Bastage:
LOL. This is a question for botanists.

Here's the answer:

"The facts connected with the fig tree are these. Toward the end of March the leaves begin to appear, and in about a week the foliage coating is complete. Coincident with this, and sometimes even before, there appears quite a crop of small knobs, not the real figs, but a kind of early forerunner. They grown to the size of green almonds, in which condition they are eaten by peasants and others when hungry. When they come to their own indefinite maturity they drop off. These precursors of the true fig are called taqsh in Palestinian Arabic. Their appearance is a harbinger of the fully formed appearance of the true fig some six weeks later. So, as Mark says, the time for figs had not yet come. But if the leaves appear without any taqsh, that is a sign that there will be no figs. Since Jesus found "nothing but leaves" - leaves without any taqsh- he knew that "it was an absolutely hopeless, fruitless fig tree" and said as much."

Can't knock it. It makes solid sense.
Jesus Christ. Messiah and expert on Fig Trees. grin

a good artist is not all about good voice.
its also about good lyrics and the passion you can vibrate to audience
Yh. I'm not such a huge fan of Wayne, I just like his auto-tune. However, a whole lot of other people think he's a 'good artist', so there's something they are seeing that we aren't, which we dont have to anyway.

ComputersRe: What Should I Do With My Ups That Has Battery Problems by AKO1(m): 10:15pm On Dec 26, 2008
"Problems" is quite generic, you might want to be more specific.

Is it that the batteries no longer charge at all, or their performance has dropped?

Chances are that you did not charge the UPS for a long while (at least 6hrs) before you started using it, as is instructed in most UPS manuals.

earTHMama:
Did you add their visitors and other miscellaneous expenditures?. Assuming the house will host South African president and his entourage, will you not add their food and cognac too?
The South African president would most likely be the guest of the FG as a visitor, not the legislature., i guess. undecided

And I don't think food and refreshments are included in 'Misc' expenditure.
Christianity EtcRe: Pay As We Pray Pastors by AKO1(m): 4:35pm On Dec 26, 2008
I don't understand why some people are referring to this as a Nigerian/African thing.

It means you dont watch TBN, Daystar and the likes because as far as I'm concerned a lot more 'crime' goes on over there. And that's a worldwide audience were talking about.
