I scored 64 percent in the first one and now 55 for this as EH

In my candid advice, don’t try it all. My cousin whom I was the best man during his wedding is suffering deeply because he ignored our plea for him not to get married to a widow with two kids.
His own case was even special, in the sense that they were Bf and gf before which was a long time, theY separated and the left to marry another man.
She gave birth to two kids for the man and then the man died mysteriously. According to the man’s brothers and friends that know lady, they said she sleeps around and accused her of poisoning or killing her husband.
So my cousin and this woman crossed path in lagos again and before you know old love got reignited again and the lady was so nice to the guy. Voom like the speed of light , they began to talk about marriage, my cousin’s age mates and friends were against this, my brother the woman’s late husband’s brother to inquire and they told him to warn my brother not to go ahead with the marriage, that woman is not a good woman and she Will be a big risk to him and that she sleeps around with politicians.
My cousin defiled all the warnings and went ahead with the marriage.
As I am talking to you now, my cousin’s life is miserable, the guy who was living fine in lagos is now in one village treating charms thrown at him.
Himself and this woman are trying to get a divorce in the court. Could you imagine that while they were living together, there was a day that there was peace in their home, fight and quarrel. The lady would instigate the fight and also to threaten to kill my cousin. She even boasted that what to use in killing men was a small thing.
Can you imagine that this lady is pregnant for another man even when the divorce case is still in the court.
Baba don try it , run for your life, there is nothing like love in this shit. They are only being nice just to attract you and they will turn to wild lions after the marriage .
Look at that woman who go married to the IJaw billionaire, she left or divorced him again even though she has child from her previous marriage. Single mothers are somehow funny

Started my PGD program and I already bought my master's form to commence by March next year.
Bought two plots of land
Improved my CPD.
No covid 19 infection despite as a first responder for my company.
Got award as the most outstanding employee for 3 months in a row in my organization.
Also, despite the strong workplace politics in my place of work, I survived and still got the support of my boss.

I have a girlfriend I am meaning to propose to during the festive period, she's everything I want in a woman except few exception which might be a hindrance to the proposal.
Gist is, my babe is a graduate but lack of work made her to learn fashion designing, she's done with the training and she's very good with what she does.

After marriage, I have told her that I'll assist in her business, I'm planning to get a bigger shop space for her and equip it with modern day machines, tools and tailoring materials goods to help make her work lucrative. I'm budgeting about 1.2-1.5m for this.

The issue now is that, 3 days ago, I asked her what her role would be if eventually after marriage she gets the shop, equipments and all, where she would come in in terms of responsibilities in the house. Her reply was she doesn't want to assume any responsibility and that it's my duty to cater for the family and she can only help & I shouldn't make anything compulsory for her. So many thoughts came through my mind. One of it was that, where the proceeds of her investment would be going to if I should shoulder all the responsibilities in the house knowing fully well that she makes money.

I rang my mum and told her of her response, I was shocked that she backed her saying that I shouldn't have asked her to foot anything in the house that it was my sole responsibility as a man to cater for my family my wife inclusive. My dad too, same thing. Even told my gf mum about it too , she giggled and said I shouldn't have asked her n that it's my duty to provide for my family. They all sounded foreign to me. Or am I the one not understanding?

My question now is, why invest that kind of money in her when I'm not sure of getting little or nothing in terms in return help to run the family. That sum of money could get me 4 brand new bikes and 2 neatly used Keke Napep for transportation business. I'm sure I'll be getting returns from these investment weekly or monthly basis.

I don't want who wouldn't have any sense of responsibility at home after investing in her, even if she's covering 10% or 5% I wouldn't mind. Mere helping doesn't go down well with me, she might have and decide not to give out. I rather not invest at all and expect nothing from her.

I don't know if I'm the one over thinking this things or my parent and her mum aren't seeing things from my perspective or am I being inconsiderate?

Baba I like the way you think. This is 21st century and wife and husband should think of ways of helping each other as regards family responsibilities. It is a good thing to invest your wife and her business and it is also a good thing for her to also complement your efforts by also shouldering a small potion of house bills Incase the need arises. But with her mindset, it clearly shows she is not in for that and will be thinking that you want to be using her Skill and her business to be makbig money. She has tagged that business as her personal business and that you do not have a say in it. Since she’s got this mindset, then it is better you invest that money into another business that will generate money and enable you to cater for the family 100 percent without her input. Mind you, just know that you will be the only person to shoulder responsibilities should you marry her . Are you ready for this ? If you are ready for it, then take the money and invest a business to keep the family going on roller coaster ride. Because I bet you that this kain woman no go assist you when you de suffer small money even if na u invest money in her business. Her money is for herself and her family. Na why married men de use their children as next of kin instead of their wives.

This is fake and inaccurate .Look at the chevron pay detail you listed... e no follow at all... at least a chevron maintenance Technologist with HND earns close to 2 million minus other allowances in a month. Do you even know what they call a team lead of a place or unit?

My time finished before I could submit. And I have been trying to submit, and showing me error submit. I logged out and tried to login , I checked my result and it was showing NAN% . Later on, I got two email twice and they said my result was zero percent.

Even when I was earning 60k gross, I was staying in a clean room self contain with its own kitchen and Toilet and the rent per year was 60k. It was a new apartment, I launched the toilet and other facilities so I felt comfortable and happy. Although paying for the first time was around 130k. All thanks to MMM.
I was there and got a job of 176k and was still there until when the job became strenous and I resigned, went back to the 60k job, was still there and then got another job of 200k, was still there until I got another job above 300k which happened to be in another state and had to relocate. Guy make sure u have money in your account so that incase a bigger job shows up you can meet up and not give excuses. Your house rent should only take 1 month and a half of your two month salaries else you will be working for the landlord. Even now that I earn bigger, the house I am staying is still smaller than my one month salary....it is a brand new one room and parlour , every thing standard with its own meter, fence. Never listen to outsiders, na only you know ur pocket. If your friends cant feel comfortable where you live then let them go n look bush. If your gf is ashamed of you, then she aint your gf

This Bimpe, I never knew she was like this oh...something must have really angered her to this extent for her to have pounced on the girl without mercy. I was in the same shoe last two month. My old coy promised me heaven n earth, promised to increase my position, then even give me contracts. They begged me not to go, and I was already used to them. After wide consultations and reading so many opinions on quora, I went for the new offer just to save my head. If you stay back, your management will see you as a traitor and someone not reliable. It is like a stab. I made my MD to understand and he told me he knows that is what i am thinking and wouldn't want me to think like that, and that he was willing to overlook the fact that i already resigned and then stayed back because of increment and my job will still be intact. It is true that the new coy might not even value you , they will see it as regular employment and they are paying you to do your job. But one thing you have to know is that no coy values her worker until such.worker gets a bigger and better job.

Thank you all for your advice...finally flew in and surveyed the whole area, went to the company and even entered to survey....Gonin gora is the closest place that one can stay and still have a cool life... people working in that company are living a soft life in Kaduna. I need money to relocate outside the country and KD will accelerate that for the next 2 years. So I am gonna pick KD.

Yeah, I am gonna fly into kaduna on wednesday and move to those areas and the company area to do my findings and ask questions before finalizing whether to take it or continue here.
I dont want a situation where I will be kidnapped by fake muslims and criminals all because of 100k difference. Life is more valuable than money.

Take the Kaduna job. It is always good to work in a well structured organization, you get to gather a lot of experience from your interaction with people of diverse background and as you climb to the corporate ladder.

Cost of living in Kaduna is cheaper, you can live comfortably with that amount.

Stay out of hot spots sha!

It is not like a one man's business, but by virtue of the position in the company, you are to report to the MD.

Lol thanks...My MD has said that in the next 8 months I will start earning what the Kaduna wants to pay me after tax and he has given till this week to finalise my decision before they start shopping for replacement.
Meanwhile kaduna job is not in kaduna town, it is along hot zone known for kidnapping and banditry activities.

A 200k job in lagos that is not far from your house where you resume 9am and close by 6pm and you report to the MD, given free hand to operate and a 300k job in Kaduna with a big company and good structure and you will not be reporting to MD.

Mine was retracted this evening. I used GTB and i tried sterling AT machine. Tomorrow morning I am going to Sterling Bank to shout.
