For me, I drank capfuls of water at interval and it aided poo to come out as against fart they were expecting sef.
I'll advise her to eat lots of veggies and fruits in the first few days to aid pooping cos the drugs given in the operation slows bowel movement and she might be constipated.
Not saying she shouldn't eat correct food o.

Mine was after I farted and went to toilet,all was within 24hours after delivery,my doctor still checked for bowel movement.But I know the person has to fart at least and is checked for bowel movement, her own might take more time,all bodies are different.

My son has suddenly started refusing food of any sort including his favorite noodles and eggs, now for over 4days, we are eating just biscuit flakes (pieced biscuit with tea and milk) and pap, then small cheese balls if he accepts and breastmilk? Please what can I do to boost his appetite, I have given multivitamin instead he increased intake of plenty snacks and no food

This is my daughter... she doesn’t like tea nor milk but package juice I try to pour it inside her water cup and she take it with smile.

As for finger food, find a flat fancy plate and put fried plantain in it. Put it in his play mat and you won’t know when he will finish it. Also,try and be giving him slice bread.

You can pack, jollof, pasta garnished with vegetables: like carrot,green beans,sweet corn, spring onion and all.
Beans and plantain
Pap
Tom brown
Oatmeal
Fried plantain and egg(with a lot of vegetables)
Bread and peanut
Sweet potato porridge

For fruit:
Apple
Mango (I still do it as puree)
Carrot purée

Swallow: She only take swallow in the house for now from eba,amala,pounded yam,Eko riro, nutty meal e.t.c

Good evening mothers......I have read all the food you pack for your sweet lo's . its quite encouraging. I wish my lo can take all that.

We clocked one on Monday, but he only take pap, cereal, sometimes puree (not always) I just introduced him to hollandia custard yesterday and he has been taking it without any wahala.

Please ma, how can I introduced these our normal food to eat. Another thing I found out is that he doesn't like to take any food that has particles or even small texture. He want everything smooth like pap.

On Food matter , I think it should be one step at a time. If you and your husband like Food your child would definitely not be a picky eater. Every week, try and introduce new food.

@giddyperson, I posted a Food time table that my 14month daughter use then. Now we are 17month and she eat everything we eat. So ty and search or better still tomorrow I will look out for my post on it and resend to you. Cheers
