emmatok:
That IP is a public IP, e.g If MTN sell 5000 modems they will all be on one IP address the only difference are the MDN(MOBILE NUMBER).
Not contesting that. My question is, how come those with one step increments voted together within one minute?
PoliticsRe: AIT Releases Proof Showing Its Poll Was Manipulated (Picture) by agabaI23(m):
LoveDecay:
So, how did you come about this record. Like i said the IP 82.145.221.163 belong to Opera mini browser. AIT should have the insight, from their site statistics. They should have known most Nigerians use the mobile phone to search and share information on the web, and in Nigeria Opera mini is quite popular.

This info is not privileged info everyone knows this. And, they should have expected this to happen. Which is why they could have used cookies, facebook , google, OPENID or twitter for authentication/permission before voting.
I am not going argue with you because I don't know much about IT but I will ask a genuine question
1. How can you explain the fact that the IP address that multiply voted for Buhari had a stepwise increase of 1 at exactly the same time of the day? 12:59 and then 12:59 and then 14:11?

A good cheat will definitely give some votes to GEJ to avoid suspicion.

are you serious?

How do we Tell the parents of the missing chibok girls to vote for GEJ?
Or the youths involved in immigration job scam?
Or how do we expect thousands of families that have lost a member during doctor's strike to vote GEJ?
Or how can we expect steady electricity supply, when power sector donated 500million to a president's selfish ambition, and we all know that same sector suffers from inefficiencies due to lack of funds?
Or how do you tell thousands of youths; who paid through their noses, to be recruited into federal task force, only to be told in jan 2015, to go for empowerment programs such as as 'fufu' making, to vote mr cluelessness again?
Or would you expect the military, whom until now are widely feared, but being ridiculed by a civilian terrorist group, to vote for GEJ?
Or when the whole world is celebrating an approximation of 50 percent slash in oil price, our 'magnanimous' government gave us a mere 10 percent slash and you say we should vote for him?
A president that started a SURE-P that we are all yet to benefit from (except,of course, his campaign)

Agabal if I go on and on, I will exhaust the whole nairaland, we are not saying that buhari does not have his bad sides, but compared to GEJ, buhari is a saint.

Let me stop there now.
I just saw this. I will get back to you. But I think you didn't make any point to be honest.

What a life? Just today at the Pa Muhammadu Buhari's campaign, a baboon was dressed in a PDP regalia just to remind the rest of us that Buhari meant it when he said dogs and baboons will be soaked in blood if he fails to be voted in.
APC has proven again that they are insensitive to the sorrows and pains of families who lost their loved ones in the 2011 post election riots in the Northern part of Nigeria where over 800 people where killed and properties worth billions of Naria were destroyed by the hemophilic cult of Buhari's followers.
From Facebook post.

This is the right interpretation. We are watching.

Why is that APC will be in haste to paint the picture of PDP rallies when in essence they are overflowing? What is making them do this kind of thing?

Are they desperate to tell people that PDP is not popular or are they trying too hard to make us believe that they are the party of the moment?

Respect is earned guys, it is not forced!

Stop posting road pictures like in Ondo etc. Liars will not lead us.

Actually No. 4 is the only one of importance for a President. Defence and Security is the only job of President followed by rule of law and corruption.
In all other areas we only trust him to employ the right people for the job and that is why we always have to look at his leadership skills. Jonathan has ZERO leadership skills Please read your constitution and the oath of office of the President. Nobody bites a President for health, agriculture and education, they vote for the party they like based on their programs in these areas but the presidency is another matter entirely.. These things like health, education, agriculture et.c are so basic and important in human needs analysis and every government provides them. Even Idi Amin of Uganda did well in agriculture and Abacha did better on education and health than Jonathan.
A lot of Jonathan supporters demote their own candidate by saying he revamped railways and built universities. RUBBISH. His first job is defence and security of Nigeria.
The interpretation is that you acknowledge the GEJ has done well in other areas. Don't worry, he is dealing with the security situation. Thanks for the acknowledgement

It really is a difficult problem and one that needs visionary leadership but not one whose solution I can pretend to have. THe problem with setting up industries is that governments worldwide are notoriously poor at running them.It would be naive to expect the Nigerian government to run an industry successfully. What are the alternatives to that? I think we need a short term and longer term approach. The long term focussing on human development - entrepreneurship and technology. All we need to do is look at all those businesses Indians and Chinese come to set up and that will give us an idea how far we have to go. Our human development deficit is quite profound generally and much worse when you factor in much of Northern Nigeria. f you look at the traders in Nigeria like Ibos all they do is buy and sell and so their approach to business makes us VERY dependent on imports In fact what they think is missing is an inland port at Onitsha without thinking where the dollars will come from .That is a road to nowhere. On the other hand they make very good shoes in Aba and that should be encouraged What is not so clear is HOW to channel government money into that without raising the usual tribal dust.Look at the SW they produce cocoa but sell it without adding value again that needs to change. In reality the government has earned enough money to make a significant impact on our infrastructure deficit but much of it has been stolen

One thing that government should have done by now is solve the Power problem and that is rPDP has failed and there is no excuse. Just to be clear I am not an APC fan either
We need more Dangotes producing those things we consume.Government needs to find a way to force Dangote to crash cement prices and embark on a massive Housing construction scheme. That is one thing to do if they don't know what to do with money
You are mentioning people who are being empowered by the government you fight against. If Buhari used the money at his disposal to create billionaires like Dangote, innoson, we won't be where we are today. See what blacktechnology said. Youwin is one super programme of the present government.

I do not know the specifics of Fela's case . But now you are required to declare and if you don't declare you may have the funds seized under money laundering laws and in some cases even be jailed. This is the case in many countries.
Fela was sent to jail for money he legally bought for his bands tour. Defend that!

5. I cannot contest your assertion that he sacked 30,000 soldiers because I was not aware and definitely was not widely reported in the press then which would be unusual given his not so cordial relationship with his chief of army staff (IBB). Even those who overthrew him did not list this as one of his shortcomings.
A literature search will help too.
You might like to read this concord article of 1985 after he was overthrown.

6. For the record, buhari never formally proscribed NANS. The chief of staff SHQ - Idiagbon always insisted that they would just not recognize the leadership of NANS whatever that meant. But given the experience of the previous obj military regime with NUNS which obj proscribed and NANS was formed under succeeding shagari civilian regime, it was understandable that a military regime would not be enarmoured with possible organized opposition.
You don't want to know what means even when they were in prison. A military government said you are not recognised sir and you said you do not know what that means? There is God ooo.

They were arrested and locked up and so were doctors protesting the death bed the hospitals became. After 2 months, a military that had free reign did not change anything and you think he will do anything now?

GEJ has laid and is still laying the foundation. He has accomplished much too. Give him 2 more years and it will be manisfest. Be sincere!
