yr old Foreman or even 43yr old Holmes.
