The results of a whole senatorial district were manipulated, just the same way a whole state election was manipulated and our judiciary said nothing happened. Our judiciary dwells more in technicality than the fact of the case. A judgement with no justice is no judgement.

How did you know the whole zone was manipulated? Are you a judge? You cannot speculate or assume in court please, you must be sure.
The party failed to bring proof of rigging and you just expect the judiciary to perform magic and rule in their favour? Haba. Technicalities are part of the law and not illegal. There are some technicalities that are too germane to be ignored. You cannot go to the main matter without dealing with the preliminaries. You can't start a building without proper foundation....

When the judiciary was faced with compelling evidences like in Imo, Bayelsa, Rivers east, kogi central, didn't they react?

If the judiciary have been doing the needful, people would have less grief about election but since the same judiciary are in hand in glove with APC, it gives more concern.

The sdp in kogi failed to bring sufficient or compelling proofs to force a decision. The judiciary is not hand in gloves. Infact, elections under APC are better.
The judiciary cannot cancel elections in isolation, the petitioners must box it into a corner by bringing proofs. What we see on social media or what we think is different from what happens in court room

The court clearly said reports and extracts from bvas are not reliable and can be prone to manipulation after inec clearly said full upload is continuous and can take up to a month. The pdp in Edo didn't do complete inspection or bvas so forget the case sir

Evidence-Act says that, you can bring any evidence to court, so far it is admissible.
But once another evidence which is more authentic is presented, then the other evidence would not be used.

If INEC and APC cannot present any other more authentic evidence, then whatever evidence that the PDP presented in the court would be used..

Unless there are strong reasons why the Judges decided that the Evidence Could not be used.

Unfortunately, the judiciary prefers direct examination of the bvas and physically bringing them to court. Anyway, the importance of the bvas has been downplayed by recent judgment

Just like obi and atiku did last year, pdp tried to ambush and surprise APC by bringing a witness and documents that wasn't listed on the schedule for the day which failed. Everything that must happen in court must be presented to the defence at least two days beforehand. Therefore, the defence must have the time to study the documents and witness before cross examination and as usual, they will destroy his testimony just like the other witnesses. You clearly don't know anything about the legal process so better humble yourself and learn

Supreme court in the past have lampooned INEC for been a biased umpire. It's only lately you see INEC refuting documents emanated from them. Their duty is to come to defend results they administered and the process adopted by the petitioner should not be their problem but the problem of the respondent. Defending the process the petitioner adopted means they are no more an unbiased umpire.

It makes no sense for you to give me a document that you certified as true copy but getting to court saying you objected to it. A document you gave to me. Yes, if it was the respondent objecting to it, it makes more sense but not an umpire that administered the election and gave the CTC. They are just making mess of themselves.

As I always say since last year. I wasn't in Edo state or anywhere close to the state before during and even after the election but the feelers we read and heard shows the election was heavily rigged but it now left for the petitioner to bring out areas where the election was undermined.

How many times will I tell you that inec is a respondent? In a case, we have petitioners and respondent and inec is always the first respondent. Inec meets with the other respondents who are the winning party and candidate to plan defence together sir...

Any election that was rigged would be immediately discovered during the election proper not from feelers long after the elections.
