Wrong ××
We elected one Fulani man but along the line someone from Sudan deceptively took over

Wrong Bleep
President Muhammadu Buhari’s romance with Niger Republic has become an affront to the national interest of Nigeria. When he was sworn-in as an elected president in 2015 he went to Mamadou Issoufou’s presidential palace in Niamey, Niger Republic, to celebrate. They gave him the reception of a conquering Fulani warlord: a white horse and sword.

I found that curious. How can a Nigerian leader celebrate his electoral victory in a foreign country and not Daura, his supposed hometown in Nigeria? The answer has since been provided through Buhari’s policy actions in the past five plus years. We have since learnt that Buhari is a first-generation Nigerian whose father, Ardo Adamu Buhari, a duck seller, had migrated from Niger, settled in Nigeria and married a Nigerian woman, Zulaihat.

is this generator original 4.8kva rating

SV8500E2

it's very cheap

The problem is that we can't easily inspect the generator. I bet nobody will sell at that price right now. A friend got his at 100k in 2019. I got mine 130k December 2020.

But if you are gunning for this, buy offline. And make sure Elepaq Yaofeng is clearly crested on the fuel tank, carburetor, and engine block.

Nigerians won't even appointment someone from a different state into government talk more of from a different country

Jollylolly:
see lie. When we are not online country.... Zulum appointed Igbo, Ondo gov also did same, El rufai appointed yoruba.... Who did or has any Igbo gov appointed? Tinubu appointed other tribes too when he was gov of Lagos

Nigeria elected someone from Niger Republic as president twice.

When Christians are stingy they usually never realize it. You can give and still be stingy. There are some people who give, but with a grudging heart. They think “Aww, do I really have too?” There are some people who offer things, but in their mind they hope the other person says no.

We must not be lovers of self and lovers of money. We must think about others just like Christ thought about us. Give with a cheerful heart not expecting anything in return. Be generous and love others just like Christ loves you. Stinginess is not part of the Christian life.

People are worth more than material things you must never forget that. Where are you storing up your treasures? Would you rather buy stuff or help the poor? Why not readjust your giving today and be a blessing to others. It is so hard for rich people to enter into Heaven.

What does the Bible say?

1.  Proverbs 28:22-24 The stingy person hastens after riches and does not know that poverty will overtake him. The one who reproves another will in the end find more favor than the one who flatters with the tongue. The one who robs his father and mother and says, “There is no transgression,” is a companion to the one who destroys.

2.  Proverbs 23:6-8 Do not eat the food of a stingy person, do not crave his delicacies; for he is like someone calculating the cost in his mind. “Eat and drink,” he says to you, but his heart is not with you; you will vomit up the little bit you have eaten, and will have wasted your pleasant words.

Give not with a grudging heart

3. 2 Corinthians 9:7-10 You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. As the Scriptures say, “They share freely and give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will be remembered forever.” For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you.

4. 1 Chronicles 29:9 The people rejoiced at the willing response of their leaders, for they had given freely and wholeheartedly to the LORD. David the king also rejoiced greatly.

5. Romans 12:8 If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.

6.  Proverbs 11:24-27 One person is generous and yet grows more wealthy, but another withholds more than he should and comes to poverty. A generous person will be enriched, and the one who provides water for others will himself be satisfied. People will curse the one who withholds grain, but they will praise the one who sells it. The one who diligently seeks good seeks favor, but the one who searches for evil—it will come to him.

7. Deuteronomy 15:8-11 Instead, be generous and lend them whatever they need. Do not be mean-spirited and refuse someone a loan because the year for canceling debts is close at hand. If you refuse to make the loan and the needy person cries out to the LORD, you will be considered guilty of sin. Give generously to the poor, not grudgingly, for the LORD your God will bless you in everything you do. There will always be some in the land who are poor. That is why I am commanding you to share freely with the poor and with other Israelites in need.

Treasures in Heaven

8. Luke 12:16-24 Then he gave an illustration: “A rich man had a fertile farm that produced fine crops. In fact, his barns were full to overflowing—he couldn’t get everything in. He thought about his problem, and finally exclaimed, ‘I know—I’ll tear down my barns and build bigger ones! Then I’ll have room enough. And I’ll sit back and say to myself, “Friend, you have enough stored away for years to come. Now take it easy! Wine, women, and song for you!”’  “But God said to him, ‘Fool! Tonight you die. Then who will get it all?’ “Yes, every man is a fool who gets rich on earth but not in heaven.” Then turning to his disciples he said, “Don’t worry about whether you have enough food to eat or clothes to wear. For life consists of far more than food and clothes. Look at the ravens—they don’t plant or harvest or have barns to store away their food, and yet they get along all right—for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds!”

9. 1 Timothy 6:18-19 Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and generous to those in need, always being ready to share with others. By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may experience true life.

10. Matthew 25:34-40 Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

Be generous

11. Proverbs 22:9 The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.

12. Luke 6:38 give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.

13. Proverbs 19:17 Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.

Reminders

14. Proverbs 11:26-27 The people curse him who holds back grain, but a blessing is on the head of him who sells it. Whoever diligently seeks good seeks favor, but evil comes to him who searches for it.

15. Galatians 6:9-10 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

16. 1 Peter 4:8-10 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Use hospitality one to another without grudging. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

fashrola:
Would the dealer open the coil side for you to check it out?

Not at all. But the coil is conspicuously located.

justified007:
How will you if it is original by just turning the Gen upside? How will you know if it is corper or not ?

There are three types of coil you can find in a generator.

1. Copper Coil
THE COIL
As we all know, generators comes with a coil, whether small or big generator. For original generator, its coil are made of copper. To know if the coil is fake or original, you will need to rob your hands on the body of the coil, if your hands are stain, then its a fake coil.

Also check if the coil are well rolled inside the engine, if the coil is not rolled well, then the engine has been tempered with. But if you notice that while after robbing your hand on the coil and there was no stain, together with the coil been rolled well into the engine, then the product is original.

2. Aluminium Coil
The wire coil for the aluminium comes in a silver shiny color.

3. THE BRASS
The brass comes in gold color and are weaker. Avoid buying generators with weaker brass coil.

THE ENGRAVED NAME ON THE BODY OF THE GENERATOR
The brand name for an original generator will be written on all parts of the generator and engraved as on the fuel tank, engine block, cylinder cover, carburetor etc.

Aside buying a good generator, a good engine oil is also advised. We need to stop buying from roadside, diluted oils. They spoil the engine in not time.

Follow the oil type recommended for your generator. In this article, I'll use the SAE 10W 30 as a template being the oil recommended for my Elepaq SV6800.

What does the word SAE stand for?

It means Society of Automotive Engineers.

The 10W30 designation on engine oil means that the viscosity of the oil is rated at 10W when an engine is cold and 30 when the engine is hot. This is different from an oil labelled 5W30, which has a thinner viscosity when the engine is cold at 5W.

Why a Viscosity Scale is Important

In order to have a standard way to measure the viscosity of engine oil, the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) developed a viscosity scale. The scale ranges from 0W, which is the thinnest type of oil, to a rating of 60, which is the thickest oil.

The “W” that you see on oil labels stands for the word winter because this portion of the label shows the viscosity level of oil when an engine is cold.

Motor oil that is thinner can flow more easily and faster. This is important because when you start a cold engine, the oil needs to lubricate the equipment quickly. A low viscosity motor oil allows it to do that. On the other hand, when the engine is hot, you don’t want your motor oil to be too thin. Thus, the higher viscosity or thicker oil keeps all the engine parts well lubricated and separated.

How Oil Affects Equipment
Although understanding oil viscosity is important in solid fleet maintenance, oil viscosity also affects the performance of a wide range of industrial equipment. For example, viscosity can increase or decrease the heat created by bearings and cylinders. Viscosity can also affect how quickly oil is consumed and how easily equipment can be started and operated in extreme temperatures.

When the oil has a higher viscosity or is thicker at warm temperatures, you will use less oil and experience less wear and tear on your vehicles or equipment. However, a thinner viscosity oil can help improve the start-up of a piece of equipment as well as reduce fuel usage.

Inappropriate oil viscosity can result in occasional contact between machine components. When this goes unchecked, you’ll start experiencing damage and problems with equipment. As a result, it’s important to not only select the right type of oil for each application but also to conduct regular oil changes in your preventive maintenance program.

Anybody recommend this?

This is 2.5KVA. Why is the seller misleading intending buyers?

Put on your clothes and shoes, board a taxi and find yourself a reputable store nearby. When you get there, buy.

However, when they unbox your gen, tell them to turn it upside down. You should be able to see the coil, make sure it's copper, 100% copper.

Cheers!

oludaremy:
Thanks for the reply. Do you know anywhere I can get it in Lagos and price range i.e Offline?
I am afraid of this online stuff they might sell the one with aluminum coil and not copper.

The main reason I didn't buy from an online store. I'm not in Lagos, hence, I have no idea where you could get it from.

oludaremy:
Which is better please LG Maxi 4KVA Key-Start Generator EK33(N138,000 - JUMIA) or ELEPAQ 4.5VA KEY STARTER (N99,000 - JUMIA).

Load options
It will power a refrigerator (Most likely an inverter one)
A standing fan (big or medium OX fan)
Two ceiling fans
Future Inverter AC
LED BULBS
LED TV
and other small home equipment (when needed)

Also is this Elepaq gen on Jumia Ok for purchase?

ABEG, I need to make a purchase ASAP
Thanks

I got SV6800 offline and it's been a great experience.

is constantance not Senwei?

Nope! They are different.

P4perissos:
Molfix is getting expensive o. Please I need a very good and cheaper brand

Try Kisskids and thank me later.

oludaremy:
How much did you buy the Elepaq Generator and where

Abuja 130 but other stores sell for 150.

space9880:
I have seen the advert for that gen on jumia severally and it is clearly stated that do not use with air conditioner.

As a shocker, a friend has been using this very gen with AC for over a year now...and nothing's gone wrong so far.

Jumia isn't the manufacturer. Besides, those selling on Jumia may wanna be on the safe side, so you don't give their store or product bad rating.

But generally, it's a good generator.

N.B: Maybe what you saw is Elepaq Senwei. Senwei isn't 100% copper. It'll given in under too much load. It's not recommended.

space9880:
wrong advise

How? So a Tec opt 3500es of 3.0KVA can power an AC while a Constant of 4.2KVA can't?

Tell me more.

Although the Kwara is being called North (NC) by some drunkards. I want to tell you that we are full blooded Yorubas.

The last time I went to my village at Ifelodun L.G.A. I discovered that these futa jalons from Niger Republic or so have flooded the village and have almost outnumbered us.

In fact any angle you trek to in my village. you will see them, tall and lanky. They are very easy to identify as their long nose is their trade mark.

What is most worrisome is the way they easily blend with us because of our large Muslim population. Some of them can even speak fluent Yoruba.

Someone should please tell our Gov. AbdulRazaq that he put them on check before we become like the Oyo state I saw in front page. https://www.nairaland.com/6341750/killer-herdsmen-unleash-terror-oyo

Although they are still peaceful now. When they become violent. It will be very deadly for our old population.

I understand your fears but why the fears in the first place?
Why did you guys agree to be regarded as part of the north? Well, you all have sold your souls to them long time ago. Who rules in Ilorin? An oba? Definitely not. A Fulani rules Ilorin - Emir of Ilorin. Isn't that bad enough? You become a slave to a Fouta Jalon serial killer in your own state. Saraki even confirmed this by saying he's a Northerner because of politics.

Please, deal with it bro. Unfortunately, their oga patapata will only watch you all being decimated one by one.

sholarr12:
How would you solve this kind of issue?

You own everything on your land, below the land and above the land. However, the law is an ass.

sapphiere:
Men have been sleeping around bringing babies from other women for their wives to care for.

Case study is 2face who brought in children from other women and Annie is caring for those children as her own.

Did 2face deceive her to believe the chidren are hers? She obviously knew the aren't hers. It's a mutual agreement here.

Hence, your original post lacks substance.

Hello prof.

My generator is fluctuating and behaving like it wants to go off when there is no fuel but there is fuel in it. Then after like 20minutes, it starts coughing out smoke and finally goes off. But if I try to start it, it won't start.

Check for oil. If intact, clean or replace spark plug.
