BusinessRe: Why Can't Nigerians Shop Online? by akinalabi(m): 3:52pm On Jun 20, 2009
NaijaEcash:
I think this topic is misleading. Nigerians already shop online. You can only say that it is difficult shopping online as a Nigerian.

Many bloggers buy domain names, hosting services online. If you are shopping on websites that belongs to Nigerian, your ATM card may be accepted. When shopping on websites that are non-Nigerian, you can use PayPal, AlertPay and others.

We shop online, it is just that it is not easy. Some websites reject selling product or services to Nigerians because of the activities of the black sheep among us.

It is quite unfortunate that our leaders are not doing anything to help the situation. The legislature are too busy fighting over trivial issues instead of making laws that will enhance e-commerce.
The shopping online we're talking about is shopping to buy goods
online from Naija stores with shoprite as prime example.

akintun:
you can all start it instead of complainingwww.niajainfo.com

Wont you double check your stuffs when you receive them?

=================================================
@ Akinlabi

DUDE, read statement below ------>
The person who put together you order at the store can deliberately remove something and claim it was sent to you, afterall it'll be included in your receipt. In this case, what can you do
EXPLANATION!!!!!!!!!!
If an item is included in your receipt, and you "DOUBLE CHECK" your order and SOMETHING is missing ------ What difference does it makehuh?? I'm not underestimating naija, but be realistic dude, are they gonna give u a replacementhuhhuh?? or are you gonna report them to the policehuh? huh
GO FIGURE!!!!
You're missing the whole point.

When the driver comes to deliver your stuff, he will come with an invoice
that itemises the things you ordered.

You confirm and sign. If your stuffs are not complete. You do not collect
them.

Two down. . . let's see if any more leave.

The price agreed was 32m, dunno why Utd felt they could whittle it down to 25.5 and get away with it. Sorry guys, if you're the biggest fish in the pond as you claim to be, pay top dollar and stop being STINGY. tongue

There's no reason for him to stay - for a player of his calibre and contribution, this deal should've been sealed ages ago. Yet Utd treated him with disrespect as he said in the Argentine media. Now I hope he goes to a club where his value will be truly appreciated.

I for one don't believe one word of that Utd statement - they simply put it out in that fashion to make fans think they did all to keep Tevez and didn't force him out (as they did)
Do you think that guarantees Arsenal a trophy? grin
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Who Is Bigger, Madrid Or Man U? by akinalabi(m): 6:07pm On Jun 19, 2009
Direct comparisons of clubs and players have never been my style.

The trouble is, how do you determine the criteria. . .

Dayo's talked about UCL titles, That means Nottingham forest is one of the biggest
clubs out there.

We've mentioned great players to have played for the clubs. . . Who are Liverpool's biggest
players ever. Fowler? Rush? Hansen? Souness? Yet we say they are one of the biggest teams.

It will go on and on

I perfectly know what I am saying.

If you sell a player to another club wouldn't you want to buy another to fill in that same position or u will keep playing available player for that position without substitute.

We've got Giggs and since Nani might be going to Sporting if SAF agrees we will need someone to come on as substitute for Giggs.
You dont have t directly replace. We did not directly replace Cantona yet we
did the treble immediately after that.

Emperoh:

I bet you Akin is correct. . . trying to replace Ronaldo will be a MONUMENTAL failure
The player will not only have a different stye of play, the pressure to live up the his predecessor will draw him down like sword of damocles
So quit it, lets strenghten the squad and then see how it goes. . . . . i am expectant of what we'll look like without him next season.
Word!

Carlos Tevez may remain in Old Trafford since a bid has been accepted for C. Ronaldo.

Personally, I think letting Tevez go may come back to haunt United.

Who would you rather have as a replacement for Ronny?

Presently, Sporting Lisbon is said to have offered temporary way out for Nani.

They offered Joao Moutinho with some money for Nani loan.

We are going to have a new player and get back Luis Nani in future. Personally, I think it is a good offer.

Good news for the likes of Tosic, Manucho. They may not need to go on loan before the next season.
You guys are not getting it.

You dont directly replace a great player when he leaves. You just have
to strenghten your squad in other areas.

When Cantona retired suddenly in 1998, Fergie went out to get Yorke, Stam and
Blomquist. They were not direct replacements but they strenghtened the squad and
we did the treble.

Ronaldo set to become the most expensive player in history.

After spending 6 years at United, Ronaldo will play for Real next season.

Quintuple, super human, British sprit, wonder team of the world were sent crashing back down to earth by a wonderful Barcelona team. Manchester United started the same way they did against us in first leg of the semi final. The front players defending from the top, not giving Barca any space or time to pick passes and it worked a treat. Manchester United should have taken the lead before Barca scored, they were in control but then a driving run and pass from Andreas Iniesta and a poked finish from Samuel Eto'o finished the game.

The game was over after Barcelona scored the first goal because they chucked the shackles to one side and found their passing again. Manchester United's midfield of Giggs, Carrick and Park were made to look like Sunderland.

They were running around chasing Xavi, Messi and Inesta and could not get near the ball. Has Wayne Rooney ever done so little in a game?

http://www.arsenalvision.co.uk/myvision.php?articleid=1207
That sums up the game.

Thats actually what we've been saying. You need a lot of variations to
your football before you can be great. Being a great dribbler is not enough.

His pile driver in the first half and his header in the second were outstanding
