It was his intelligent and rib cracking jokes and cartoons that made him stand out but I sensed that there was more to this individual which I could not place my hands on.

I was not surprised when the Dell competition blew his backside up.

I have spoken with him and all I could hear was passion, belief, vision, hope and excellence. When scurried through what this individual accomplished within a short time, I lost my breath and like Jarus, I felt lazy.

Hypocritical 123, you are not on a weight loss regimen, why tell us the number on the scale. I think Lagos Fashola is health/weight conscious because the way he forces folks to climb those pedestrian bridges, i just wonder. No matter the intensity of the climbing your heartbeat must be raised. Wow, I am happy to miss Lagos in advance.

Actually, I told you my weight was 82/83kg which was ok with me because I believed it is because I acquired extra muscles. The only thing I have done differently is the weights and some longer distance to run.
I was suprised to notice the loss lol

have so much essential nutrients to counter the oil trouble

2-3 tablespoon gives you about 100 calorie (will confirm table or teaspoon)

67kg @ 5ft 5 is a BMI of 23 point something which is great

I do not see the reason for the haste except you want to slide into a size zero wedding gown.
At 57, you will be just 20. 2 still good but if you achieve that slowly, you can maintain it easily.

i think you could try to space out your meals, skipping lunch is not a good idea cuz by dinner time, ull be so hungry that u may overeat

123 My guy nothing do you my brother. Am still on, changed my meal this morning with a cup of coffee and 1 roll of home made bread. Fetching my water daily and complementing with taebo. I feel constant pains on my shoulders now, i hope it goes away soon. I dont know how next week ll be, i am moving house and i pray i ll be able to incorporate my normal w/o routine. Thanks toluperf for the info. Sorry TMI, but i realised my weight changes after using the bathroom, the thing dey weigh like that?

@Agaba, nice work you've got going on with all this serious weight training. Seems you have a reasonable gym round you and a stadium to run in. Do you find you are eating more food or less whilst out there? Whenever i'm over there i always lose weight as i'm too hot to eat stodgy food and my appetite reduces for some reason. I just eat stuff i miss/ been craving.

As per the food thing, I am not sure if there is any correlation but I know that I am able to eat less. May be you are right about the hot weather thing.
