The Nigerian political terrain is made up of hawkish men who makes people believes women are good for two things only.

Whereas majority of them are less intelligent when making political decisions without the input of their wives. Those who neglects their wives wise counselling only come back home with Ghana must go and while away their time in office with sleep.
nne. the strength you used in writing this post you would have used it to join a political party and contested for a position.Nobody is stopping women but women themselves. Oby Ezekwesili, Mama Taraba, Abike Dabiri and co are your mates. They dont have two heads. Stop blaming men for your misfortunes and stand up to be counted.

I wonder where Somadina her so called Ex is!
Lesson
Never take all these broke boys serious thereby missing the right one!
Love is nothing without money!
No matter how much people talk bad about her, she made the right decision!
Life is to be enjoyed!
Marriage means luxurious life, pampering and care!
An old rich man is far better than a broke young boy that doesn't know where his next meal will come from!!

Just watch how this case will be swept under their praying mat.

If this matter is not handled with all seriousness, you'll see massive deployment of my South West, South East and South South brother's to troubled states like Borno, Yobe, Zamfara, and Jigawa.

I was not surprised when I saw Dan Yakubu the Almajiri who was taken off the streets by Hajiya Fatima posted to an Oil rich Bayelsa state.

The scheme is no longer useful and I am strongly in support for it to be scrapped OR better still, everyone should serve in his/her father's compound.

Not everyone you see on nairaland is your Nigerian. And not everybody behind a keyboard is broke like you all like to imagine to feel better.

I don't know why once you confront a Nigerian they want to tell you that you are inferior. Is everything about inferiority and money? People go to private schools without making noise and feeling superior. You guys need reorientation. Life is not about making noise, acting flashy and dying young the way you guys do in your hamlets.

I have made it a habit to block any of my Nigerian friends on social media who ask me to return to Nigeria in order to contribute my quota to national development.
Nigeria doesn’t need her citizens in the diaspora to return home. It’s a false call that would make your children to turn against you in the future if they realize that you had the opportunity to escape the ‘zoo’ but chose to return home.

A student in Europe, just by working at least 180hours in a month earns more than three times the amount many graduates working full-time in Nigeria earn, not mentioning the comfort. To say the least, Nigeria is a scam!
is he spending the money in naira? what is his social status in that society? We should stop this comparison abeg. what we should co.pare is standard of living or social status. not coming here to tell me that someone flipping burgers earns more than a bank manager yet that person flipping burgers needs 4 jobs to pay his bills

Compare with your every week occurrences here. Compare where people get profiled over here because they use good phones and cars and dress nicely. People get killed enmasse without a word from the government!

Over there when such occurrences happen, there's a very quick dicisive government action and statement on it. Here, your president doesn't even get told something of that nature happened because it's already a normal way of life for us.

A rapper got shot to death and within 24 hours, the killer was apprehended. Here, our former COAS got killed and we still don't know jack sh!t about what happened. An AG of the federation Bola Ige was assassinated in his home till date, nothing about his killers. Is this the country you have hopes in?

A working system is what we need A WORKING SYSTEM!
If the system was 'working' you wouldn't have had the LA riots of black lives matter protests. And all these happened before the rise in white supremacy that we are currently witnessing.

Until police catch you when you come out to piss for gutter for night or just taking an evening stroll to go buy food by 8 pm.

When they beat the living hell out of you and frame you up as a kidnapper, or drug dealer or even shoot you and put a gun on you that's when you'd know Nigeria is not worth it.

Funny enough I had such a mindset at a time but now, I can't wait to get out! Except you are Into unmentionables, you can also do what you do here to make that "obscene" Money over there then when you come to Nigeria for holiday, you can hire a police escort!
so in the US or abroad they dont have police that kill innocent citizens?

Pls let me repeat what i said on LIB again cos this is the story of my life. My dad built a filling station in 1998. At the time we did a certificate of value and it was valued at 8 million Naira in 1998. 8 Million Naira was 400,000 Dollars ( 1 naira to 20 dollars). I wanted to cry when we done another certificate of value this year, It was valued at 15 million naira ( 40,000 dollars) so before i started crying i asked my dad, why did he believe in the Nigerian dream, assuming he sold the property for 8 million 20 years ago and went and jejely bought a property in the uk or in the US with his 400,000 dollars,

He would have been a millionaire in dollars now cos 400,000 dollars 20 years ago is probably something else now in the SAME CURRENCY.

Nigeria why ??

So even me now i wonder how would i be able to meet up with my dad achievements just right about the same age he done it too i am approaching now.
quick question: what makes you think if you dad went abroad you would be richer than him now?

judging from the comments here, I'm really afraid for this nation. A celeb decides to speak up. The same people she is speaking up for are castigating her that she talks too much. Some are even saying she should not cross paths with them. Others have accused her of seeking attention or hoping for a largesse from government. The same people she is speaking for. I don't know what we want for ourselves in this country. We prefer them showing us boobs and cars rather than adding anything of substance.

That guy exhibited indiscipline by refusing to take instruction. Jesus ministry of servanthood and service is built on obedience to instructions. A man who finds it difficult to follow instructions meant for the good of himself and others because he wants his comfort can't be following Jesus.
When Jesus cured a man on the sabbath day, did he not go against the law? wouldn't you call that an act of indiscipline? When Jesus proclaimed he was a son of God, a crime (blasphemy) he was later killed for, was it not an act of 'indiscipline '. what exactly is important here? saving the soul or punishing the soul? your lot are like the pharisees. you are just hypocrites

Keep quiet, you fail to apply the interpretation of the Nigerian Constitution in your write ups. The Constitution clearly says anyone born After the Plebiscite which was 51 years ago. Was Atiku born 51 years ago? You can continue to deceive your gullible followers. Schmuck
that means Azikiwe, Ahmadu Bello, Awolowo were also not Nigerians right? in this 21st century, we have refused to grow. Nigerians are elected into political positions in US, UK, Canada etc. we are here denying our own because of petty politics. Are we cursed or did God just use the black man as an exemplification of evil in man. In this present age, where people are developing AI we are arguing petty politics. Jesus showed the need for orderliness in the house of God when he drove away the business men. Christianity is not meant to propagate unruliness but disciplined lifestyle.
The same jesus sat with the woman from Samaria.
The same jesus went to the tax collectors house.
The same Jesus went to a wedding, and even obliged ribturn water into wine.

Guven your example, then all these conmen posing as priests and pastors ought to have been chased out long ago. Jesus never chased away those who came for the message. He chased away those who wanted to profit from it. The priest has no right to chase the boy out of the church

Your write up is not complete, before we can discuss on issue like this, you should at least tell us the true story, not a one side story.

Though I see no reason why a church warden will ask you to move front and you will bee forming Jacky Chan. What if it your school and you were ask to go front and write your exams, won't you?

I am a Catholic, so sitting in front is my thing, as it makes n to concentrate, may be because I was once an altar server.

Lastly, I don't believe what OP said about telling the perso to go out of he can't sir where he was told to by the church warden.

#StopPedllingLiesAgainstTheCatholicPriest

And tell your friend or who ever he his to change his ways.
anyway I'm assuming the story is true.

you have the right to seat anywhere in church unless it has been designated. in an exam you cant seat anywhere, you are assigned to a seat. let's stop using sentiments. the important thing is that he gets the message not where he seats down.

If I were an Athiest i would simply believe in GOD and accept Jesus at least out of curiosity and considering the fact that I have nothing to lose if I die and realize there is no GOD or hell but will it not be share stupidity for me to be acting Voltron with GOD now and later die just to realize that indeed there is GOD and hell?

I honestly don't know what runs through the minds of Atheists.
so you believe in God because yiu fear hell not because you are convinced about his presence. and you think by this, you would still go to your 'heaven'. You are a joker
