Less bottleneck for those who want to start business.
A serious drawback to Ghana is that they don't have the market Nigeria has, if not many investors won't even bother coming here.
Even at that, they are moving from Nigeria to Ghana in droves.
They have faster internet and cheaper data/calls

They were friendly to me as I said before.

But the country is expensive as hell.
Maybe you don't like the country because you are not used to the environment.

Faster internet? Only Vodafone is okay for me oh. Call to outside country is expensive too. Well for their school, they have good standard in education. However, there are some schools in Nigeria that are good also.

Generally, Ghana is a bit expensive sha. But God will help everyone that may want to move there. But I will advice strongly that they should have steady income so that they will be able to manage.

Is it true dt it's caused by excess sugar?

My mum told me is hormones that brought is out. Sugar and starchy food caused it too. Anyway, it doesn't have any negative effect over pregnancy.

Converting to Naira is not a very right comparison tho.
I remember when 1000 was 20GHC, now it is 10 GHC..

My point is that comparison is somehow.

Besides , in my stay in Ghana, I really loved it... My friends I made over there took care of me, and the safety was remarkable.

They leave their doors open while going out while in Nigeria we cage ourselves in like evolved dogs.


Every country has it's plus and minus tho, don't just write Ghana off like that, when our own country isntvmuch better.

Am not comparing with present economy but am comparing with past value. For example. Chivita is 11cedis and that's like 550naira. Well as for me, Ghanaians are not friendly that's my own point of view. And likewise otherwise my colleague from Nigerians POV too... The only thing Ghana has that makes it better than Nigeria is light and by God grace we will get there. Apart from that nothing else.

I dey manage anyhow oh. I only buy food things not food stuff oh because I can't eat their rice cos is perfumed rice so I package my rice from Nigeria.
A colleague came to visit me with his family recently from Nigeria, they were even thinking of using two weeks when the guy withdraw 200k from atm and didn't use it to buy anything reasonable Na so he pack the family and say he dey commot.
True be told, Ghana is not that smiling. In fact, to buy half tank for my fuel every week I spent 150cedis per week for half tank oh!!! Imagine. Biko convert it to our currency that's 15k in black market rate per week. I dey travel? I wonder.

If you don't have a stable income here you are your own. Can't wait to finish what I came here to do and go back to my country.

@venzal, have you finally moved to Ghana? If not, please think twice. Because there economy is very bad. I stay here and I earn well when I mean well I mean very well but I still don't like the country and can't wait to go back home.

How will I be buying Okro that they will be counting for me... Mbanu... 2 pieces of Okro for 1 cedis haba!!! Even if Nigeria is bad it can't be worst like this. Ghanaians are suffering in silence. 7 pieces of red pepper for 7 pesuwas. You can convert it. House am staying I paid $320 per month which is more than $3600 per year.

Also, Ghanaians are not friendly I mean not friendly at all. They are won't even invite you to their house tankless of greeting you. If you greet them self Na by force dem go answer you as if you are fighting with them.

As par lying low placenta, Na so my sonigrapher write am too but I believe God that it will go back to its normal position. We shall all carry to term in Jesus name.

Good day mamas in the house. I ve been a silent follower of this trend and i think its time for me to be a full participant. I am about 7weeks preggy with the attendant symptoms of morning sickness, tiredness et al. From the 4th or 5th week i started spotting, which i initially assumed to be implantation bleeding. But it kept on for a long tym such that i became scared and went for scan at 6weeks. I requested for transvagina scan but a pelvic scan was carried out after i was given 3 sachet of water to drink. The doctor said everything was alright but i should take things easy, no washing, cooking, entering bike , etc. now i try not to stress myself apart from doing little chores like sweeping cooking going to market which is not far from me ,(i have no one staying with me and dh comes late from work and tired most times) still i am spotting and i am worried, can somebody pls tell me what i am doing wrong or should be doing right? thanks.

You are welcome ma. Please i experienced like 45secs spotting and i didnt take it with levity hand oh (Was on strict bed rest for like 2 weeks). I think you need strict bed rest. No going to market, no work, no cooking, nothing you should do. To me you are still stressing yourself ooo. Please seek your doctor advice ASAP.

Please one mama mentioned an address of a store where she do get her gown at ikeja. Please can i get some office dress there? My cloths are becoming too tight. Kindly mention the address again so that some of us interested can visit. Thank you

pls help me touch light this matter. I told u all about the pains i feel at the left side of my tummy. I webt to the hospital on saturday. i was given some drugs, one orange and pink drugs. But the pain is stil der. mostly when am siting or laying down. sometimes even when am walking. What can really be wrong ? i have done 3scans when and i dont no if to do another one to no wats really disturbing me.
pls has any1 felt such pains and how did she treat it and it stop

Please stop doing scan madam suzy... its getting too much. You have done 3 already and they confirm your baby is okay so why worried? Leave everything for God. As par the pain, i felt so much pain too at 18 weeks for 3 whole days and i went to see my doctor, he just use Doppler to check baby heart beat and everything is okay. Please rest well and you will be fine by God Grace
