For where?! I just abandoned it for the time being

I've been evaluating a 2006 Nigerian used passat. First things I noticed were that when I make a full 90° turn left or right there's a clicking sound suggesting that the CV joints are gone. Also there's a sound from the passenger side front wheel which the owner attributes to a faulty stabiliser. He had a replacement stabiliser in the glove compartment but said the hex in the insitu stabiliser had worn out making its removal difficult. Also the electronic handbrake seems gone as the red exclamation symbol comes on. He said I need to replace the leather (whatever that is) although think it's the cable that is gone. The dashboard lights up with EPC, Airbag, Power steering. The steering was very stiff when I initially test drove it although it was way better today. The power windows work only from the driver's controls and not the local controls (which I found strange as the driver's controls have to go through the CAN-BUS). He said it might be due to a blown fuse which is outright rubbish talk. The sound system doesn't display though it works. And importantly the climate control stuff are all dead. Only the fan works. He said the AC has got a problem with the compressor. Also I noticed in the booth a replaced accelerator pedal as well as a replaced fuel pump (replaced with a Range rover fuel pump which he said was the same as a Veedobs). The engine and transmission checked out OK. The speedometer and the trip counter were dysfunctional.

He's asking for ₦450k which is fine as i budget an extra 200k for fixes. My question is at 450k, I'm a bit worried that there's something I should be looking out for considering that it's a 10year old car. Mileage reads 105k but should be around 156k from background checks. What else should I be wary of? I intend to change the shocks and tires as well as replace the stabilisers and CV.

Not too sure but u can try an upgrade with a 64bit OS file. Otherwise na fresh install you dry look so ọ. Fresh install is not so bad as it will create a folder Windows.old from were you can retrieve your old files but not your programs *I think*

First step in solving a problem is to know the steps used in solving it. Also are u looking for a macro enabled worksheet or one that just runs using inbuilt Excel function. There's an inbuilt fxn called poisson that you can start with. It's syntax is POISSON(x,mu,cumulative). I'm no statistician or engineer so I'm clueless about but I *think* we did partial differential equations and poisson distribution in school. Maybe if you explain the step by step process in solving these kind of problems peeps might be able to assist

I experienced this problem when I had a cyanogenmod rom on an S4. Be sure you are running an official ROM. And be double sure your charger is actually 2A. It's easy to just write 2A on the body when it's not delivering 2A. Go with a "follow-come" charger and you will be fine. Or u can walk into SLOT or any good shop and pickup an XPRO or STK charger. Both very good chargers. STK might be a bit pricier.
