Same Ikpeazu, SAN who lost Peter Obi’s case at the presidential tribunal is representing APC at the Edo state tribunal.
Is history about to repeat it's self?
Many are of the opinion that he deliberately failed to prove Peter Obi's case at the tribunal.
He lost because he was on the attacking side. It is easier to win from a defensive point in legal matters

Their master's step.

How many witnesses did Tinubu called on such an intense court case that would have (supposed to) disqualified him.

The judiciary is in their pocket.
Tinubu didn't need to call any witness because pdp an Lp already bungled their case

It is so glaring that the APC are looking for a way out of this mess. They will have to bank of federal might to stay in power. The witnesses against them is so much they are intimidating opposition witnesses in Edo state. May God save democracy in Nigeria.

Edo is gradually witnessing return of thugs and touts liters every where. Bus drivers are paying with their sweat. They now see Obaseki as a saint. Una never see anything. Pray Edo people. Pray harder what will before Edo will be worse than Tinubu
All the witnesses from PDP are useless sir

Oga, this is the same propaganda they propagated during the Obi/Atiku petitions. That APC and INEC closed their cases without witnesses. It turned out Obi and Atiku had no case so nothing to defend.

If your case is flimsy, there is nothing to defend. Carrying ballot boxes and BVAS machines to court without referencing how they support your charge of rigging is not a case.

I don’t know what transpired in court but a defense teams closes it case without defense, I think you should be worried that your case was probably so flimsy it wasn’t worthy of a defense.
Very true. If the defence starts calling witnesses now, the witnesses will make mistakes and the media will latch on it to misinform the public.it is better they don't give them that joy

Another biased write up. It is actually the best move since pdp and Ighodalo have already bungled their own case via their funny witnesses. The defence will just rely on the testimonies extracted from the pdp witnesses which has already damaged their case.calling new witnesses is not necessary

IfnobeGod20:
But you called Ossei Anenih an expert witness whereas he was just a key witness.
The evidence he presented was to be presented by professional and an expert before the court can use it. My brother, you don't know what you're saying. A witness talked about results released without dwelling on whether their was double thumb printing which will require expert to detect. He never talked about software used to have demand for expert knowledge. We are talking about results INEC claimed was authentic and the ones in EC8, BVAS records and irevs data uploaded. And you think it required the service of an expert witness? Please say sensible thing sir.
Why are you confusing yourself? Dr Anenih is a data analyst and he presented data analysis of the election and he is an expert in data analysis abi? He did what his profession allows and unfortunately it will not stand due to his bias. Shey the professional analysis of some witnesses where struck out during the obi vs tinubu case? See, pdp have lost the case. Better go and rest.you win the argument while I win the case

Unnecessary... Grammy awards are not a true reflection of musical artistry.

An award designed were elite people with subjective and limited musical understanding vote largely based on brand influence.

Personally, I take volumes of streaming more seriously than Grammys.

That said... Congrats to Tems! She worked hard to get to this point.
Oga, Grammy is a true reflection of musical prowess just like balloon d or and FIFA best are for soccer
