Please nairalanders how do I get my money back.
On the 4th of June 2026,I bought meat from a seller and transferred ₦15,000 from my opay account using the opay app on my phone, the account has no ATM card and my transfer is done using my fingerprints.That particular transaction I was prompted to open my mouth and nod my head for verification.When I got home I checked my phone and saw that I had been debited twice and also a loan from easimoni of 50,000 was collected into my account and withdrawn.
I called opay customer care and was told to log in a theft complaint on the app which I did.
Up till now I am yet to get a feedback from opay.
Please what else can I do?
I really can not afford to lose such money now.
My phone settings can only be accessible by my fingerprints and I was alone so no chance of any breach by anyone .
Please help me with a solution.

Please I have 200sqm floor I need to cover in my compound, which alternative is cheaper?
Using cement to floor, interlock or stamped concrete?
Funds are extremely limited but I will like to work on the floor,how much will it cost to cover using any of the above?

How much should I budget for it?
I have very limited funds so will need guidance on how to manage my funds.

I just looked and saw that the installer has put a circuit breaker AB just below the Distribution board of the house.
They started installation yesterday evening and didn't finish.They slept over and have started working again.

It's not easy raising the money for the project.I am thankful we even executed up to this point.
When we get more funds we will get more panels.I will raise the issue of SPD with my husband and see if it's something we can squeeze in.

Off I went to the Market today to see if we would be able to arrange an inverter for the house.
I only told my husband, whatever we settle for must be able to carry our freezer.
My husband is an electrical engineer so he designed the power requirements of the house so we have an idea of what we were searching for.
Budget 1.3m tops.
We settled for a store we saw on Jiji with reasonable price, called to find out if the store was open since it's sallah and located the store.
We were able to get the following.
4kva/48v microtec inverter ₦290,000
4 nos 220ah/12v lotion battery @₦160,000 each making ₦640,000
6 250w Canadian fairly used panels @₦58,000 each making ₦348,000
1 60S mppt charge controller Felicity ₦115,000
Battery rack ₦20,000
20m 6mm DC cable 40,000
Total spent ₦1,453,000.
Transport 14,000 to my house .
Tomorrow the installer will be around to start installation.
We negotiated 50,000 workmanship.
He will come with panel sittings and screws
.I intend to use the inverter on 15 energy saving bulbs.
1 50" tv.
Phone charging.
4 ports.
My 200l freezer inverter freezer/ medium fridge.

Close the forex account.
Next time you get money, remove your sim from your phone and go to your brother/sisters house, remain indoors for 2 days and see if money will disappear.

I am getting frustrated with aedc.I applied for prepaid meter for my new house and I have not been given an account to pay into.No light in my house except I use gen.The aedc office has refused to connect me on estimated billing.

at this point if you give me small change i will collect and be grateful.This house has stressed my family so much just that I am so proud of my husband and I.We are the first in Our generation in both lines to achieve this feat and I am basking in the euphoria!

If you have access to a SUV/mini-van, you'll be surprised after 3 trips.

I actually have a sienna,the seats were removed and in two trips we had moved a considerable amount of luggage.

I will be blessing my new home tomorrow.i am now the proud owner of a modest 4 bedroom bungalow.Thanks guys for all the free consultations.How do I move houses at minimum cost? Best bet would have been a nine eleven truck but there is no money for that.My house is 15 minutes away from my present address.

Unscrew the brimix shower from the pipe. If water is flowing directly from the pipe then the brimix is blocked with something. Clean it up and reinstall. Also Checked if they have adjustable opening.

what I always advice clients in your situation is to remove all fitting like the brimix shower head, fitters and all new model tap heads first.. see the pressure of water yourself by controlling it from the main tap after the tank..

observe two things... leakage and pressure...

once you are satisfied with the two above... all fitting problems can be easily diagnosed.

2) I have a filter at my stanchion and I’ve noticed increased pressure if I bleed it using the bleed needle on the filter.

Yes other outlets have water.The master bedroom has water and the shower head is another brand.I have no filter and will consider getting one.
