It's called a Layby. A lay-by is a short strip of road by the side of a main road, where cars can stop for a while.

I erroneously transferred 200k last July 2022 to an account. Immediately ask my bank Jaiz on what to do. They asked me to get a court order which i did by October, till now they have refused to send the money back even after several emails and calls. I have asked the lawyer to go back to court and claim damages.
