Get a bus to Lagos whose bus stop is either Berger or Oshodi (preferably Oshodi)

Take a bus from berger or oshodi to obalende

From obalende get a bus or keke going to Awolowo Road. You can trace building number 89 easily from there

Since she is coming from outside of Lagos, I think her best bet is to alight at Berger, get a bus heading to Obalende at Berger then find her way to Ikoyi from there.
