SolutionMee: At 78 What a privilege. In this natural artificial world, it is a damn cold day in hell to attain that age in life. One thing about life is that it is not how far you lived but how well. The number of lives you've impacted. The little contribution and transformation you've brought to your world. The number of souls you make happy. The first step to being eternal is to ensure that your name appear on the significant pages of human history. That alone is eternity to me. If you're not significant while on earth, then what business do you have in heaven? If you're poor on earth, there's no way you can have a mansion in heaven. Last, last... you'll ended up scouting with rich folks in Paradise. Don't get it twisted, Lazarus couldn't afford his own mansion. All thanks to rich men like Abraham that gave him a shelter by allowing him to stay in his own apartment.
May Allah forgive his short comings and grant him highest Rank in jannah.

Read what Olu Bunmi shared on Facebook;
I am sooo happy today! A few days ago, I got an inbox about a child slave in Nigeria. So, all of us shouting LIBYA!!LIBYA!!, we enslave others too, here in Nigeria.
The evil 'Madam' of this lil girl makes her work from 4am till midnight. With serious beating. Everyone in the neighbourhood is tayad of the child's constant crying. The child would scream through the night from the beating during the night even when it was supposed to be her sleeping time.
Madam has children of her own o. Children even older than this lil girl but no. It is the lil girl that washed clothes... fetched water... while Madam's children did nought.
So, a neighbour could not take it anymore. She sent me an inbox and I asked my contact at the OPD (I WILL NOT NAME HER AS SHE IS A VERY PRIVATE PERSON AND HAS ASKED NOT TO BE NAMED PUBLICLY), she swung into action and got her office involved.
I am so pleased to say that the lil girl has been rescued and the Madam has been charged for the offence. I can't remember what the offence is now.
Thank you so very much my OPD contact. You never let me down.
I was sent the lil one's before and after pictures by the neighbour. I wish you could see her face in the two pictures. She looked miserable in the 'before' picture and joyful in the 'after' picture.

kayjay007: The Nigeria Education Research and Development Council (NERDC) is set to reintroduce History as a subject, beginning from the 2018/2019 academic session. The NERDC Executive Secretary, Ismail Junaidu, told the News agency of Nigeria in Abuja on Tuesday that the curriculum is ready. He said that the subject would now be a standalone curriculum and would be taught from primary one to JSS III. NAN reports that the National Council on Education had approved the reintroduction of the subject in July. The executive secretary said that the NERDC had forwarded a sample of the new curriculum for History to the states to give them ample time to plan ahead of its implementation. “All states are expected to be sensitised and teachers trained on how to use the curriculum before the implementation can begin. “We need to give the states ample time to put their house in order before we start implementing the curriculum,” he told NAN. According to him, History is already in the senior secondary school curriculum. He said the implementation would only start after the curriculum had been distributed to states. “We have begun work on the curriculum because the NCE has given the directive, it will soon get to schools. “The implementation will commence in the next academic session,’’ he assured. Mr. Junaidu added that the NCE had approved that all efforts should be made to ensure the commencement of History in schools and it will be accomplished. “By the next academic session (2018/2019), everything will be in place,’ the executive secretary said. supersystemsnig: Should a Wife's Money be '' Hers '' , while the husband's be " Ours " ?
With the rising influence of feminism, and/or divergent ways of doing things, ladies are beginning to re-define the way things should be done in marriage ( Not saying it is wrong for ladies to have expectations and look out for it though).
One important aspect of the family that is affected in a marriage is the issue of " finance "
Now, I heard a lady saying she can't collect money from any man, because she doesn't want to be told the husband made her or made her wealthy. It touched my heart. This meant that in the marriage she wanted to keep her money, hence her money is hers, while the husband's money is either his or " theirs ".
What is your view on this subject? Do you agree? I thought marriage should be 50/50. Or better still couples should look for ways to work with a formula that works with them... What do you think?
