There is the design aspect which involves serious calculations to which the above equation myt be useful and needed to be solved numerically given boundary conditions...
The design is the real engineering sir...anybody could fix engines, bt only engineers can design one

I've been to the interview and assessment on Saturday 10th and Monday 12th August respectively. Let me share my experience for the good of others.

First you get the email inviting you:

Using the link on the invite email, you are required to schedule dates that are suitable to you for your interview and assessment.

The interview is done on Skype, and like @gwighalo said, it was role based. So you must have a lot of stories to tell about a time when you were working in that role in your current company. There are also HR style questions trying to know how you handle stress, or relate with co-workers, or your approach to solving problems, why you want to work for the company etc.

The assessment tests is Saville Swift Analysis. An email is sent with the GoToMeeting link one hour to the start of your assessment.

It consists of 24 Questions for 18 Minutes. There are three groups altogether - Verbal, Numeric and Diagrammatic (at least for my role).

Each group has eight questions divided into two sets of four questions for 3 minutes each. In other words, Verbal, has two sets of four questions to answer. Same with Numeric and Diagrammatic. So once your 3 minutes elapses, the system forces you to start the next set. The tough part in all this is the time constraint. Looking at it counting down like a pro athlete running in the Olympics, is enough to make one freeze.

We are allowed to choose our own convenient time for both exercise ( assessment and interview).
Once you're logged in to the system, it will bring your questions, the format of the question is thesame but in figure and shapes they're different. We had 24 questions in total for 18minutes and calculator is allowed. The interview is one on one with a GCC staff and nothing technical was asked, we were told there will be another interview session (probably the last one) to be handled by Total HR and that will be based on your field and probably its going to be a panel interview.

He said its an Assessment Centre. That already suggests things like group task, interview (probably competency based), Presentation, Problem-solving (of a hypothetical or real life situation) etc. ACs are full day HR evaluation tools that give recruiters an idea of who you are.

Mine is metering engineer. There are many people at the assessment centre and we were not separated for the assessment even though we wrote different test so I find it somehow difficult to know who applied for which position.

I know of that and coordinate geometry will give you exert values, but I prefer us use basic JSS knowledge in my shapes, which everyone can relate to, and the beauty of it is, it enable us to see and think or relate with patterns, which calculus or coordinate geometry will not provide
