afam4eva: So, does it mean all the things we see in American movies are a farce? I used to think it's a norm for ladies to wear sexy bikinis in beaches over there...I think it's a norm in Copacabana beach in Rio, Brazil.
Difficult for naija babes because it is not a normal practice, easier for Europeans especially if they are fit.

4 years ago it is difficult to see a girl with a bikini in a Nigerian beach. This is changing very fast.

Mody,
Climb the scale lets see the difference. Don't forget you are feeling oppressed because you are not used to the environment. After a month or two you would normally become part of the oppressors.

omo alaro: The house you are refering to was CPC secretateriat not his personal accomodation.
House rented by CPC is described by your friend above as a lowly house?

That's enough to fund an apartment for him. What I am trying to say is that he did not give all his money to the govt instead of making money while in power. He made money while he is power.

He is yet to answer Buhari's accusation, hope you know that.

OsunOriginal: And that takes us back to what I said earlier - read my earlier post. If the house he has in Abuja doesnt befits his status and can't provide the security he requires, you want him to stay there? Buhari stays in hotel whenever he is in Abuja and that should tell you his house in Abuja is not the kind of expansive structure that even ordinary governors build today.

This discussion is not necessary. Can you hide money? We know what those that stole money do with it - Even Abdulasami Abubakar with his about 2 years stay in power, we know how rich the man is today.

If you can show me the picture of his house, may be we can discuss further.
Did you read the article? Did you check the posts?
We were told that he had to relocate Kaduna where he had a house. May be he has the kind of house you think that befits him in Kaduna? Does that make any difference? You told he does not have a house, if you now want to interpret to mean he does not have a nice house, it means that the austere personality you were ascribing to him is a fluke. We are told he someone who is content, then he should be contented with what he has. If he wants to be the president, he should be able to sort his house out. Why didn't he ask the financier to use that 20 million to fix his house in ABJ?

Bottom line, you lied to us that he does not have a house whereas he has.
PoliticsRe: “i’ve Not Forgiven Obasanjo.. Will Not Forget What IBB Did To Me…” – Buhari by agabaI23(m): 4:25pm On Dec 23, 2012
OsunOriginal: Who told you that? Buhari told you or someone else? Did you read how he acquired those properties?

The small me here have a house in Lagos and one in my home town with some other landed properties in Osun state - I am just starting life. What is the big deal in owing a house in Abuja as long as it is not a 16Billion naira house or presidential palace? Show me the picture of the houses and you will know anybody who is working hard enough can build it and from the picture of where he lives, you know the kind of house he has in other places.

Former Head of State and one time minister of oil resources, General
Muhammadu Buhari, (rtd) has been ejected from his Abuja residence
following his inability to pay the N20 million rent demanded by his landlord,
Newsdiary Online, a news portal has disclosed.

According to reports monitored by our reporter in Abuja, the retired general
who is also the presidential candidate of Congress for Progressive Change,
CPC in the April 2011 general elections, was expected to renew his rent
which was due after the initial payment.

Consequently, he decided to move his property to Kaduna when he could not
raise the amount demanded by the landlord.

It was gathered that owing to inability of Buhari to raise the N20 million
earlier requested as rent for the building at Number 11 Queen Elizabeth
Street, Asokoro District, Abuja, the landlord reportedly reduced the rent to
N15 million but Buhari could still not raise the funds.

Reports say the original rent was paid on his behalf by a former minister of
defence, General Theophilus Danjuma, (rtd) which enabled Buhari to move
into the house which provides shelter to him any time he is in the Federal
Capital Territory.

Buhari was said to rebuff suggestions by his friends to approach Nasarawa
State governor, Alhaji Umaru Almakura who won the governorship seat on
the platform of his party, CPC, for financial assistance insisting that he
would rather maintain his integrity than ask the governor for money.

It was also gathered that Buhari also resisted a similar pressure to approach
President Goodluck Jonathan for assistance to enable him keep the
apartment.

“Some of Buhari’s associates who wanted to avoid his ejection actually
reached out to the owner of the property, and the landlord even agreed to
slash the rent to N15 million for the sake of the General. Sadly, he could not
pay and he accepted the option of moving his property to Kaduna. Buhari is
believed to have made up his mind to put up somewhere he can afford
whenever he has something to do in Abuja henceforth”, the News portal
stated.

He has a house in Abuja, nice one!

Few months ago people wanted us to believe that he was a tenant in a house paid for by Danjuma abi Useni. We were meant to believe he had to vacate the house after the expiration of 2 years rent as he could not afford to renew it.

They told us he had no house in Abuja.

Maigaskya inadvertently says you are all lairs. He should have refuted that statement then but I guess he enjoyed the fruit of the lies
