Please for those in Germany, when they say admission is unrestricted what does it mean?

Does it imply that if 1k persons who applied met all their requirements then our classroom will be stucked?

As long as you meet the requirements for the program, you will be admitted.

Thanks Man, I will do that.
They are some schools i checked on DAAD that i cant find on UNI-ASSIST, And it was stated on the Schools website that i should apply through Uni assist.
How do i go about this, Kindly help Boss...

Thanks.

Daad is like a platform that ease your search for schools and programs offered by Germany universities.

Uni-assist is a platform where you apply to schools that are in collaboration with Uni assist. Not all schools are under uni assist for their admission processing.

When you search for school(s), it is very important you note all the things they want and the platform they want your admission process to pass through. If it is through uni assist, they will explain to details on how you should go about it, the required documents you will be uploading, etc. You can as well read about uni assist on how they operate to have a beter clue via this address https://www.uni-assist.de/en/

The most important thing is to read THOROUGHLY on what each schools want from applicants.

Good morning

My Transcript.

Arrived Bonny Camp by 5:00 after leaving Sangotedo, after Ajah by 4:30 am. Didn't feel like going to stand while queuing, so I went to a branch of my place of work to relax. Got back to the embassy by 6:15. Met some 12 people on the queue already. You know how it is na, my body begin dey scratch me. That passport wey I talk say I no go do, I go do am o. I paid 1k for it. Got back to my queue by 6:35.

Paulinus landed. Silence in the land. He'd asked all of us to bring out our documents. Mind you, he does that batch by batch. 4 per batch.
One guy allowed the screaming get to him, he was just messing his documents up. Guys nothing bad about the man. Get all your documents right, act smart, dress smart and you gonna be fine, trust me.

I scaled all of that and went in to do my biometrics by 7:25(did that at the first office as soon as security guys scan you for metal objects). Done with biometrics and in my mind, this Nigerian lady should tell me where to go and do my interview, that was when I received my rude shock.

VO: Let's begin the interview
Me:How and why(All in my mind o. Cos I been think say them go carry me go inside na, meet that my favorite German lady to interview me, una wey know sabi wetin i dey yarn na.....lol)

VO: You learnt the language.
Me: Learning by self via YouTube and other online materials

VO: Funded?
Me: Yes.

VO: Master or Bachelor's
Me: Masters

VO: Course
Me: Economic Policy

VO: Why Germany
Me: bla bla bla

VO: Why not USA or Canada
Me: usual answer na. Premium edu at a cost that doesn't break bank or wallet

VO: Why this course
Me: told her

VO: Tell me what you know about Germany.
Me: Told her a lot and was hoping she'd stop me, she didn't o. Na him I stop o

VO: That all you know?
Me: Yes

VO: B.Sc Thesis topic
Me: Told her

VO: Tell me your findings about your thesis
Me: Told her. She had to stop me as she was inputting all of my answers

VO: That will be all
Me: Nibo!!! So fast. No be two hours una dey use. Wetin happen to other questions like tell me about your modules etc. 30 minutes never complete sef(All in my mind o)

So that was it. I give God the glory cos I wasn't found wanting in any of the areas I was asked and it indeed was a success by God's grace.

P.S-I didnt go with my transcript. When Pauly was asking for it, I did as if I had it. My point is, be smart. Don't be exposing your self and be telling him everything you didn't bring. All in all, carry everything OK.

Thanks to all the good guys who made their transcripts available for novice like myself to use to prepare. That's why am giving back to the society that gave to me when I was in need of guidance

One love
Bless up
Jesus gets the Glory outta everything.

Congrats bro, Deutschland shall be fruitful for you and us all.

Bis bald Deutschland

Viel Erfolg Bruder

Good day House.

I am interested in studying in Germany and i wrote my IELTS exam last month which my score was low (6.0), my enquiries are as follows:

1. Is Jamb result among the requirements for uni assist evaluation?
2. I checked DAAD and some schools consider people that score below 6.5, May i know f i can apply through Uni assist with this score for my undergraduate?
3. What are the general requirements for Uni assist admission evaluation. (WAEC, undergraduate Transcript, and Test of English).

Thanks.

Uni-assist does not give requirements for admission, they only work with the ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS OF PROPOSED SCHOOL(s) you intend going to. So, the first thing is to check the school's admission process if you will be applying through the school or through uni assist.
Read through the school's requirements thoroughly and NOTE the things they want.

Good luck

I haven't gone, but all my classmates that have gone recently are saying the school still hasn't gotten the certificates, I think for logistic reasons.

I have statement of result and school leaving certificate by the school.

Well, I can't vividly say if your statement of result will be sufficient at the embassy. Gurus in the house should please give a clue to this.

I applied with a certification from high court and was rejected. But I have been given a second chance to certify with the German embassy and reapply

FAU only accept notarized documents and not just a text stamp from high court. Visit a notary public and get it done before the closing date.

Before that, send a mail to FAU that you will be sending your notarized documents before the closing date, I am quite sure they will grant you a listening ear to your request.

I TOOK THESE STEPS FOR MINE.

Hello,

I do not have a NECO certificate to use for the Visa interview , my school had issues with certificates from my set.
How do I go about this, for the visa interview ?
I have statement of result from the school though.

Thank you

Do visit your school and let them know how important the result is to you. It is your RIGHT. They should be able to give or tell you what to do.

You need to get the result before the visa interview to avoid stories that touch.

Pls guys I need urgent advice. I am considering doing a PhD in Germany because i just learnt that it is tuition free.
I finished with a 2.2 (3.37); please what are my chances? I intend on doing something in environmental sciences.
I checked online, and I discovered that I need to have a potential supervisor before PhD admission can be given, but after checking the website of some schools, I found out that they don't display their staff profile, so I do not even know where to start from. Can PhD students currently in Germany kindly contact me. I would be very grateful. I
Thanks all...

Your bsc gpa is safe for admission. The minimum gpa on a German grading scale for admission is 2.5, and yours should be within the range of 2.2 - 2.3 which is good.

For your admission process, check for schools that have your intend program, send a mail to their international office desk or to the department directly, I am sure they will reply you and give you the necessary steps to follow.

Viel Glück

Good morning all. I came on here around January to ask about family reunion. Well. This is to update you. I had my interview March 8, paid my visa fee of N28,500 and verification fee of 150,000. On the 21st of April an investigation lawyer, visited my house and met with parents, my parents inlaw, my siblings that are above 18, and 2 of my references. They were given questionnaires to fill and my father was given a copy of an affidavit of which he was a deponent to counter sign. All my schools were visited from primary to university level. April 30th I got a mail from the embassy to bring my insurance and international passport. Which I went to submit. At this point I felt very confident of receiving my visa anytime soon. But yesterday, the lawyer called me and told me the embassy reached out to me to investigate my birth. I gave him all necessary info and the address and name of the hospital. I do t know if I should be worried as I have not heard of any case where the embassy conducts any investigation after asking for travel insurance and passport. I need anyone with experience to please explain what to expect so I can be at ease. Thank you

Hello house, great job going on here.I sent some documents through nipost since the 16th of April to Germany. Yet up till now, no response from the school on parcel received. And I can't even track the documents. It is still saying -parcel in bag!.My tracking number is:RR054365653NG. Just surprised!

Are you sure your school do send confirmation of documents received by post?

I believe what is written on their website is that the visa fee is 75euro (payable in naira) with no exchange rate quoted. which still leads to my question if anyone has an idea of the exchange rate they use! If you have that information, it wouldn't cost you anything to just say it or just ignore the post if you don't.

Check abokifx for that now, or type it to Google instead.

I believe you should see where they write at CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE.
