I will personally go for a say 3kva/12v or 5kva/12v. Reason is, I can use a single batter to put it on. If I should increase the battery number, it should be to increase its run time. Say 1 battery last for 3 hours, 2 batteries will last for 6 hours.

However, in the case of 3.5kva/24v, you will need 12v * 2 batteries to run it and it can run for say 3 hours, and then you will need another set of 2 batteries to take it to 6 hours of run time.

Then you have a 3.5kva/48v? A very old inverter, where you will need 12v *4 batteries to start it. They hardly produce such inverters today.

Practically use a 48V system and not 12V cause of efficiency. The lower voltage will have more losses and also require thicker wires due to higher current to charge batteries .

putting it on your Cv is not required. It is necessary for your academic pursuit like masters etc. This is reason why one has to work real hard to avoid borderline cgpa .

All i can tell you is to watch your back. A frustrated man is too dangerous especially now that he sees you as the source of his problems. Report to the police and get undertaking. This is to save your neck but if he is the type that is no more interested in life then you have a bigger issue because he may not care if he is caught after harming you which renders undertaking useless. I am a young manager in one of an old generation bank. I have this colleague who is a subordinate and a marketer. Recently, i discovered that he has supressed customers cash up to fifteen customers and these money is either loan payment, deposit or account openings.
Many customers came to the branch to complain and i felt embarassed some on loan when they have not paid back their loan and u call them just to discovered that they paid and he supressed the cash. I gave him a querty wen i gathered all evidence and copied management and disciplinary committee was set for him and with lot of evidence, he was found guilty and his appointment terminated. He has suppressed more than a million naira of customers cash. Thats so far what we discovered. More than three months, yesterday he sent me a text messsge calling me evil and blaming me. He also threatened my life .
What do i do?
