Kissing is very much a cultural construct. Cultural connotations of kissing vary widely.
I won't pretend to know enough about you to assume what your cultural or social background looks like. But mine is a typical nigerian one, where kissing is between couples, married ones for specificity.

I'm not against a mother showing natural affection for her child, but kissing on the lips for me will take getting used to.

I don't like that thing. Kissing children on the lips is a no no for me. You're not wrong to be disturbed, it's not a "normal" thing we've grown accustomed culturally and socially.
So in respect, you either adjust and accept it or you insist. Any choice you make, you should be able to stand by it no matter the outcome. Kissing on the cheeks, YES. Forehead; YES. Mouth; Never ever.

Lemme add that your wife kissing her son on the lips almost has no bearing on wether he might fall victim to molestation (god forbid). Creating an informed and educated environment with enough checks and balances works best.

I’d have preferred this answer from the first person I replied. Twice as Tall should’ve been a failure since it barely has anything to do with Fela (if anything at all). And one of the Fela samples should also have been Burna’s biggest song, since Fela is the only reason Burna is successful.

well this doesn't understate the fact that Burna samples his music to a great degree.
Burna's biggest song is YE! - sampled Fela's sorrow tears and blood.
(On the low is the most streamed)
And I don't think anyone in their right senses will say the only reason Burna is successful is because he samples Fela.

that thing pass 2 or 3 ooh! Over 50 at least 20 are Fela samples. 10 are samples of other artists.
30 out of his 50 songs have samples.


But this does in no way discount his achievements. Even fela's children are not as commercially successful as Burna.
