chrishenzo:May be you are in one big village. I watch live streaming of premier league matches using glo sub-3G(H) network. And about China being the highest rice consumer analogy, I converted the numbers stated to the percentage of the population and Nigeria is still 2% ahead of Egypt. |

ASOROCK b:What has this got to do with fresh air? @topic I think these guys should be kicked out of Nigeria seriously. What a lame excuse? This is in line Europe's raw material initiative agenda which will ensure that raw materials are never refined in Africa while discouraging increase in export tax. This was one of the reasons France insisted that Gbagbo should leave because he wanted to ensure the processing of cocoa in Ivory Coast. Having said that, they will not succeed without collaborators. These are the people who have stifled the passage of the PIB. Occupy shell and national assembly. |
No the vag is hidden. The crotch is on display ![]() |
maasoap:. . . . 'However, in February 2012 reports came out that the results may have been caused by a loose fiber optic cable attached to one of the atomic clocks which measured the departure and arrival times of the neutrinos. The cable is going to be fixed and the experiment will be run again to see if the same results are found'. The issue of it travelling faster than light is still not confirmed |
Do you think that was a publicity stunt considering that she was dating one of the Kardashians |

I think this was deliberate. . .

coogar:We call them fair weather fans. They were around when it suited them. A story goes thus: A little fly wondered around the body of an elephant without a response from the beast. When it finished its tour of the elephant, it went up to the ear and whispered, 'I am leaving'. The elephant carelessly replied, ' I did not know you were here' |
Any child less than 12 years may not sit in front because the airbag could kill him when it deploys. Many car manufacturers warn against this. Look at the sun shield or whatever it is called that has a mirror |

The video of the Igbo is so nice and I like the voice over. The animation won me over. Unfortunately, I prefer that to the original may be because i saw the Ogbo version first. |
^^ You cannot compare HIV and lassa. Lassa fever is more contagious than HIV. My point is cleanliness in the hospital alone will only keep away rats but will keep out lassa patients. Important thing is preparedness. There has been little or no awareness in most hospitals in the country so there is little or no preparedness. First major outbreak was in Ekpoma in Edo. Now, Nru is referral centre. HIV cannot be contacted from saliva but one can pick lassa from the splashes of saliva released when someone is talking. |
queensmith:You should have read more where you got that info. Look at this scenario! A pregnant presents with a condition that requires immediate surgery to save her and the baby due to impending multiple organ failure. Surgery was carried out. It was later found out that the lady who died had lassa fever. Doctors involved in the surgery are all showing signs. Body fluids from humans facilitate transmission and that is the reason why the doctors and health staff who are in contact with affected patients are at high risk. I have seen this ailment eliminate people people the cause death is known. It comes in like a burglar and before the alarm does off, it would have recorded many casualties. RIP |
I think he is afraid of being rraped in jail not dying. |
Civil Society organizations No mind them mind games. |
^^^ See how people run to religion for cover when they are caught. Do they think God will protect the guilty? Somebody is applying technicality already: 'the e-statement is inadmissible in court'. This guy knows what we all know. FFK, own up and go the way of Bode George. |
People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. In West when one embraces the spotlight, he/she indirectly asks to be scrutinized. Knowing that he had some cases to answer, he should have not been very confident. Now those who forgot him have remembered him. He has himself to blame. |
lovejo:I am not demonizing the teacher because I am Igbo, the child's action is not even to be applauded but then not everyone has the ability endure pain without reacting. Stop trying to drag tribalism into this. I will do the same if the student was Yoruba or Hausa. Wickedness has no tribe. |
To all of you supporting the teacher, why did the teacher do the following; - Ask the boy to strip in front of the whole school!? What was this supposed to achieve?! Was that in a bid to mentally destroy the boy?! Where in the teachers handbook did it give power to teachers to strip a student Unclad in the middle of school?! - Why did the teacher flog the child till the point that he broke his skin and caused the boy an injjury?! If that teacher were abroad, he would be looking at jail time. - Why did the teacher have to double the cane?! Was one cane not enough discipline for the young boy?! - By what punishment scale did the teacher determine his choice of discipline?! Before you condenm the boy and his father, remember as well that you may have been that child or he may have been your son. I know two cases of kids that got blinded by their teachers in the middle of flogging them, and one of the girls sef was not guilty of anything. Nigerians raise children like animals, and when they start acting like what you've raised them to be, you all start shouting. Flogging should anly be used as a capital punishment in all public schools. the board of Education needs to publish a punishment scale and distribute to teachers and students alike. I remember a teacher that flogged us for failing a test. LIKE SERIOUSLY!! If we failed a test, shouldnt the teacher be the one to be flogged as that would ordinarily mean he failed to pass his message across to the students. The boys father did what I would have done, you flog my child like an animal, I will treat you like an animal and withdraw my kid from that school.
There is no point duplicating your post. You have said it all. But I will like to add that storming the school with bus loads of custom officers was an overkill. There are more civil ways to press for justice. |
Jarus:OK your point noted |
@ Jarus, Like I said earlier, some of the insinuations cannot survive unbiased scrutiny and those include most if not all the questions. I am actually interested in the incarceration allegation. That's a very weighty allegation which should land the author in prison if it is not true. |
