Tamihawtt87:Don't say what you don't know. Some persons had their portal closed few hours after they did the editing and reuploading and up till now they've not been able to login into the portal. So what do you have to say about that? The reason why i'm so confident is that I know some gurus that I know for sure that they will do well in the aptitude test stage and they had their portals closed right from inception. So, no doubt about that, people whose portals were closed and passed the first stage will be called for interview stage. |
I believed some people who had their portal closed will get invitation for the interview too. Like I said earlier on, the interview stage has nothing to do with the portal. Those whose documents were complete and DPR was able to access the documents, had their profile closed. So when they are ready to do the calling, they will send email n text message across to everybody that passed the first stage. |
Maybe those who could log in had incomplete profile before or files uploaded were not seen or complete. Just like the way NLNG did. But be rest assured that you did well in the aptitude test. |
HSE professional...Akexstinger@yahoo.com Send me email and I will send you my number |
DgRaNdShErifF:Application portal need not contain the specific job position a candidate applied for. In the beginning you were told of only two categories "EH and GT" and those disciplines that should apply for either of the two. So if you are Mechanical Engr and you applied for EH, during the interview they are gonna ask you things related to mechanical in oil and gas, your claimed years of experience and then some general questions. That was why everybody wrote the same aptitude test, no distinction. |
kkash:So does it mean that the Web portal ought to be closed ehn by now and everybody denied access! If we are to go by her opinion, then it means those whose portal apps indicates closed are still in the game. |
I believe next week or so we will get a concrete info from DPR itself. There could be two sides to this coin. For those whose application portal is closed, it could mean that they have been shortlisted for the next stage and there would be no need to have anything to do with the portal because their profiles have been reviewed, soon they will get email invite. Or it could mean they were not successful. Also the second side could be that those whose portal is still opened are through to the next stage and have been giving another opportunity to upload and reupload the necessary documents and then a period will come they will not be able to upload any document and they get an email invite. But the only thing is ' DPR can not be shortlisting people for interview and still give you access to edit your profile and upload document without informing people through email" Also you can't liken the "Application portal is close" to the first stage of recruitment. Those who had their applications rejected or withdrawn occurred after the aptitude test had been concluded and they got email to that effect immdiately. But in this case, nobody has been invited yet through SMS or email or interview concluded already. So there is still a ray of hope for the two sides of the coin. My application portal is closed anyway. |
krendo:Oga when it comes to issue of urgent national security, all legal procedures are suspended to protect the integrity of the land and the lives of those living in the land. Formation of Biafran secret Services was the height of it all, the military needs not wait for the court before taking the next line of action. It is just like military waiting for court's decision before acting on boko haram in the year 2010/11. Nnamdi was seen inspecting guard of honor and also seen making statement that their BSS is ready to tackle the federal government. No government will tolerate that. Some of us need to really understand Law and national security. |
Using the Army invasion as an excuse for Kanu's disappearance cannot be valid in the law court. Kanu Was granted bail with stringent conditions which he carefully, systematically and knowingly flouted. As if that was not enough, he still went on with his hate speeches on air and the worst was to go ahead and form a BSS (secret service' in a sovereign nation while still under bail. There are a lot of video evidences with valid and recent dates showing Kanu inspecting guard of honor, giving charge to the secret service agents in a sovereign country. The military of a sovereign nation had no option than to act fast in dismantling this secret service, which other nations would have done same. And to butteress the event, the federal went further and got a competent approval from the law court in proscribing IPOB and her BSS activities as terrorist organization with terrorist activities. So the case of army invading his house and kanu not being found will not absolve Abaribe. Abaribe will forfeit his 100 million naira and must produce kanu or risk sentence |
Drnice:I am, I have upper credit, nysc and other things and uploaded them all. I even indicated that I have nebosh IGC |
I've not gotten anything yet oh! I have been checking my email since yesterday, and meanwhile some of my friends have all gotten. |
Young man, you better leave that job and utilize this opportunity. It's a golden opportunity to have foreign masters degree in your chosen line of career. From UK, on completion, you can move to another country through different immigration process with your masters degree. This job you've just got is a peanut compared to this PTDF scholarship. The scholarship gives you the opportunity to network with people from different background, and when you go for job interviews it's a plus on your side. Your orientation about life will change. Don't waste this opportunity. Even if you work this 183k job for one year, you will not save up to 1.2m for the year. The scholarship and the visa is your leeway to different countries. I did one training outside the country and came back to naija, no job, but I had to intensify my job search, and anytime I went for an interview, the training always cleared the way for me by God's grace because employers are always looking for employees with different orientation and exposure. The best way to earn big pay abroad is be legit abroad. And one of the easiest ways is through school. Once you are in UK, try and save some cash plus your reimbursement from PTDF, then on finishing your masters, apply for another masters degree in Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Netherland or US. Try and pay the tuition fee, and when you get to these countries, you will see the other scholarships and after study, they have post graduate work permit, take it and apply legit jobs with your MSCs, and believe me, you will earn more than the person working in chevron, total Nigeria. People who work legitimately with their degrees gotten from that country always earn big pay. We are suffering in naija here, what people are earning in naija here is peanut. Even people working in IOCs in naija here |
22-24 hrs for more than a month now. Ita-oluwo Ikorodu |
Salary 30k for sales agent, 50k for Brad specialist and 60k for sales Executive. For the plant guys, mechanical and electrical 40k to 60k..then the managers should be as from 80k to 150k with a car and accommodation but don't let the accommodation and the car deceive you. The day you tender your resignation letter, they will rough handle you like a criminal as if you stole something, throw your things out that day. They will excort you from the office with security and make to see it as if you have done a bad thing and they are treating your f'up and straight to the quarters. If they are owing you salary, you will forfeit it. |
Fraih:Go to the dragnet website and glance through the section "how to apply", there is no where it says click submit button. It said fill in the required details and that's all. If it was a normal or uncustomised dragnet's website, after filling the details, you will then click on search for job openings and positions and then you will see "apply tab". |
There is no where to submit or resubmit. All that is required of you is to fill in the details whether you have applied before or had difficulties during your previous application. It's a fresh start for everybody. Your login details signify that you have applied already. I believe because of glitches, you are only required to fill in the details and upload the necessary documents. Do not bother yourself looking for where to click submit or apply button. |
Yeah... not a good company to work. I resumed there April 16 2016 and resigned June first 2016. They have poor management system and run the company haphazardly as they like. They may employ you as brand personnel and then give you any position. Poor salary, no leave, too much office gossips and spying on people which creates room for unhealthy performance. You can be transferred to remote village without your consent. Salary Structure is from 15th of one month to 15th of another month. And they will not pay you on the 15th, it will delay till 23-25th making you to work 38 days plus before earning one month salary. |

Zetra:Don't say what you don't know, Prelude FLNG is owned by Shell Australia, and on completion, it is sailing straight to Australia. I have worked in it, seen the design print of the shafts and propellers. |
The save button was for the page you answered. So each page has its own save at the bottom left. And when you click on the save, it takes you forward or to the next page. Whether you failed to click submit button or not, there is no mark for it. The important thing was saving after answering a page and moving on to another page. Even when you are done and you click save again, it will take you to the first page like a cyclic system until you click submit. |
Was scheduled for 11 am today but wrote before the appointed time. The questions were ok apart from the maths. Mine was 5 sections and only one section was maths and the rest was English. The English was cool and far better than the maths. My questions were not the same with they questions posted here. The main thing is for you to get the idea and try to apply it. So no need for you to cram questions posted on nairaland here. From my own experience, I will say you should try and answer the English part first, then jump to the number sequence/series and then the profit n loss percentage because time is not your friend and dwelling more profit n loss will only waste your time and prevent you from meeting up. The verbal is more and you can easily decipher them. I had like 11 mins to revise my work. The number sequence/series is easy compared to percentage loss and percentage gained. |
People can so assume too much. Don't assume for what you don't know. This has always been our problem since 1800s. Some people will be forming insiders. They just told us that it was just English and maths. Some persons are already saying another thing even when they are yet to write. Do you best and leave the rest for God. |
To all Higher Technical Officers, environmentalists and other categories writing today, I wish you success. Come out shining. Mine is on 26, Higher Technical Officer. So we are waiting for your feedbacks. Let's live a communal life. |
MsToyin:I don't think so, but I think you get yourself acquainted with environmental stuff. Are you HSE inclined? I'm HSE inclined but applied as Higher Technical Officer and got an invitation too. |
It's true. I used to have a Kenyan Gf but she's married now. This morning she chatted with me and poured her at heart out, how she was so crazy over me, a naija dude and her parents were so happy that I was her bf. She said she became so sad when she found out that I friendzoned her and she was expecting me to ask her out as GF only let alone wife. At the end she said "I still love you" and I am still jealous. |
