Hi mamas, is there any special reason to get shoes for babies that are yet to sit or crawl or anything. I mean my baby is 3 months. my hubby keeps complaining that he sees some babies wearing shoes but I never do for ours whenever we go out. I think its a waste of money, when she's not even using the feet to stand yet? Or why do those mothers wear shoes for their babies, am I missing something please? I only wear popsocks or regular socks.

Please I want your input.
It is not by force jare... Although i bought some fancy ones for my daughter but i don't see its usefulness. We only wear them once in a while and most time we put on socks. So follow your heart, if your husband want shoe, let him buy it and wear for her.

Chai mama you're right. It's my MIL she won't let my baby be. Every time she's with him, she'll start forcing him to sit. My baby would just be crying. She'll always say the baby is supposed to be sitting by 3months. I just tire. She won't let me handle my child the way I want. It's causing me a lot of ish with her.
Please leave your MIL . Take charge of your child because you gave birth to her. Haha!! Kilode now. Don't let anyone change your baby posture because she want her to sit early. Your baby would sit when she is ready. 3 month ke!! Oga ooo

Good morning mamas in d auz, Pls this is my first post in dis section though I always read and follow d thread.
Pls,I gave birth two months ago and have tears which has healed since six weeks bt still pain me little. My main issue is dat am finding it difficult to have sex wit hubby, d tear site always pain me whenever he want to enter dat I will begin to shout so we will end up not doing it again. Hubby used to get angry and I will calm him to give me more tym and it seems he don't want to be postponing it again and I can't allow him to enter cos it is paining me.
I don't want second wife neither did I want him to commit adultery but my sex life is nothing. Even while pregnant I hate it and our marriage is not even up to a year. Am feeling pity for him dat he has not enjoy me since. Pls all mamas shld help me Wot can I use to boost my sex life and Wot can I use now for d episiotomy site not to pain me while having sex.
I really feel your pain but take one step at a time, no need to rush. Sit your husband down and have a heart to heart discussion with him. Let him know that you feel pain and you are not heal yet. Tell him you will make it up to him with different sex method you are learning. Trust me, men like lies like women too but try and calm him down. Let him wait biko.

On another note, my hubby waited for 4-6 month sef, no tears oo but na cry i go use finish am. I am like you that don't get wet but i prayed to God to let my body be totally released for my husband so that i wont just sit like a log of wood. Right now, anytime we want to do the do, i put all my mind, body and soul to it so that i can enjoy it like he does too. So, change your state of mind. I have never used any drug but the most important drug is your state of mind. Try and think about it, if you are not a really deep person, watch blue movie sef if that will make you to come out of your state. Tell him you are in this together, he should not come and carry disease to you oh because his body is peppering him.

I wish you all the best.

[quote author=JGracious post=67646654]If space is not a constraint, adult bed is not a bad idea. You can customize the headboard and footboard to complement the room design.
The funniest thing is that over the years say 10/15yrs, you may even get bored with what you have in your house and do a makeover all over again.[/quote

Okay,

Hubby wanted us to do a new bed for all the rooms and he asked me the type we should do for children's room and i told him kids bed(Those fancy ones grin). He didnt accept my opinion because he said that means we would be changing bed everytime they grow that its better we put normal adult bed and decorate the room with different color. I accepted and told him that he can go ahead but when i come back fully to naija, i will re-decorate their room to what i really like. Now, i am thinking again that it seems hubby suggestion may be good and he is thinking about future apart from me that want to do slay mama to our house and children's room. What do you think?

Is hubby idea right on doing normal bed so that we wont waste money as they grow?
Am i wrong about the fancy thing i like?
Do i need to waste money on redesigning when i come back?

Mama, please advice me on my this matter mbok. Although its not something serious but i think we all can learn one or two things from this.

I hate their way of life at the airport. It's really sickening. Other country immigration officers will harass you because you are a Nigerian, then your own country sef will still be harassing you. what nonsense.
Enjoy your stay in Dubai and make sure you enter Deira market and gold market too cheesy... I am sure you have bought as many cloth at Dubai mall. The mall is massive I must say. Enjoy my dear. And make sure you don't give them 1kobo at MMA when you come back.

it doesn't take rocket science to be a graduate.

People with zero intelligence have graduated in Nigeria. People who have never been to lectures have graduated in Nigeria.

Let Lolu fly a plan one of these days, since being a graduate means you know it all.

Meanwhile, Miracle is a graduate. He graduated from an aviation school, so, he don graduate. Universities are not the only school someone can graduate from....as a graduate, I would think you would know that much undecided
I wonder why people only think until you go to university before you can become a graduate. Nigerian youth needs to know that there are a lot of way /school you can attend to become a graduate not necessary universities. And being a graduate or being able to speak good English doesn’t make you great in life. Check it out, most people getting more money in this world are those that does not even know how to speak English. They should also note that English is not the only language we have and French is another most acceptable language in the world. So being a graduate is not a pre requisite to be a world known. So I support you

Guys, Have you tried to input “Nigeria bitter woman” on google. Some of the output is showing Ceec which I think is not good on the side of Nigerian journalist. I am not Ceec fan because of her attitude and character but this is not a way to help a lady out to be a better person. I hope she would be able to take all this hate to be a better person after all.
