In an atmosphere of good governance, this amount would never grow legs and walk away unnoticed. If it did, senior officials would have been duly escorted to the police station for criminal investigation.

Obviously, Jonathan thinks exposing fighting corruption in his administration makes him look bad or paints his administration negatively hen in fact it's the other way around and this is me assuming that he himself is not part of the looting team which I do believe he is.
