Team July, how are we doing? I hope I'm not the only one who hasn't registered for antenatal.

MS has finally gone, only feel nauseous when brushing. The strength since two days now no be here o. This morning hubby woke up to find me washing the bathroom. After that, I began mopping the whole house. Cooked, did laundry before hunger set it. He was so happy cos guy man has been the one doing most of the house chores. At times he will cook and instead of appreciating, I wont be able to eat. How I pity him. I'm So happy that my strength is returning again.

I remember when I used to feel tired and can't wait to register for antenatal, now, the antenatal no hungry me again cos I feel so much better. I hope I'm not alone teamies? Happy weekend to us.

Lost my DS this morning, 16weeks and 4 days. Been admitted in the hospital since Saturday after continuous pain all through the night. Doc suspecting fibroid degeneration as that was what they were treating for. Looking back now, I guess all the constant pains were red flags . Signing out, team July

I just found out about this group today and am super excited. am 13+1week gone and my edd is July 13.
I swear I didn't know this journey has so many swings, everything tastes bitter and I easily get angry, I spit every 3mins even with gum in my mouth. the foetus is active and viable but I sometimes have pains on my abdomen, easily exhausted and craving for only ice and ice creams. pls I really need to learn. #firsttimemomtobe

Edd 27th July.
Sex: still unknown.
Hospital: Limi Hospital. Was recommended to me by colleagues.

Since 5th week, I ve been having serious wave of nausea, fatigue and dizziness. Can hardly keep anything down including water or my preggy supplements. Pap with sugar only is the only thing I can manage to keep down. I ve lost 6kg since 5th week.
Nevertheless, it will end in praise.
It seems like location/environment abi weather affects this pregnancy sickness of a thing. In December, I left Abuja and travelled to the east for about a week. While I was in the east, the whole sickness of a thing stopped totally. I was eating normally. Jumping around, organizing things, going to the market sef. At a point, I even forgot I was pregnant. The very day I came back to Abuja, I threw up everything. The whole feelings came back with full force. I was even given sick leave in the office and placed on bed rest. Up till now, very single opportunity I have is spent on bed.
As I am almost 12 weeks, I pray it will reduce and probably stop.
Hubby has been so supportive. I don't blackmail him but he has so much compassion for me and tries to help out in every possible way.

contractions started on the night of first Jan 2020,I thought it was just Braxton Hicks,cus was expecting to deliver January ending,ignored it,went to buy few baby things the other day,well on 2nd night mehnnn the thing increase,jjc like me don't know it was real labor oo,by 1am,my hubby and I left for a health center close to me,the nurse after shooting his hand in my vaginal,told me to go home that is false,haba, I went home,the thing double, could not sleep,dh too,by six we left to the second hospital that I registered,I was like I don't care whether is false labor or true oo,cut me and bring out this baby oo, something else has taken over my body,the nurse we met checked me and said haa madam u are already 4cm oo, oya pull off ND lie down,the thing increased ooo, I screamed ND screamed,by 7:30,a doc came shook his hand again and said am just 5cm and told the nurse that if in 2hrs there is no change,they should put the hot drip,I said two hrs ke!I will just die,put the hot dream now,they put it,women of Nigeria,naso madness started oo,ewohhh,I was screaming,kambashing in togues,chei,shouting mama moo,dimoo, doctor remove this thing,give me CS,is it by force oo,I pull my head, scratch anyone that came close,my eyes was on the clock,at 2pm,I was checked,7cm,chai,na how I pull out the drip,ran out of the room to the corridor naked, shouting,they were saying hei,hold this woman,hold her,me I don't care,I felt like village people were against me that moment,they brought me BK and said they will chain me,did they force me to do it,better behave,haa,by the way Dh was begging them,give her CS please,my wife ehhh, I stayed on the bed, shouting,I can't explain the pains,I get relieved on for 7or 10 second and it start,by 4pm,an angel nurse came and checked me, she told me madam,I want to help u and birth this child,if not u will stay here till tomorrow,she said oya comply,I said nurse oo, anything,get me out of this pains,she put hand,is like she pulled the baby down and said oya pull like u wanna poo,I pushed,pooed,pushed the second time,na how this my little boy came out screaming like I have been screaming ��,with a little cut,I felt relieved immediately,baby weighed 2;7,chooooo, see mamas I skipped alot as not to bore u ooo,but it ended in praise,I appreciate all the mamas here regardless of how u birth,we are the real deal,the special grace given to us eeh, January mamas Weldon,u will all have a very smooth delivery,fear not,u have been given a very special destiny that must be fulfilled,ehe,they said as soon as u birth u forget,Biko I never forget oo,my mouth is still paining me��,baby ND mama fine fine, Osinachi Jasper my son came into the world on the 3rd of January 2020,entered into the next stage. signing out,let other mamas follow. Doggy like someone said is good too, you can lean on the edge of the mattress with your arms and head on the mattress (to keep you from having to hold up all that belly weight with your arms) while supporting your belly with pillow.

Good morning, i don't know na like this pregnancy dey o I'm not doing again after this one abeg , I'm seriously weak, no strength, sometimes I can't sleep it's just 8 weeks 3 days today. No vomitting, but this body weakness is too much abegi, my GP said I should come back 11/12 weeks for my antenatal classes. She only gave me this drug to be taken everyday. Whalahi, it's not easy at akl

Teaching job is the best for a wife.
She leaves 7am and comes back by 2:30pm

She can use 1hr to rest or sleep, after which she enters the kitchen and prepare something for the family.

During holidays, she will be at home all through.
Wives/mothers should be home anything 4PM, not all these nonsense Carrer ladies that will be having board meetings even as late as 6PM.
Having a teacher as a wife and mother is bae.
All ye NCE and B.Edu girls, I'm coming for you..


NB: Im talking about reputable or public schools, not all these 15k private school ooo.

No reputable school that pays well closes by 2pm bro the earliest you get is 5pm

You don't need to go to anyone's house or "school" to learn how to develop for the web.

However, here are some of the things that learning would have to cost you
- A laptop
- Internet
- Light

Referencing one of my previous posts


You can start with web development

1. Go on YouTube and type
"Introduction to web development"
Watch a few videos to get an intro on what to do to get started

2. Visit W3Schools.com and go through some of their tutorials on HTML and CSS

3. Google mini projects you can work on with HTML and CSS

4. Learn responsive web design, with Flexbox and/or grid

5. Repeat step 3

6. Learn JavaScript and make sure to understand it's intricacies. Build some projects with it and make sure to understand the DOM

7. Pick any framework. I recommend React and learn

8. Work on react projects

9. Apply to jobs

10. Get a job


All of the above steps seem easy, but to be honest, they are not
Make sure to code everyday and try to understand what you are doing
Make sure to use stackoverflow when searching for answers
Timebox yourself for these steps above.
Ideally, with 25 hours a week for the next 3 months, you should be good

25 hours: {3 hours per day from Monday to Friday, 5 hours during weekends}
