lol..Yoro is on 115k.For what na.Their r youngsters across various league in d world who can play better with far lesser wages. How d hell will Yoro b on 115k a week?.He has nt even proven himself.Just potential.By d time he clicks it will boutrageous wages.Who is doing all these negotiations?.This might b crux of our problems
That is why I said that is the origin. We were desperate to sign Yoro and had to convince his club with a fee that Madrid was unwilling to pay and also convince him with a salary that Madrid would have been unwilling to pay.

The best solution to this is for us to start winning titles so that we won’t have to be bribing players to come here.

Isn’t this similar with the Rashford and his brother situation? Another case of undue influence for selfish gains, made possible by close relations with the principal.
Na my personal theory o based on 1 or 2 things i noticed about the brother has been moving ever since Kobbie became a big name. I have no evidence.

I think Mainoo's camp is trying to squeeze out a good deal whilst still possible. He has not been able to replicate his performances of last season, so I don't see why the club should cave in. He should be rewarded based on his current performance and not what he did last season.

If he was playing as well as he did last season, I wouldn't mind, but he isn't, so he is best advised to focus on his football for now.

Yeah, another reason the timing is bad. I don't trust that his elder brother. I am sure that is the person feeding him nonsense. That one is a roadman. Kobbie will have more money to shell out to him if Kobbie is being paid big money.

Liverpool fans are not happy with their owners but I think I like their model. They are refusing to be bullied into offering Salah, VVD and Arnold ridiculous wages when it is obvious that the first two are in growing any younger anymore and Arnold is not indispensable.

I want to see us reach that point where we stay competitive but at a modest operational cost.
Those ones are asking for 350k plus.

Mainoo is asking for 150k. It is a bit high but not ridiculous. We can negotiate down to about 120k.

Yoro is on 115k, Gravenberch is on 150k, Caicedo is on 180k, Enzo is on 150k, Reiss Nelson is on 100k, Sambi Lokonga is on 50k. No way will Mainoo take 50k-70k.

It is the club's fault for making an 18yr old their midfield savior. Someone that should have been slowly introduced was placed under so much pressure and expectation. If we had better players and a better team Mainoo would have been getting minutes here and there rather than playing game in game out. You can't play him like a chairman and pay him like a peasant.

What i don't like is the timing though. Something he should have left for summer negotiations he has now added more issues and questions for an unsettled Amorin to answer.

I now understand why he is holding out for 150k but the issues is that if the clubs folds and offers him 150k wages now, in his next contract negotiations, he will most likely be eyeing a jump to 250k or thereabout.
There are a good number of players in world football, and some even in the academy who are more suited to this 3-4-3 than him. The only way he can ask for 250k in a few years is if he has delivered on his promise. If he has not delivered on his promise and has the temerity to ask for 250k in a few years' time we can offload him and get the next man up.

Building the right culture and keeping to a reasonable wage policy is more important than any individual player.

P.S We should not go more than 100-120k in this case sha. If he loves the club like he says he would take it. That is a fair wage for his level. `
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2:
patrickmuf:
I agree. Mainoo should be earning around 50-70k now and that's much considering that he has not performed to the level he reached last season. He needs to earn his wages else he goes the way of Rashford and Martial.
Yoro who is younger and less proven in the team and actually a bench player at this stage is on 115k. That is where the mistake was made. This thing is a domino effect. You can't have him on 115k and Mainoo on half of that. I am sure that was a negotiating point made by Mainoo's camp.

If they keep most of our good starting players on between 100k and 180k and the rotation players on less than 100k that is okay. Those are not the problems. The problems are the 250k to 350k weekly salaries being paid in a team that is not winning the biggest trophies.

I wish they do that sha, but I doubt. And Erikson's contract should be ending this year, we'll be very thin in the middle.
We just need to get a CM on a 6-month loan if Casemiro leaves this January. We can manage with the new CM, Ugarte, Mainoo, Collyer, Eriksen, with Bruno also being able to play there if necessary. In the summer we offload Eriksen and get a quality starter level CM on a permanent deal.

Where we need to spend big money is in the attacking areas (CF, Left 10, WBs)

the club has no option than to look through the window this January then. I don't think we want to see makeshifts like Mazraoui in DM cheesy
We can get short term loan deals this January while Amorin assesses both the senior players and the academy players closest to senior football. Then in the summer we clear out bloated senior salaries and sell off some of the academy prospects that might yield some PSR money if they won't fit into the system.

There are several players in the youth system however who are tailor made for this 3-4-3. CapitalCee and i were discussing who could fit into Amorin's system after he was first hired and we mentioned Kukonki, Mantato, Lacey, Ibrahimov and i also mentioned Moorhouse. We have a few potential squad players in that academy for this system even if they won't become stars.

is Dan Gore still with the team?
Casemiro leaving, we'll be more thin in there with only Eriksen as a sub.
fans will jump on Bruno's performances without remembering he's about the only player not allowed rotational leave.
Dan Gore and Moorhouse were both nominated for last month's PL 2 Player of the Month for the whole Under-21 league. Both are doing well but have missed a great deal of time with injuries. Moorhouse in particular had been written off by most people cos the amount of time he has been injured has been crazy. Same with Ennis. Usually, academy players don't recover from that amount of developmental time lost and i still think their career trajectory has been altered because of it.

I watched that match. Immediately those Under-21 boys saw Amorim their ginger level elevated like mad. I pitied the opponents. Moorhouse was on another level in that game.

I hope the guy steers clear of injuries. He has really played only 1 season out of the past 3 and has become the forgotten man.

Good evening Egbon,
What would your counsel be on PGD screening, to avoid sickle cell offsprings in AS couples?
If the AS couple is not married, they should go their separate ways.

If they are already married, then PGD is an option, but they have to consider the financial and emotional cost, as well as the ethical implications.
Of course, it should be ideally done with IVF, but the cost implication then rises as it might take multiple cycles to get a viable embryo that can then be tested. But the ethical issue then arises if the embryo is tested and is found to have the genetic mutation, meaning it has to be destroyed.

If done without IVF but through natural conception the ethical dilemma is even worse as the woman runs the risk of recurrent pregnancies that then have to be aborted if found to carry the mutation.

In either scenario the potential emotional damage after going through this several times to get one healthy baby, and then doing so several times more for further children, can only be imagined. Not to talk of the draining of resources.

if not malaria we might be united states of Africana with natives living on reservations

SS are resistant to malaria. it is the natural selection we were taught in schools. the resistance of S chromosome/genotyoe to the malaria parasite means people with it will thrive in areas where malaria is endemic

white guys can die from malaria - that is why is it a double whammy for our fake axe man. AA plus ajebo white genes mean one suck from anopeles will take bros out faster than n actual bj. grin
SS are not resistant to malaria. AS are the ones that are resistant to severe malaria. SS are actually prone to complicated malaria and the infection can tip them into life threatening crisis.

Yeah. The Hb S protects the carrier not against malaria per se but against severe malaria.

The body clears up malaria infected Hb S red blood cells much faster than it clears infected Hb A red blood cells. Therefore their malaria rarely gets serious.

I’m not disputing the fact that he may have a head start over some of his peers as far as monetizing his social media accounts are concerned , what I find hard to believe is the fact that he has as much as $3.7m stashed somewhere which is proceeds from his skit making business .

It’s not like he makes all that money and doesn’t even spend 1 cent out of it on running costs and other expenses .

The guy is obviously lying with that amount he mentioned ; maybe to gain sympathy or to ward off people that are looking up to him for financial assistance .

By the way, whatever he was earning from him monetizing his social media accounts ; those Ladipo and would’ve made same in adverts and endorsement money since his own comedy started getting stale years ago.
I don't know how much he has made or lost and the number seems too much for me as well but i was just addressing your post where you placed Josh2funny and Lasisi above him that they would be worth 100 billion because Mark Angel is worth 6 billion.

If you add together the YouTube views of Lasisi, Sabinus, Josh2funny, Mr Macaroni, and Broda Shaggi and multiply by 2 it is still less than 50% of Mark Angel's views. There are over 1 billion people in India o. grin

If Mark Angel has as much as 6 billion naira to throw around on forex , I wonder how much dem Lasisi, Josh2funny and co would now be worth . Maybe 100 billion naira sef . 😂
Lasisi and Josh2funny are local compared to Mark Angel. The first time i heard about Mark Angel was about a decade ago and the first 2-3 people that old me about him were not even Nigerians. I think one was from another African country (maybe Zimbabwe or Cameroon) and the others were Sri Lankan and Indian.

The guy is not funny at all in my opinion but e don get massive global fan base while most of our other skit guys were not even in the business.

Mark Angel has 2.3 billion views on YouTube. Lasisi has 49 million and Josh2funny 103 million.
