Is it their culture, that if a married woman die, her copse will be taken back to the family? Because she's suppose to be buried in her husband house. R.I.P henrietta Kosoko
It is Urhobo culture that when a woman dies she is brought back to her father's house and buried in his village. The thinking is that she wasn't sold out but only given as a wife. This is the reason the actual dowry is very small and the family requests on the wedding rites are not as demanding.

life can really be funny and cruel...people come on this forum everyday to complain abt some problem
even dead hard drives and i attempt to restore;in most cases i revive them
i really enjoy playing "mini god of computers"
but when my sister was struggling for her life and eventually lost it...i wish it were one of those problems many posters bring to this forum cuz i would have fixed it as i always fix even more complicated issues but this was no failing hard drive or bad os..
even as i watched her lying dead in the mortuary,i wished she was just a computer i could just enter her bios, restore or reformat her os or change the motherboard...so she can come back to life...but this what no computer or laptop..
this a a human being and have have no control over her life and even the almighty couldnt be simulated...
i wish there was a forum i could post my own problem on and maybe angels in my form or big t or adetwin could help..
its vexes me deep down but i never query God on how He does his things and continue to give thanks to the lord!
rip my sister funmi odusina
I know what it feels like to look at your loved one, lying still, ashen color, motionless in a mortuary gurney. U call out their name repeatedly in disbelief and there's no response. Tears flowing freely, the mortuary attendant tells you NO CRYING in the mortuary. F*CK u sir, I will cry wherever I want. I will cry cos I'm hurting.

But remember death is not THE END. It is a transition. The "movie" for the dearly departed continues somewhere else. And death, thou shall die!

My condolences to you on your losses. It is well

If you don't want to quit your current job just stay there and kukuma turn down this offer so that the replacement invites being expected would be +1. grin Plus you don't want to be quitting E&P proper to come and become basically a process engineer. It is a change you won't like.
I swear down all you Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum and even Electrical engineer can intimidate person! This phrase "Process Engineer" used to intimidate me like sh!t mehn. Until I realise say na "komkom" dem dey size ọ. Seperate oyel into 2 or 3 phase, size d separator and flowline, size the storage tank (or cryogenic tank for gas), size the pipeline or piping etc etc. At least for facility engineering. All the gaddem API in this world no dey finish. API 14C, API 14E, API 12J so so API everywhere. Then the book of all facilities design book, Surface Production Operations: Design of Oil-Handling Systems and Facilities by Ken Arnold and Maurice Stewart. Read it and belle full. Maybe even add Gas-handling version sef. I read tire.

And no I'm not an engineer. I'm a voracious reader

I still DO NOT think it's done and dusted. For some reason I refuse to accept that.

For those talking about miracles, I concur. From those sisters that wanted to climb different stairs I'm WAEC to that Data Checking in SHL to the presentation at AC, these are all situations when I said "Mehn, e done be! I sure say I fit pass like this?" I was particularly worried about the presentation in AC as in my personal evaluation I had goofed big time mehn. Misquoted some stats and even alleged that the problematic employee wasn't meeting target even though that was very incorrect. So yes for me it has been a miracle galore this whole process. And I can only expect that it's the same for a whole lot. There's still one gorgeous lady I know without a doubt will get an email. You know who you are!

And to the July Z crew (all those of us that wrote on a particular day last July) I know Bonny Girl has gotten an invite. I misplaced my phone and lost all your contacts so it'd be nice if we connect. PM me

Lastly, I was born June 6.

All these tech terms fly over my head like fighter jets undecided
It means the message is scrambled from your end and remains scrambled while in transit until it gets to the recipient where it is unscrambled. While the message is in transit, it is just a bunch of gibberish to anyone who intercepts and tries to read it

OK so I've been able to digest the email. Here's my initial thoughts: I *think* the medical is been done in batches just like AC. The mail asked recipients to respond within 7 days of availability and location. I believe people have been batched into different "7 days" brackets and will receive their emails 7 days ahead of when they should respond. My very unscientific opinion.

Meanwhile Ladies and Gentlemen, today has been a long day. See y'all tomorrow when you all will be able to scream in joy.

PoliticsRe: Dialogue With Niger Delta Avengers Not An Option -- Army by airsaylongcon: 3:29pm On Jun 01, 2016
mrvitalis:
Do u know the difference between south south and Niger Deltahuh
Yes. The south south is made up of the following states: Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers

The Niger Delta on the other hand is historically and cartographically made up of today's Bayelsa, Delta and River's states. Oil producing does not mean Niger Delta.

A river delta is a landform that forms from deposition of sediment carried by a river as the flow leaves its mouth and enters slower-moving or standing water. This occurs where a river enters an ocean, sea, estuary, lake, reservoir, or (more rarely) another river that cannot transport away the supplied sediment.

I tell you, If the Nigerian military is really is really serious, they will get the person behind that handle under a week( If they dont already)

Hell, even me can unmask them.

And by the way, Tor is not really that anonymous....

have you heard about man-in-the-middle attacks?

do you know that using tor in a country like nigeria where most people dont use it will make you stick out like a maggot infested donkey carcass?

If I start telling you so many opsec rules these guys have flaunted, you will be really surprised why they have not been picked up already....
I'm surprised you say there's a low usage of Tor in Nigeria. Really surprised. As for tracking them on IP basis forget about that. Their mistakes arise from other failings on whoever handles the twitter handle. For one they should not be following anyone else on twitter.

For all you know they may be operating that account from outside the country where the arms of Nigeria law can't get to them. Think lawless Libya

Any who carry arms against the supreme authority should be dealt with, no matter what the condition is
There are peaceful ways to go about it

God bless my president( even tho he annoys me sometimes)
Good bless we the Niger Deltans (imo state)
Go bless me and u
I am very sure you know that Imo State is NOT part of the Niger Delta. It is an oil producing state true but so also is Lagos, and neither of each can claim to be Niger Delta purely because it produces oil
