Yes, I think it a general issue and Paga are also aware of this because I am also having the same issue which I excalated to them and they confirmed they are working to resolve this hopefully before COB today.

Hello house, I applied for a student visa last month when I went to pick my passport there was visa on it but it has been cancled with a red biro. Reason for that was.. They said I had an entry vias to Gambia and they said it was not genuine but I genuinely went to Gambia with my wife December 2017 and the immigration officer at the point of entry stamped our passport. I have then appeal with evidences like Filght Ticket, Boarding pass, Hotel ticket, pictures , videos. But it's more than 4 weeks I haven't gotten mail or reply I want to know if anyone has had this issue and how long it took and if there is anything else I need to do. Thanks

Biometrics on the 18th got a non straightforward message on 22nd I got decision mail on the 28th and I got collection mail today...

I was sent a mail of collection of passport I got there I was told they said they shuld return It back. that i will get another mail of collection to me has anyone experienced this... very scared

Priority was 140k at the centre because there was no way to pay.. and IHS was over 200k

I am also in the same situation, did my biometrics on the 22nd sept at TLS Ikeja (priority), my decision mail came this morning but its still at DMC. I hope they transfer to VAC soon

register on paga load your page wallet with the money.. then go to the IHS site and proceed to payment choose paga.. it will ask you to login you paga details after then take you to the payment platform then you pay .
