Before you condenm the boy and his father, remember as well that you may have been that child or he may have been your son. Flogging should anly be used as a capital punishment in all public schools. the board of Education needs to publish a punishment scale and distribute to teachers and students alike. If we failed a test, shouldnt the teacher be the one to be flogged as that would ordinarily mean he failed to pass his message across to the students.
