From the scientific to the philosophical, a chronology of revelations from hitherto uncharted territories have exposed to mankind that a modernizing process is a continuum of human existence.

As each generation passes, as each new age develops, it behooves on the people of that time to commence the needed first push for some change. Even while this change might not become a solution, it makes better provisions for improvements, as history has shown to us that a feudalist state becomes somewhat inferior to a socialist state, just as a democracy with her free market and exported capitalism is regarded as a marked improvement from socialism.

The thrust of the argument is how to put in place a global political strategy system geared at placing needed necessities necessary for a sustainable existence replacing the politics of intrigue and subterfuge prevalent in these present times. A better form of government that would assure all inhabitants of the Earth, irrespective of race, nationality or status the the available good evenly distributed among all of the peoples is a government that would be very wellcome under the present circumstances of the deplorable state of the worlds affairs, politically, economically, socially etc. It is practical wisdom to have an organisation such as the UN, but the enormity of a task such as this is beyond the present structure and capacity of the lame duck world body. . .
