First class and second class upper can get u a graduate Trainee job which is very competitive today. But it will take a whole lot of career upgrade to get it other jobs.
A practical example
A 2.2 graduate of Logistics with CIPS, CILT, SCM Certifications coupled with other notable trainings is far more valuable and has bigger job prospects than a 2.1 graduate of the same Course who doesn't have any of those.

Yeah. I experienced that once or twice. Now, I check my time steady. If I'm proofreading and I see the time is almost up, I just submit the call. Can't come and suffer for another person to enjoy.
Though, I've picked some calls that had previously been worked on and I only had to do minor corrections and submit...
I've also picked a call I was working on, and time expired on me. I simply rush to the queue, refresh, pick that same call.and continue from where I stopped...

Just listen to one to five timestamps to note the different speakers. Once you note the two people speaking, listen to their conversation. From their conversation you can decipher who is the rep and the customer. And for the 1 and 2 ratings, don't worry, we all started out like that. You'll get the hang of it. I just started last week Thursday and I am on constant 4 and 5 ratings now.

If they are having a personal life discussion from the start of the call to half of it, it's most likely rep to rep.
You won't really understand the FAQ properly till you make mistakes that's when you get the context of instructions.
Consult the FAQ while you're working, at least till you don't have to do that every day (can't remember when last I had to really consult the FAQ)
As a rule for success, read through Slack regularly, no one there likes or enjoys repeating an answer, so scroll through and you'll learn from what others are being told.
You can also search Slack or search keywords in the FAQ for ease and convenience.
I'm still learning some things despite working for months on the platform.
Google is key in deciphering brand names for the easier calls, you'll get a markdown if you write iPhone as Iphone or ending a question that end with an "or" with question mark

I don't have problem with punctuations or gramnar. Atm it is to differentiate between rep and customer. Again, when I click on save, edits and statements, the words/sentences shows up automatically. Am I to edit and replace or what.

It's something you'll have to develop on your own in other to earn. I'm using Chrome for the job. If you still think you can't use phone, then try a laptop. But If I was able to transcribe over 200 minutes with my phone and earn bonus of $5, then you can as well do it with a phone.. Peace.

Explain some of the techniques please because I will eventually want to use phone. Do we need to download qa app and software for typing. Like the functionality keys. Thanks
