I'm a serving corps member and over the last few months, i was able to save 1.7m from freelancing. Now,The bad side is i'm super lazy to work, each time i remember i have 1.7m in my account, the spirit to work dies off.

I'd like to channel about 1.5m into TB, probably this will make me more serious.

What is the best bank for TB for 180 tenor?

What should i look out for and also what to avoid?

Thanks
Lazy over 1.7m...don't let that feelings ruin your energy to earn more.. As you suggested, lock the money up in TB.. Then work hard to get more, then keep locking up. Set bigger goals for ur self so the small goals won't intoxicate u any longer. Truth is, we all feel intoxicated at one time with our success but the ability to ignore the feelings matter a lot in order to keep striving n winning . Sometimes i just feel like no reason to work again, but then i forget all i have then i keep striving. Stanbic n Firstbank is good for TB

that is why you should write a WILL and only your lawyer will REVEAL your true worth and sharing formula after demise.

Then highest you tell your family is, all will be fine if I go.

My father earned millions in his active years, but telling his wife his salary and all ruined him! She kept buying useless gold and JUST ONE DAY thieves came and stole them ALL!

HER EXPENSIVE CAR WAS STOLEN TOO..
Luxury brings termites, and termites leave NOTHING.

One girlfriend saw my account balance once (thanks to stupid bank SMS at the wrong moment)
and she left me! Not knowing that's one of 2 accounts.

Today, I don't even keep 5k in any account!

Thank God for saving your life BTW!
Thanks, I'm sure gonna pen down my WILL soonest, so i don't need to start narrating it in the last minute. May almighty God gives us all long life

Better that way ...knowing your sincere monthly income can only create more probs than solutions. If not dat i thought i was dying that night , ain't gonna open my mouth, i so like a coded life.

but u have to be careful ,I left my system open and my wife saw this investments chart ,all hell was loose she needs a new car for her and baby so I bought e.o.d for her but she refuse to drive it and uses my c 180 that the problem with women ,I go soon give the car to uber if she no want let them be remitting 35 k for her weekly
I will never advice anyone to tell his wife his total worth (in cash) , it's okay if she's informed about your overall investments . There was a day i felt terribly sick in the midnight, i thought I was gonna die, my wife was beside me doing all she could , then i said, my dear this is my worths, told her d sharing patterns (i was only concerned about the cash not houses or cars).i cld see some surprises in her face even in my dying state, God took total control and still keeping me alive. Thereafter, new requests roll in: such as, i do give my wife a monthly salary, i told her the salaries come from TBS n that is why it's regular ,then she said, you give me xx amount a month, so calculate my total share of ur TB investments, then give me all at once,i will like to have all in my name... I smile .cld do that but if you finish it like a prodigal son, don't come asking for more n besides i have an investment pattern that increases my TBS every six month which of course increases her monthly salaries thereafter, she now understand with me the money increases then gave me her ok. But her demands in material things increased, now to say i don't have cash is kinda difficult because she knows my worth, can only keep the incoming inflows away from her. Her fear of me taking a second wife also surge, imagine this is my 14 yrs with her, i don't take alcohol ,always sober so i don't do bitches. But overall she's a good woman n understanding type else things would have gotten out of hands.

As much as i understand your point of hiding one's direct contacts from the public, don't deter kind hearted people from sharing valuable advise/experience to help people grow with your insensitive write up . In your post, you laugh when people ask some questions, just because you already know the answers, we are wired differently. if you can't answer them, just look away and let others that feel concerned do. Don't be stingy in sharing ideas, you never can tell what future brings up. The fact that your indomie noodles is done n ready in 2 minutes doesn't mean the person cooking beans is lazy

u need a bdc lincense from the cbn ,u register a company with share capital of 35m then u deposits 35m with the cbn until lincense is out cbn will pay interest on the 35 m and return it back after lincense then you start weekly bidding via your bank ,like we do u tb ....u wires 7.2m in the company account cbn debit and credit u with 20000 k dollars u sell to black marketer u profit is around 50 k naira bidding is done 3 time now 75000 dollars weekly .u can make around 225 k naira if u hold on a little after bid ....good luck in your plan to hammer .....but be careful some guy might think u be yahoo cos u will just be chilling
Reason i love forex business, you see, some folks here might be like, how can you make 800k per month, i don't blame them because what you don't know is beyond you. Secrets to wealths is hidden, not everyone is privileged to know the answers or even come near them. And if someone here say, i make 5 millions per month, i won't say you are a liar,i will rather asked how and learn from you how i can make such, if it's suitable to my risk appetite, then i applied. I used to be a forex trader, some years ago, i was on a platform that authorized me to do currency exchange in forex trading ,i sold my two cars to start the business, my wife was like, are you crazy, my neighbors came to me, where are ur cars? I basically buy dollars with my naira, thereafter convert into euros, then move back to naira again , after each exchange, some few dollars will drop, i cld make up to 12k naira per round all depends on my capital, i repeat the same things up to 15 times a day, then i made huge money. Ever since i have been trading forex, this secret has been there but i couldn't see because i was blind, then a day came, i was meditating, then answer pop into my brain. I invited my younger brother, and we both make money together until the platform ceased, this happened during brexit when conversion rates fluctuate crazily. The same things is going on in bitcoins business, you buy bitcoin n instantly exchange to another coins, few dollars drop during the exchange, n you keep multiplying, abt to learn that frm a friend. I love using money to buy money. So if someone says i make this or that, don't doubt, just learn n follow up, provided it's legit. I saw it in a news where sanusi said, you can become a millionaire overnight through forex trading in Nigeria, i tapped into that n still looking for more ways out. You can make much more than a professor that teaches business in university if only you can explore your wisdom

Yes, you are right. They know the rent is due but expecting plenty phone calls n threats from you before they pay. Just yesterday, i put a call through to a tenant that is rent is due, he knows but won't pay nor call,he said give me till month end, i said no, that my life is budgeted on my rents, hung up. My wife was like, give him more time, i said yes i will but just need to shakara him, i swear not up to 1 hour, got an alert, this grown up man in his 50s paid, he has the money ready but needed to be charged up b4 payment.

I have 3 flats of 3 bedroom I think the house will be wort around 25m-30m ,my Neigbour sold his for 27 m ,I have 3 tenant paying 350 ,300 ,350 each making 1 m I spend like 50 k yearly fixing 0ne thing or the other so my net income is 950 k ,if i sell the house and put in t .b will be getting like 3 m yearly ,infact one tenate keep playing me paying in bits .I rather buy a land and speculate on it....house for rent investment is only good when rates fall to 5-7 percent over 5 years period...that why the modern wealthy people don't do house rent thing unless in specific high brow commercial areas or mall or shops ...i bought tb of 20m last week only spoke few line inside bank next day alert with profit of 2.5 m.no agent no lawyer just 7 minutes in the bank..
Your post got me to calculate my rent on my two houses, one since 2010 ,built nine years ago, the other for 7 yrs now ,after calculations, the first got me abt 40% money spent ,the second house got me abt 30% money spent. I've been to court severally as regards to two stubborn tenants, paid legal fee, during the space of ten years . I've received heavy punches from a bad tenant once, almost got my younger brother killed by same tenant. The court aren't helpful, a court case can go on for more than three years, the period the judge is to give judgment, your tenant would have vacate, so who will pay then? Thereafter, i changed plans to deal with bad tenants that will say it to your face that, you can't do shit, i use my soldiers friends, ( the tactic is that, the soldier is my younger brother, just posted frm d north, n will be staying in d flat, no assault or physical enforcement at all) few times it worked but that almost got me into trouble the last time i used that tactics ,the day i visited a tenant with soldiers, few days after ,his wife lost a pregnancy of more than nine months, the tenant told me, it's those soldiers that caused his wife panics n made her lost d baby ( later got to know that the baby was over due, and they couldn't afford a CS operation ,so baby died) . Just imagine this Tennant is well informed n financially ok n took the case up, i cld have lose my freedom . The pains behind being a lagos landlord is sometimes more than the enjoyment, it could cause one HBP n more. Since then, I've been super careful dealing with tenants, they can cause u more than you bargained for. But capital NO, TBS won't give me all these troubles so i will stick to it until something bigger show up. If you encounter bad tenants once, you will pray they go with d money, just for peace to reign

Absolutely correct. No heavy player will invest via any channel aside direct investment through a commercial bank. Why would I invest over 20m through a faceless group/App?
Look at Barrytone's ugly experience! If he had travelled outside the country as someone mentioned, what would have been his fate by now?
When it comes to money matter, I remain analogue.
The stress of meeting my target is enough for me let alone to be chasing one App's management team upandan.
I remain analogue, that statement crack my ribs.going too digital when it comes to money may be too risky, not even in Nigeria. Can't imagine putting my money on i-invest, even with commercial banks i do shine my eyes very well. I read some news of a banker that collected more than 700 millions from TB investors , FG bonds, i think the guy paid the investors upfront intrests so nobody suspected any fowl play, ,he was later arrested, meanwhile he already perfected his visa to fly to USA with his family. Nigeria banks are full of crooks, kidnappers, thiefs,so guys beware and don't trust those bankers enough to give out ur personal infos, they smile at you when they see your account balances, but their cld more behind that smiles.

I actually dont work for i-invest. I just use the app and understand how the banking system in naija works...

the response you got from sterling bank is based on the question you asked. If there's a glitch in the system, it's possible your deposit was not properly reflected to the I-invest team so they can credit your wallet and because you were out of town, you couldn't sort out the issues

The app is used for investment. The fact that you transfer money to the wallet of the app doesn't mean you have invested in treasury bills. You have to use the funds you transferred to buy specific tbills with specific maturity date for you to say you have invested

From your story, you most likely started accusing the bank and the I-invest team rather than sorting the issue out properly and pulled your money out when you were supposed to be buying tbills, so it's sad your money got tied up in the system but that doesn't entitle you to interest payment. What happened to you is not the fault of I-invest but rather that of the nibss, your bank and sterling bank
Excuse me bro, you sound like a worry drowning soldier trying to console himself with positive words, don't worry ,invest still exist n ur investments is safe. Try consider investing tru physical bank next time to avoid story that touch. My 2 cent. Funny enough, i always look those banker eyes weller n always try to choose the nice one that i can submit my TB form with as I'm not a fan of a personal account officer, got this weird feelings these guy cld have me kidnapped ,let alone of invest app.

If you are working for I invest, I will advice that you don't expose them further. Now I have stated this same story before here. I took time to spell stuffs out as it seems people didn't understand me. Am surprised that you still don't comprehend my summary of events. I invest is an investment app. The only reason I will send money there is to invest and make profit and not a savings account. My money arrived I invest but they failed to credit my I invest account. When I enquired, I was told the money didn't arrive and I was pushed away. I wasn't in town, it took more than 2 weeks before I got back and went to my bank and they confirmed that my money arrived the I invest account in Sterling Bank. Since I invest still claim the money didn't get to them, I approached Sterling Bank and was told it's a matter of 2 customer, that they can't go into I invest account without their approval. I should sort it out with them. Uyo to lag because of few millions was part of the bargain. I approached my bank and accused them of stealing my money that it never delivered and that and going on social media to seek public opinion. The manager now advice one of her staff to complain to cbn and I was asked to come back in 2 days. On the second day, I invest gave me a call and apologize that the money was with them and I will be refunded before close of work with interest and I told them am find. Later that evening my capital alone was refunded. Case closed. Meanwhile I had about 4 other transactions going on with them. My only waited patiently for maturity of other investments and took off for good. I don't pray you have millions missing online without a trace for 3 weeks then your present narrative wouldn't be the same.
You have narrated it well enough, who get eyes make he read and flew from d app, and any stubborn flies wey follow invest enter grave shouldn't come here to cry a river, shikenan.

If you can afford a solar hybrid inverter plus the batteries and perhaps solar panels, I'd advice you go for it as you won't regret it. But you may still need the generator (occasionally to charge the battery in the event there's no NEPA and the weather is not sunny) I'm assuming you are going to use solar panels to charge your battery. You can always start small (buy only inverter and battery) and incorporate solar panels with time. But if you can afford all, go ahead you won't regret the money spent. This is just a recommendation, always follow your heart cool
Pls, how much does it cost for a solar panels system that can regularly power two fan, one tv, 6 bulbs. It's urgent cos my family is dying of heat, and i hate the sound of Gen at night.

If you continue like this then you will find it very hard to retire. At a certain age you start making money at direct risk of your life span. For me, it's the older with good health the merrier. Life is from crawling to crawling. The more you stress the 2nd crawling the shorter you last. If you insist on making all the available money then you do so at the expense of your life. Those who retire early live longer. Quit early to have a fun filled 2nd crawling
Yes, you have a point but the fact is I'm still young. A yearning target for a 60 yrs old man might just be a starting point for a 40 yrs old man. We r all wired differently n Our thoughts n desires differs , the fact that mr A retire at 40 doesn't make him to be more healthy n happy than that of mr B who retire at 55. Body is meant to function moderately in order to keep fit n lively, n sometimes making money makes u happy regardless of age. A man that retire at 40, eat n drink beer like there is no tomorrow may die b4 an active man in his 60s. Work differs also, ask a bricklayer that makes use of his body energy all his life n a director that seat in a comfortable chair abt when best to retire, guess the answer.in briefs, we should all know our strength n limits

Prices of goods and services are still the same while the rates are going down. Naira appreciates a bit today but what are we benefiting from it?
Exactly my point , the economy is waxing stronger statistically but less or no effect on the citizens life. Once the price of things go up in Nigeria, hardly will it come down . Check the period TB was 15% n now 12, does the price of things differ? If things don't measure up the way it should, i pray for a favourable high interest.

I will put it down to a lot of demand for the longer dated Bills (364 days)....
Yes, because most of the banks failed in their last 364 days bids, hence there was high demand for 364 bills in today auctions by those yearning investors looking for longer periods .my analysis paid off, else i would have lost a fortune waiting for today auctions ,which might not even be successful and time lost will also amount to substantial funds too . I'm sure some banks bids for 364 days won't be successful today , so we should be expecting 11.8/12 in the secondary market henceforth.

Nigerian inflation is way higher than 14%, it could be near 19 percent in reality. On my way own i spend N30k/day = $83 in Nigeria just to live a normal life, anytime i visit a developed country like the US, UK or Spain i spend N9600/day = $26 just live a normal life.

On average it costs me $57 more per day to live in Nigeria.
True, the inflation is that high. I can hardly survive on my weekly budget, always burn out on day 5. Statistically , things don't measure up here. God help us
