NIS have started sending text messages for people to go to their sites to download the new invitation letter. So if u don't get the text then it means u were not shortlisted. I got my text message in my phone this morning telling me to go and download a new one. The first iv I downloaded stated bauchi state university as my CBT center and I became so discouraged cos of the distance that I told myself I wasn't going again, only to receive text this morning and went to their site to download, and surprisingly I saw Chams city in Garki abuja... i'm so so so happy

If ur name is on the shortlisted names and u weren't sent an invitation letter, just go to their site and login and u will see download ur invitation letter. As for me, the whole thing is useless, i'm from Kogi state, they fixed my center at bauchi state university, bauchi on the 22nd of April. I live in warri, so it's a no go area. I wish everybody goodluck

All of you will agree with me that NYSC is the most successful Government youth empowerment and reforming program. Buhari just made one point he said" those who will show evidence of immunization and are strikenly poor will be on government's paylist", this is a big plus, because UN, USAID, WHO, EU, and US will welcome this and also donates funds and materials to the successful realisation of this through out buhari's tenure because they know he will account for the money unlike GEJ. Just go to the bank and request for 6 months statement of ur account. Blood test, just go to any government hospital and do a medical fitness cert for work. That's all or government approved private clinic

Lol bros u are very funny...that's life, we learn lessons everyday and adjust to them. But I also used phone to apply for mine and I saw HND/Bsc, OND and SSCE. So why ur own come different? Anyway, incase of next time always view site with opera mini first as ur web browsers most times can't review everytin.

You don't need to move your nysc. You are supposed to be smart at this stage and age. All that is expected of u is to lias with ur LGI either to go into full or half ghost mode. Full ghost mode which will not require you to be coming for monthly clearance will cost u ur whole allowee for all the months while half ghost means u will be coming to do ur monthly clearance yourself and it will cost you 50/50. Ur LGI will take 50 percent. So its now left for you. I'm also serving and I will round up by february, my training which was initially scheduled to hold august 10 was later postponed cos of ebola and now it is next year june. Goodluck bro

Hello guys! Which position? Is it steel EErection, or welding or painting or ssce basic welding. If its SSCE, then ur training might be in lagos, they will give u accomodation in hotel.

The idea of email issshhhh or nomenclature is when u are applying to a one man's company or a meagre company. Multinational coys do not look at that. Once ur Cv contains all the necessary info and the REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, they can't do without than to invite you. And mind u! Big coys don't do email recruitment, what they do is website recruitment and if u apply correctly meeting all the specifications, the programming software will surely invite you for the aptitude test. Its now left for you to prove ursef in the aptitude test and at the interview session. Coys are after the stern stuff u are made of.
