10k emails? Are you into email marketing or are you are yahoo boy? You sound more like a yahoo boy and not a techie. A techie would know that the challenge is not in having the software that can send out 10k emails (there are loads of free ones) but somewhere else further down the line.

This is a very moving story! Earlier this week I was discussing on an Audi WhatsApp group that I wanted to start this same business first with VAGs as that's the brand I'm conversant with and I own a VCDS cable that I intermittently use to diagnose issues with my vehicle. I was encouraged by a lot of people on the group and was challenged to explain the business plan. OP, I will like for you to be my mentor as I am more than encouraged by your story. Although I'm not an engineer by training, my inquisitive mind has lead me to read up a bit about car repairs and I'm sure I could learn a lot from you. Perhaps you can set up a Telegram group (I prefer telegram for anonymity) where u can liase and mentor everyone that has read your story. Please let us have a means of reaching u either by mail or other means

If it's a keyboard problem, your best bet is to replace it as keyboards are not repairable. Worst case u bring it out and have it properly cleaned. I have washed my laptop keyboard with soap and water to get rid of all the grime. Then made sure it was completely dry before putting it back into the computer. And it solved stuck keyboard issues. If you are technical minded you can look up teardown videos for your model on YouTube to see how you can remove and reinstall the keyboard.

First of all have you completely stopped using the memory card since the deletions occurred? This is because if you have continued using the card, then chances of recovery are very very slim as you may have overwritten the files that were previously stored on the card with new files recently saved on the card
